They didn't give me a receipt, but I ordered a 4-piece meal combo today — February 1, 2022 — and was charged for it ($11.48 I think) and when I got home there were only 3 pieces of chicken in the box. This was the 3rd or 4th time they made a mistake and also failed to give me a receipt (probably deliberate). I'll be taking my business to Popeyes from now on.

KFC - Charged for food when KFC employee cancelled

On 1/22 I ordered KFC online for a total of 106.25. When I arrived at the drive through I was told they were not taking orders at that time. I explained I had an online order and was told to cancel it. I could not cancel due to it was already time to pick up. The person was rude, gave no reason for no food. I left without food and need a refund of 106.25.

KFC - The quality of a bucket of chicken

My grandsons were visiting & they were wanting chicken. We voted where we'd go, Popeyes was a close second. I really pushed for KFC as I've had good chicken there, always. The town I live in has 4 other chicken franchises & you won that day mainly due to me, the grandmother. When we got home with our bucket of chicken, you couldn't tell which were original, & which were extra crispy. The skin of the chicken was falling off all the pieces, due to the amount of grease at The bottom of the bucket. The taste was off as well as the greasy chicken. I'm mainly telling you this as you have ALOT of competition in this town. I will try you again at some point & if it occurs again, you will lose a loyal customer. Sincerely, Lucy Pate. KFC - Disgusting service

Last night the 14 January 2022, my Husband and I decided to order KFC it was a simple KFC remis Zinger Wings, and a Twister. We waited over an hour to get our order, eventually when we received it the food was stone cold, half of the contents were missing. When we questioned the staff they just rolled their eyes balls and asked us what they would like us to do about it. We left as we were not going to wait for another hour for them just to warm up our food.

If KFC wants to employee people that don't care they might as well close the branch, as we will never order from there again

KFC - Service

I order online to collect drive thru, in wakrah branch (Rayybeautyaty saloon)
The lady at that time did not give my order and spoke horrible to me, and she order me to come to collect it inside the shop. I was not able to walk I requested her, she doesn't know how to handle or behave in the situation.
Very sad moments in my life

Desired outcome: Give her good training to behave

I went to KFC in Newcastle Okla on 01/12/2022, I ordered a 12 pc bucket of chicken, with 3 sides, could not get biscuits because they were having a problem with their oven. It seems like they always have an issue with something everytime I go. Havent been able to get biscuits on several occasions. Didnt even really enjoy the meal due to it being overcooked. For the cost of it which was $37, it wasnt worth it.

KFC - Product and Customer service

Today Tuesday January 11 2022 at about 5:45pm, I went to the KFC / Taco Bell on Naamans rd in Claymont, Delaware 19703. I ordered the food on line and pictures are attached. There was No taco bell food available and very little KFC food available. There was a hair in my food, The biscuits were stale sesame rolls. The chicken sandwich was dry when it was supposed to be a spicy sandwich with lettuce, there were only 8 of the 10 pieces in the bucket. It was supposed to be half xtra crispy half regular coating. There was NO diet soda, No flavors besides regular pepsi. No Cole slaw, No mac n cheese, no napkins or straws...The 2 piece dark meat meal was a sad site to behold...no biscuit, 1 small mashed potato with no gravy and 2 Wings...This whole experience was horrible from the Customer service to the table at home meal.

Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, to which we were told at the speaker, to order at the window. All this waiting for nothing. All we wanted was an 8 pc. bucket of crispy fried chicken. Is that too much to ask? Apparently so, as we were informed after waiting all that time in line, that they only had dark meat if we wanted crispy. Seriously???? We left...

I live in bracebridge I put my order in and this is the 2nd time the order is wrong The girl was rude... The music was so so loud that she couldnt of heard my order proper anyways I told her I did not order this she walked away and someone else came to me... I told them I did not order gravy but I wanted large fries... The gentlemen said no you order...

KFC - Burned chicken

On the 11th of January at 11:00 am I went to the Webb City KFC
I ordered a bucket only extra crispy 8 pieces
When I got it to my home, we went ready to eat yet, so we let it sit for 30 minutes. When we opened the bucket lid, the chicken looked office dark
But we decided to eat, the chicken looked like it had set in or under the cooker for a long time past done it was so hard we could not eat much of it
I would have taken it back, but I am not much of a driver.
I have eaten a lot of your chicken, but this is the worst I have ever had.

I went to the drive though, never been before tried to ask for something got tongue tired then my daughter 28 years said again what I want the lady in the drive though Mike said something I said no and both said what we wanted, when we got to the window she gave me something and my daughter looked and said that's not what we ordered. She then said very crossly yes it was I looked at my daughter and we both said what we ordered she called the manager over and got cross with me again, they then told me that's more to pay with attitude. KFC - Boneless bucket

I went to the KFC walsall, J10 yesterday to get my food and I was waiting several minutes at drive thru as nobody was answering, several minutes later I managed to place my order and my order took over half an hour to come out, only when I get home the food was cold and as though it had been attempted to be reheated. After eating it me and my family have had stomach problems and feeling sick. I am appalled with the service from this KFC

Went to KFC Brooklyn CT 1/9/22 12:30 PM ordered 2 Burrito Supreme, a power bowl and a family box of chicken. When I got home I had 2 taco locos, and the chicken, no power bowl. Well, you got the chicken right! Very sad place, every once in a while I try this store, and always is a disappointment. This was the last time I go there! What a mess to always be so screwed up with their orders!

KFC - Fried chicken & assistant manager's behavior

Evening of 1/2/22 purchase of 2 12 piece buckets from the Gate City Blvd Greensboro NC location (order 3146532), the chicken had a burnt electrical fire odor, called the restaurant & was told the fryer was being repaired, return the chicken (uneatable) for a refund. 1/3/22 returned the chicken, assistant manager Latisha Townsend said I would need to get a refund online since the order was thru the KFC online app. I explained what I was told, Latisha seemed to take this personally, became very unprofessional & her loud behavior became scary. She refused to give me the online phone number, contact information of the store manager & tried to bring a customer who was waiting for his food into the conversation. She was wearing a KFC uniform & was at that time the picture of KFC to me. Her behavior needs to be addressed by management at the highest level. I'm a registered nurse & think the chicken that was allowed to leave the restaurant on 1/2/22 was potentially harmful to eat, I'm working with the local Health Department about that. I left with the chicken, no refund and a very bad image of KFC. We average getting food from KFC about 2-3 times/month.

Desired outcome: Would like the $45..88 refund, the management to address Latisha's behavior & the staff to understand the harm of letting potentially unsafe food leave the restuarant.tion

KFC - Recent visit to KFC in Maple Shade NJ was a disaster.

Went through the drive in. Ordered six Chicken tenders and french fries. Also indicated I would like barbeque sauce. Gave my credit card and they handed me a bag. Sadly, when I got home there was no French fries or barbeque sauce. I did not receive a receipt so I do not know what i paid for.
All I know is that Popeyes is looking much more inviting.

I called local store, no answer.
I call customer service, still ringing.. No answer.
Highly disappointed...
