On 2/10/2023 I placed a drive thru order at restaurant J625193 in Bethel Park, Pa. I was told that a biscuit was included with the meal and i did not receive it, asked for sauces I never received, my side of mac and cheese was burnt and crusty as if it was scraped for the bottom of the warmer and the chicken sandwich was tough and not the usual quality we have been used to from KFC. As long time customers, we would like to be reimbursed for our unsatisfactory order. I can be reached at [protected]. Thank you in advance for your prompt response to this complaint.

KFC - 10 piece wing/thigh meal deal and cinnabon 4 piece dessert biscuits
In drive-thru lane there are two advertisements. The first is for a discounted 10-piece wing/thigh meal. The second as is for 4 free dessert biscuits with ANY 10-piece meal purchase. The ad placement appeared as though it was a combo deal to incentivize ordering the wing/thigh meal. It seemed like a great deal so that's what I ordered. However, when I got to the window and asked for the dessert biscuits the manager yelled at me, stating that the dessert is only for regular priced 10-piece meals. I explained that the dessert ad stated "ANY, " but she was visibly angry and frustrated, showing me the receipt and how it couldn't be a deal because it didn't print on the receipt. I explained that the two ads next to each other were misleading customers. She begrudgingly obliged and included the dessert but huffed a lot. After she walked away I looked at the teller and said, "I'm not the only one who did this today." He responded that there were several. Of course there were because it's incredibly misleading marketing. If you want happy customers change one of the ads, and tell the manager working the afternoon shift that it's KFC's fault, not the customers.
