You should have my original complaint # 0170774 oct 8 on file — though my previous 3 emails worked as corporate advised this location to call and resolve-

I received a phone call from a young lady from your location #8115 on dorothy

Lane in colorado springs, co she was polite and offered to resolve-I was driving when she called and did not get here name-so I told her I would return on saturday oct 21 - unfortunately I did once they found someone who knew about it asked what I wanted and they would (share cost) at 3.30 pm pn a sat I ordered an 8 piece original and a large mashed potatoes-they informed me they had no chicken done and would I like to wait 25 minutes before they had some-I gave then a not polite no thank you and drove off — this location should be closed or find someone to mange it — so I am still ticked off - and unfortunately-will go to

I did not receive all of my order and did not find out until I was home. When I spoke with the employees, there was no apology and no surprise that I had a missing order. KFC KFC mash pot bowl

I ordered through Door Dash-The meal came with NO utensils-I rtied to call resturant 9 times- phone just rang- NO ANSWER-SO I went to resturant after work-This was Oct 19 2023 @520pm-I spoke to a young black woman-I did not get her name, I was so angry-I told her he issue-she said she can't do anything-she kept asking what was wrong with the meal-I kept saying I had nothing to eat the meal with-I asked for the manager-she said she was the manager-she was rude and just tried to dismiss me and said no refund unless food was brought back and no to any compensation for my inconvenience. I like KFC and have always. And my 80 yr old parents do too. The KFC near my parents home is great near Lasalle ave in Hampton VA-Thank you

KFC Sickness due to food.

Last night (10.18.2023) I got a KFC order I believe it was an 8-piece family meal. Both me and my friends ate the chicken, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Within in an hour of eating it all 4 of us were sick in the bathroom. Even today we all have been extremely ill and unable to go to work and school. We purchased this food from the Ithaca KFC on Elmira Road. This has caused us all to be very ill and no longer desire eating KFC ever again.

KFC not always getting the right order and being over charged for it

I am totally discuted in everytime we go into kfc ocean plaza our order is wrong i never check till i get home put yet again its wrong and its not like i only spend £10 its always over £30 this time it was £43.32 and yet again it was wrong i am fed up off this just why do they always get my order wrong and never ever have the right stuff you order large its always medium and stuffissing

On 10/14/2023 I went to the KFC at 1812 NW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS at 3:10pm. My ticket was #2320. I ordered the 2pc Combo. When I got home and opened the box I found 2 pieces of burnt chicken (original recipe) and a cold, rock hard biscuit. I was very disappointed. Living on a fixed income, paying $7.97 for a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy, which were good, is not worth it.

KFC Chicken dinner

We have usually had problems with the KFC outlet on Washington Street in Palm Desert, CA. But we stuck with you because the chicken was always moist and good. However this latest edition of your chicken was as dry as the Sahara Desert-completely unsatisfactory. I just wanted to let you know.

KFC chicken meals

I purchased an 8 piece dinner in Brainerd MN. I ordered the original recipe chicken.

The original recipe was not the same original recipe. It tasted like the crap they sell at the local bar. It was salty and otherwise tasteless. The mashed potatoes were runny and the gravy was not the same either. The coleslaw was dry. this is the worst I have ever eaten. I will never order KFC chicken again. I hope that changing your recipe is worth losing customers, because you have lost this one.

Desired outcome: Change back to original recipe and reduce price.

coming home from hospital late ,I asked girlfriend what she'd like to eat instead of cooking.. she said KFC! so we went to the norwich n.y. kfc at 9:15 pm.. drove up to window was greeted an asked what we'd like, we asked for a minute, decided,,told them 2 3 piece chicken meals... the reply, sorry we have no chicken! really? kfc no chicken.. or jus stop serving 45 minutes before closing,, thanks alot.. KFC Chicken tenders and biscuits

I went into kfc on 10/3/23 at 8:03pm my sister was ahead of me and ordered 5pc tender meal, mashed potatoes, a small Mac and cheese and 4 biscuits. Then I went next and ordered the 12pc tenders. The girl hollered in back to tell him to do 12 pc tenders, he said no. She said really, then went back there. She came back and said he won't make them, so I said really. So then I ended up ordering 8pc bucket. Then he hollered from back saying they won't make them an hour before closing, although they were making the 5pc ones for my sister. She got hers, then I ended up getting mine and we left, down the road we noticed she didn't even get her biscuits, wasn't about to turn around and go back. All and all the young staff there was rude. I'll never go back there again. This was in Merrill, Wi.

Desired outcome: If they made my sister's tenders, they could've thrown more in when I ordered not even 2 minutes later, ridiculous. Forgot to say the guy in back said no because he just put them back after he threw my sisters in. B.S.

KFC Service and food

On October 1 I sent my son to get food at East Moline IL Kentucky Fried Chicken I just got out of hospital with Covid and I love your food my son came in with bag and before I even open bag he say wow the was so rude open bag I ordered large fry which half full and 3 12 piece nuggets I open and all 3 of the containers had lighter nuggets mix in with darker nuggets it look like was cook to long everything was cold to far to go back I don't usually send a complaint because thing happens I work in food service 20 years I did call about the situation said impossible at that point not going argue I have receipt was 27,87 For that amount I should of had large over flowing hot Frys and hot chicken nugget not of cook and dry.

my wife and I went to your resturant on Union Rd. in St. Louis around 4:30 pm on 9-28-23. We ordered an 8peice meal with 4 peices regular and 4 peices xtra crispy. KFC KFC George, Courtenay Street

I ordered 2x All Star Box meals today at the drive through. We waited almost 30mins for our food. We received room temperature cool drinks, old, dry, cold and stale burgers with soggy lettuce, the smallest zinger wings I've ever seen and a cold piece of chicken. The only thing that was fresh, was the chips.

This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this particular KFC and I am guessing it is not going to be the last, because I have complained before with no response. It seems like the staff is more concerned about chatting with their friends and colleagues than actually helping paying customers.

Desired outcome: I would ask for a complimentary meal, but then I'd have to complain about that one also not being up to standard. They need new management

KFC Not delivered order correctly

why do you add Pepsi when it is not available? always do this behaviour when I order online delivery but now this time I am very angry with this service. didn't give ketchup garlic and tissues also as always on home delivery I ordered Pepsi and I delivered Marinda and Dew One Pepsi was missing and it wasn't delivered in my last order I need action on this behaviour.

I need to consumer court and file a case about this behaviour proof is attached.

the rider told the kfc salesman didn't give me anything moreattached more reviews about this vendor and i am not alone in this case others have issues with drinks that are not delivered with the order.
