KFC My order I received

I have just been to the kfc in manvers rotherham and I ordered

chips,

bbq bites,

2 corns

2 hot wings

Gravy

Paid £9.04

Got all the way home to find that I didn't even have my chips in the bag, really annoyed. Tried to call the store and constantly ringing for ages and no answer. This is not good service for such a small order and to forget chips of all things!

This is twice this has happened at this store now within a week.

Desired outcome: I want my money back for my order and for the store to be told that they need to scrub up and take more notice of customers orders. Always forgetting things.

KFC Service

Yesterday I arrived in the KFC in Taunton after my son had left the hospital. We got there at 3:45. The shop was empty. I stood where it out orders nobody came to me people then behind me were getting served because they were on the clipboard, and then I said is anybody serving over here please young lad came, took the man’s order, given him his order and then walked away and left me still stood there so after 17 minutes of standing I said to the next lad is anybody serving he said I will be with you in a minute which you did came took my order was fine I was eating in sat down nothing to eat food with so I had to go back to the counter and asked for something to put the food on to eat off sat back down then realise he didn’t give me any cups to drink out of not happy at all so all in all 17 minutes of waiting around. If the shop was busy yes I understand but it was empty, the service was awful thank you

KFC Missing and incorrect order and missing utensils

Good day. We bought a Dunked crunch meal and a Fully loaded Zinger box meal, dine in at KFC Peppergrove Mall Wednesday at 17h20 order number 2436. My chicken was missing in the dunked crunch meal and there was no salt, my husband went back and they gave the dryest centre breast ever and the salt was out of stock. No spoon with the mash and gravy given, so went back to ask for a spoon, only to realise that it was gravy only when back at the table. Had to go and change that again. Then bit into the Zinger to find out that it was a regular fillet. Imagine having to get up 4 times to go and correct mistakes that were made due to negligence and having to eat cold food. The service sucked and no amount of short staff or whatever excuses they made up could ever make this right. I had missing stuff in orders before, but this time it was simply too much not to complain. The service at KFC Peppergrove mall sucks and this is my last.

KFC Missing items and half full sides

We went to visit family in Palatka Florida for my sons 18th birthday last week. My husband got a meal from the drive through for the dinner as thats what my son wanted. He ordered the 12 piece chicken with 3 sides and added 2 more sides. When we went to set up we found the sides were only half full, even the extras he got, on top of that there were no biscuits. :( It's a bit of a drive to Palatka so I told him I would go but they didn't give him a receipt, I checked all the bags. I Planned to look the transaction up on out bank app but of course he used cash. I know it's too late to resolve the situation now but I had to contact you to file a complaint. We live paycheck to paycheck so that meal was a big deal for my sons birthday. I'm sure it doesn't sound like much for other families but for us its a big deal. Especially since we were already spending so much in gas for the trip. I understand mistakes happen but this was only part accident. They knew they were only filling up the sides half way.

Desired outcome: A voucher for a replacement meal would be an ideal solution. I would also like the manager of the Palatka Fl KFC to get a copy of the complaint so this doesn't keep happening.

KFC Incomplete order

I am very satisfied with the quality of the food that was given to me with this order. I am dissatisfied, that when I got home, the order did not have the gravy that I bought, so I called the store, and the girl told me that KFC does not give refunds, How could I get a refund, I didn't even get the product that I was supposed to receive, instead she told me to come get the gravy another day, I did not plan this party for another day, and I live too far to go back on the day I was supposed to get it. Your employee has a very bad disposition, and if KFC does have a policy not to give customers monies back for something they did not Receive, shame on them, and i will not participate any longer. I will take my business ElseWare. Thank You for allowing me to vent and have a magnificent day.

KFC Service

I ordered at Commercial road in P.E on the 24th of March at 21:42 as I wright this complaint it's 22:34 and I haven't received my order but the employees are busy standing, laughing and some are packing products instead of serving customers. This is the worst experience ever. Your employees need to be customer centric. The lady who was taking my order Anesipho is literally working alone whilst others are relaxing.

