KFC Product quality

We bought a Family Treat 10pc meal @ R259.90 on 21/11/2023 @ kfc ottery, Cape Town @ 4:39pm.

We got home and ate We noticed the chicken was extremely dried out and discolored which was very unappetizing and spoilt our whole supper.

Please find picture and slip attached.

I would like this matter to be escalated and feedback regarding the above ASAP.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund, apology for all we been put through. Our supper being spoilt, our time and pray we don't fall ill due to the food being off and my kids, cause I will sue kfc if anything happens to my girl's.

I went to one of you stores c750074 and the chicken was so salty I had to take the best part off just so I eat it. I did tell tell the young lady about it but she just said the just mix it. I don't ever remember your chicken having so much salt in it. I would check the recipe that was sent there. Date was 11 11 23 and it was 2:14. Ticket # is 3288 telephone # [protected]

KFC 2x, chips, 2x chicken, slider

The chips were soggy, and inedible, there was a sightly bitter after taste like the oil was old or green potates were used. The chicken was also soggy and greasy, oil was literally dripping from it. I am a chef and I think the oil wasnt hot enough when chinken was fried hence the soggy oil-logged result I ended up receiving. The slider was so disappointing it too was lukewarm and soggy. It did not ressemble the advertisements of it especially the size. The wrap was cold and the chicken greasy, oil-logged and inedible. The salad had way too much aioli. The service was fine but the food was foul. This is the 1st complaint ive wver made regards Paul Hargreaves. [protected].

KFC Delivery

The kfc outlet which was assigned from my location was just 2-3kms.i was given a time of estimation of 39 minutes.wtill 10:39 the tracking bar was not moving.11pm shows the delivery partner is on the way.At the last moment after waiting for more than 1 and half hour..The delivery is lying that u have cancelled the order.The driver had lie to us.initiailly he told he will be late.later he told he pick up the order.,and will be reaching within 5-10 mintues.however even after 11: 30 PM he didn't arrive and arguing and abusing us.this is really pathetic.

KFC KFC is selling us food containing dirt

I am highly disappointed with kfc bridge city both one inside the mall and the drive through, at a drive through we order and they tell us to wait at the parking for over 20 minutes everyday and they will tell you not to come closer the window because there’s a timer then that drive through rather be closed as it is not serving it purpose anymore

The one inside the mall I went there on sunday the 29 ordered at that kiosk machine then a guy from the store was looking at what I was ordering and as I order he tells me that they have no burgers I changed order to wings he said I should wait he will go and ask if they have wow … well I ordered took my slip to the counter guess what they don’t call out orders they take anyone’s slip pack their order and they don’t hand it over to a customer they put it in the counter when we questioned that the lady said open and see if it not yours, how hygienic is that for someone to open my order? I got my order went to the car opened my bucket for one to my surprise it was super cold 😭 chips were so dry like they were made a day before wings were cold on that bucket for 1, we had to go back to kfc to change it as we couldn’t eat such cold food

KFC original chicken

I have purchased KFC original chicken twice in the past and both times I have hoped for the best. I have loved FKC since I was a child. But, the last few times the chicken has been so greasy that it has been virtually impossible to eat. I am afraid to try it again.

I always have a family meal for Xmas eve, take I purchase take out so we can all enjoy the evening. But I won't this year as I will not serve such a greasy item.

I bought the chicken at KFC store located at 2110 Goliad Rd, San Antonio, Texas. Please teach these teenagers how to cook.

Desired outcome: I just want my old fried chicken back..

KFC The workers and the food

I sent my daughter she's 28 yrs old to get me a 20 dollar fill up I'm disabled n c t drive or walk I gave her 30 dollars an told her it won't be no more then 22 dollars wit tax when she came back with the food she said she was charged 32 dollars for a 20 dollar fill up I called an talked to one manager he said he don't no how it happened he asked if I hD receipt ikomed for 2 hours n could t find receipt I called back got another manager she was rude as all hell tellin me bri g the food back I told her my gtankids ate the food n I can't find receipt she hung up on me I live rite down the street from the of I but Fei. There all the time... It's not rite someone stole 10 dollars from me... I should be compensated for my time grief an how rude I was treated.. I was discriminate against because I'm disabled... They didn't care.