KFC Staff

We are regular customer of KFC, 6-8 times visitor, every time when we reach KFC after 10:00 staff refuse to deliver chicken items,

And pretend that this is late time we can’t deliver order,

We have came from 6 kilometres to eat food with my children but we are now unable to get food.

Also one staff mis behave us like we are asking food for free.

KFC Incorrect order

This is the date and time my order arrived:

22nd March 2023, 7:30pm.

My order number was [protected].

The store was KFC Colombo St in Christchurch, New Zealand.

I ordered 4 pieces of original chicken (2x 2 pieces original recipe chicken). When it arrived, there were only two pieces. I have tried to call the KFC store for the past 1 1/2 hours and the phone just keeps ringing until it disconnects. There is no way to leave a message.

Incidentally, the Hot and Spicy mini popcorn was also very dry.

It was disappointing to miss out on the two pieces that I paid for but the fact that no one answered the phone was concerning and showed very poor customer service.

I would appreciate an explanation of why I couldn't get through on the phone and a refund for the chicken.

Desired outcome: Please refund and I'd appreciate a response.

KFC KFC Wraps

3/21/2023 3:05 pm a Tuesday. D011011 2 18 2005. In the Town of Pomona, California on Arrow Highway corner of Town Ave/Arrow Highway.

I ordered one wrap with pickles and mayo. The picture on bill board showed a fully filled tortilla opened at one end with ingredients showing fully stuffed. I received a tiny burrito a piece of chicken one piece of pickle, it all weighed 3 ounces and was wrapped tight like a Mexican burrito. That wouldn’t fill a 5 year old. At $3.00 each that is a dollar an ounce and not worth a $1.30 total. Your prices are outrageous and I can’t support your company any longer. You need to see how wraps are made and offer that.

KFC Store Employees!

I have had two situations that were extremely horrible where I received expired food, and the wrong orders! I have attempted to solve with the staff and they were very rude to say the least. I have reached out to customer service several times in regards to the situation and I advised I don't want any vouchers, I don't want to be a customer any longer. I have been advised to get an attorney as we have gotten sick because of the food preparations that were received! I have received nothing at all, I received one message and I responded and have yet to hear back about a resolution! I have tried to be civil and resolve between us but if I don't get a resolution soon, my attornet will be getting involved and it will be a bigger situation than what I'm asking.

Desired outcome: My money back it was approx. $65

KFC Terrible Service from both the restaurant and corporate office

I went in to the Statesville, NC Glenway Drive location and employees treated me like they didn't even want to take my order. I ordered an original 2 breast dinner and a large order of mashed potatoes with gravy. got home and I received a crispy thigh and leg dinner (no gravy for potatoes. Called the restaurant to get this corrected, but after 20 minutes on the phone, no one would answer. wrote the corporate office (6 times) and I still have not received as much as an apology.

I guess my suggest to any one traveling thru Statesville, NC is go around the corner, we do have a pretty decent Bojangles.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and refund.

KFC 8 pc fried chicken & 12 pc honey bbq wings

This complaint started with my desire for a tasty and easy meal at the end of a very busy and trying day. I'm looking forward to an easy, I mean a really easy meal no fuss, no must. So fried chicken came to mind; Popeyes, Churches, Hip Hop or KFC!?!? So, I chose to have KFC’s out of an abundance of respect for the ol’ school everything and close to home taste. Well, unfortunately everything fell apart when I stopped at KFC Restaurant #071126 to make my fast-food order (see Attached). I know nothings perfect, but really you don’t usually expect a meal made from chicken (dry as fossils from the Searria Desert) that should have been tossed out at leased 2hours before I arrived to order. French fries the that challenged me for age, I was born in 1944. Ooops, almost forgot, the biscuits taste more like raw flower dough than bread. Yes, and 12 Honey BBQ wings made the same ancient archeological chicken meat. Outside the expense of wasted time, the cost for this little unexpected experience was $51.07 drive through ticket #1357.

Yes, I am being little facetious about the encounter, but customer/guest services is the most important part of surviving in business if that a consideration. Not to mention the reputation of the brand and the establishment. I cannot exactly say where the problem may lie, management and/or staffing but I can say something needs to change. Or maybe, I was just by happen state the one selected to be served the proverbial special sauce!?!?! I hope that what I encountered on March 16,2023 at 1848hrs, is not the standard customer service to expected from your establishment. I'm writing now as an afterthought, because at the time of incidence occurrence, I was so angered at the male treatment I could hardly contain myself. Now feeling better, and if anyone is concerned maybe, management might consider suitable training in customer service skills to be worthwhile.

Desired outcome: Improved customer service and respect. The customer is the reason for job, pay and continued business operations.

KFC KFC Fair Oaks calif

We happened to be in the area and ended up at KFC Waited 25 minutes before being served to take our order there were 3 people in the restaurant working only one couple in the building and I can't tell you how many People might have been in line with their cars... They had to put down French fries twice as we were there as well as more Chicken. I have never waited as long as we did in a line at KFC.. Someone could have come up to us and said something I told my friend just lets go somewhere else and it will be quicker but already been waiting the 25minutes he felt we should stay so we did. The chicken was not at all what was expected. Surly wasn't satisfied with the order there, nor the service. Would like to be able to go to another KFC and give another chance. Of course, with a coupon to buy again. It was the 16 piece meal...

KFC Rude behaviour with customer

I visited Kanakarbagh, patna branch today and I order ultimate saving bucket, I feel hot so tell the manager ro keep AC on as I sweating and that time I already ordered my food. The behaviour of that lady manger is to bad she is saying AC is already on you can come and see I told her that I dont feel the AC after that I asked her to give me the feedback form she denied to give and said do that online and the way she is talking is very bad is that way you are hiring people that they will insult your customer. I will now never ho toh that outlet wrost service ever given bh KFC. While hiring hire good people as they are representing KFC not themselves.

Desired outcome: I want an apology from that lady who misbehaves with me either i will make sure i will never visit kfc again and their are too many option in the market

KFC Manager on duty

My husband and I dined in at your restaurant on Galloway Avenue in Mesquite Texas on 3/2/23 at 12:15 pm. The entire visit, we heard nothing but the manager yelling and berating the staff. It was far from a pleasurable dining experience. When I tried to point this out to the female manager wearing glasses, and ask for her name, she rudely told me to “have a good day, goodbye”. I can’t imagine being one of the poor kids working for her! Someone needs to either remove her from a customer service role she is OBVIOUSLY not suited for it give her some extensive training and long term oversight.

Desired outcome: Train her or remove her as a manager. She is offensive to customers and I am sure to her staff.

KFC 2 piece meal

I was one of the first customers on February 28, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., along with a coworker at your 5615 Milgen Road location in Columbus Ga

I purchased 4 chicken wraps, 1 famous bowl and a 2-piece meal.

Upon arriving back to my place of employment, which is only a 6-minute ride, I noticed my chicken was cold and tasted as if it wasn't cooked that morning. It was dry and I usually have no complaints at this location because I eat there at least 3 times a month. I also noticed they seemed to be understaffed as the lady who took my order was working both front=t counter and drive thru. I ordered 2 thighs and received 2 breasts. I did correct the gentleman when I saw him preparing my order, but I still received the wrong pieces. This is one of my favorite places to eat and just wish they could have better training and pay closer attention to preparing orders.

The Store in Pikeville.ky you have a employee her name is Mina she is very rude to customers and I mean everyone. I quit eating there because of this Person but I was craving Chicken so I stopped by to eat she is so rude like we are in her way...I spoke to a family that was leaving the store and She told me she was frin Matewan West Virginia and tgat was her first time eating there and she would never be back.because they was treated do bad by this person who is Mina...you need to go as a Customer and observe this person who is Mina...she can barely walk she hangs in to stuff to get around she keeps a snarl look like she can kill you...this store needs to di something about her...I love KFC but I don't go there much because of the treatment you get

Desired outcome: Please help go observe her as a customer...you have lost a lot of business..i have talked to several that want go back