KFC New location 4659 W. 1st Street Sanford, Fl. 32771

I visited this location today @ 12:27 pm, placed my order on the kiosk, waited at least 45 minutes to get my order. The manager (African American man in the back) came out and said, "I've seen you here too long, what is your order, I told him, he personally went back and filled my order. Also, I was not given my drinks that came with my meal, this is frustrating to see a brand NEW store perform with such incompetence. Not the man that assisted me, he did his job! There were orders after me , being filled and i'm just standing there folk in the kitchen just ignoring me, very sad. My order #5093

KFC Privacy issue

Actually me and my sister go for lunch in KFC pakistan chenab branch. One unknown person take our pictures and blackmailing my sister. I add the complain in pakistan to cyber crime department. And I also need the cctv for recognised the person who actually take the pictures. I also contact All KFC headquarters in pakistan but thay didn't help and support us. And thay didn't give us cctv. And KFC pakistan doing the drama and seniors officers also involve. That's why I will try to contact USA headquarter I will find this way. If he blackmailing guy leaked my sister pictures you know as per our religion and society what happened with my sister her life totally spoiled and her future also. Please if you contact with KFC pakistan maybe thay listen our voice and request and thay give us cctv Fortitude. And save my sister life and future.

KFC Service

Went to drive thru as usual. Ordered chicken sandwich and a tap water. Never been charged for tap water before, this time they wanted to charge almost $3 extra. I asked why and had no explanation. When I pulled up to the window I said I didn't want the water anymore and they scoffed at me.

In the background I saw a employee trying to separate lids for the cups. Instead of using her 2 hands... she used her 1 hand and mouth to separate the lids not her free hand.

KFC Very very slow service

We visited KFC Almondvale Livingstone on Saturday 28th Oct 5.30 pm Approx, after we ordered our meal (order No 6258) we waited over 30 Minutes for it to arrive, after complaining we were told that that they were just waiting for fresh chicken wings, however we saw 3 trays of wings being distributed while we were wating and other customers who arrived at least 30 Mins after us being served.

I appreciate if it is busy there will be a delay but not when customers that arrive 30 Mins after us being served with chicken wings.

My Wife and I purchased a 10-piece meal and by far it was the most horrible-tasting chicken I have eaten. I've been eating KFC since 1960 when my mom first brought it home on the east coast. Colonel Sanders must be turning over in his grave. The chicken didn't taste like it had the 11 herbs and spices it was plain-tasting. I will never buy KFC again. R Martin

KFC Ordering my food

First of all I love KFC but one branch has Absolutely Terrible customer service. It is located KFC 6760 Highway 92

[protected] I normally once every two weeks and it has gotten worst. Last month (September) I went there and they open at 10:30 however no one was at the drive through. I then left and came back 30 minutes later and still no one was there. About two weeks afterwards I went back around 11:10 and the clerk said that the chicken would be ready in about 30 minutes, which it was not. I went there on 10/20/2023 at 11:20 and the clerk told me that the chicken was just getting dropped and it would be about 30 minutes. I returned at 12:10 and I was then told they are just dropping the chicken and it would be about 25 minutes. This location opens at 10:30 and you will not be able to order chicken until 12:30 or later. Not only did I spend my entire lunch break going back and forth I still DID NOT get any service. Totally UNSAT

Desired outcome: If KFC opens at 10:30 you would think you could order chicken and get served at That Time!!!

KFC Pick up order

Hi

I’al an Uber eats Rider on Sunday night I went to pick up my customer order but they gave me the order with out of drink it supposed to have drink.the customer was blaming me about his drink and when I back to speak to the shop in Acton high street was blaming and being so rude and the manager was there I know him he’s so rude so many people argue with him they didn’t even apologise this is horrible.I will report the shop to Uber eats.

KFC Incorrect order

Visited Circleville Ohio KFC on 10-25-23 at approximately 6:00 pm and ordered 2 ea 3 pc big box meals with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and pepsi's, 2 ea 4 pc Tender meals with fries and pepsi's and 1 ea Famous Bowl. Waited approximately 10 minutes for order after paying because chicken wasn't done. (The wait wasn't the problem) We staff brought order out the famous bowl was missing, so the employee went back in and got the bowl. Upon arrival at home my wife discovered that the 2 ea big box meals was missing the sides of the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, along with the fries where cold in the tender meals along with the tenders looking like the chicken that is being used in the famous bowl andbiscuits not being done (doughy)

We live approximately 20 minutes from store and we paid $47.67 for the meal that we did not receive in full for what was payed for. We have experienced this in the past at the same store but gave them the benefit of doubt because of staffing issues.
