KFC employment

My son is 16 years old. Law states 10pm school nights and 1030 pm on weekends. My son has been staying to 1015pm to 1030. While manager let’s everyone else out at 10pm and makes him stay to do dishes and other chores. The best park she punches him out at 10pm. My son will not work for free and will not be made to stay passed the time the law states. I am going to pursue this further and he will be giving his notice. I am contacting the labor board on this as well. I am sure my child is not the first to be going through this. Not only is he a honor student with a GPA if 3.75 he works three jobs and maintains his academic scores. So he definatley is not a lazy kid or just looking for a way out. Please see too it that this matter is resolved so another child don’t have to deal with this unprofessional work place.

KFC service

First of all the store had no customers at the counter...I was the only one yet I waited almost 10 min before anyone took my order. There was an employee behind the counter that was doing nothing except standing there looking at me...I spent 36.00 dollars and was the last one to get my order...4 people came in after my order was taken...lousy service in my book!

KFC kfc food awful

Last night we went to the KFC on south high street in Columbus, Ohio. We place a $35 order and when we got home we didn't have our tenders, had to go back. Then when we got home the 3 Cole slaw that we purchased were brown inside and stunk. Then the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Not to mention my dad and husband were sick all evening. They didn't notice the pinkness until they ate a bit of the chicken We order from them a couple times a month and always have problems. We are going to start going to the Grove City, Ohio location. The drive will be worth it. It sucks that the one by our house is worthless.

KFC dirty location

Last evening-10/22/17, My husband and myself traveled appox. 50 minutes to the nearest Kentucky fried Chicken location-(we live in Milford, PA & traveled to Newton, NJ). I told the cashier what I wanted-(2 pc. meal but I wanted both pieces to be thighes-I was told no). There were no options given to me (upcharge, different meal option type, nothing suggested). I got the standard 2 pc. chicken meal which is not what I wanted but I was hungry. My husband ordered his 3 pc. meal no problem. We went to sit down ( we were literally the only customers in the place.) I had to clean both the table & the booth seats. While eating, I took a bite of my biscuit and it tasted bad. I spit it out in a napkin & upon looking at the biscuit it was full of green mold. I went to the register and showed 1 of the employees who said he was sorry & gave me 2 biscuits. I went back to eating, which as I said before, I was hungry, and there was a female employee there talking VERY loudly to the other SEVEN employees about hating her hours, and she has a life, etc.. by this time there were a few other customers in the facility. I am quite sure that one of the other seven employees was a manager. I recently lost my job and was very taken back by the actions of most of the staff there. There was no need for 7 employees to be there at that time when there was hardly any customers to begin with. Most of the employees were all just talking to each other. I actually felt sick after eating and went to the Ladie's room, I could not even use it-the door did not lock. I told my husband we had to leave, I was not feeling well. Once we went outside there were 3 employees outside smoking, REALLY! On the way home I was telling him about the bathroom situation and he told me that the Men's room door did not lock either. This is no joke-but I literally have been sick since last evening after eating there. I hope this location is inspected-it is not a good one.

KFC a location: in riverton utah

We love KFC. We have gone to this location 5 times on 6 months. We would go more often if this location wasn't so poorly ran with unsatisfied product. They have run out of chicken at 7pm couldn't help us. Wasn't willing to make more. At 8 pm another time we were told the heat(ing) trays were being cleaned. We went another time at noon, they had no chicken. This is horrible customer service and reputation for your company. Everytime we see a KFC commercial we comment finger licking good "everywhere, but this one". Someone needs to look into this store. Not good for what you pay to advertise I'm this area. Very sad.

KFC 3 piece strip meal

Ordered a 3 pic strip meal last night to go. Got the meal and I live not 5 mins from
Where i got it. When I opened the box I was so upset. The chicken was cold. And the potatoes were soup. No butter for biscuit It was not late or closing time I had not eaten all
Day but did not eat that. I had a choice of mc Donald's or KFC boy I guess I should of gone across the street to Mickey ds.

KFC chicken was off.

I purchased two pieces of chicken and chips for my child after a school function. It was 21:00. Six hours later my child was so sick he ended up on a drip at Sunward Park hospital with severe food poisoning. KFC Lambton Johannesburg. At the hospital I was told that KFC had a reputation for chicken that was off. My child spent an entire day on a drip.

KFC service

I went to the New KFC that just opened on State St in Springfield, MA, My husband and I went with our two children the atmosphere was good until I began to over here the Manager of the restaurant talking very rude to the employees. I think that if she wants good service she needs to give her employees the respect they deserve. Hopefully this will get addressed

KFC the chicken dinner we bought for are family

My wife stopped there at the Pikeville Ky location and Bought The Bucket meals for our family to eat anyways we live over 1 1/2 hrs from Pikeville ky when she got home and started to prepare the meal she noticed we did not get all our chicken we paid for well we then set down to eat dinner and we noticed the chicken was still undercooked well she called the store and spoke with a woman name Tonya always she was rude and not wanting to listen to our complaint she was nasty with my wife over the phone and in a hurry to get her off the phone and as paying customers we should get respect but we did not we always stop there at least 2 times per week to buy dinner where we work so much its much easier to just pick up dinner and I spend at least $60 or more on meals there and even that Manager Lady who works there is Rude when you have a issue with something and need to speak to them we are not looking for anything free I pay my way all I'm saying is now you lost a loyal customer over this and if they are doing it to me and my family how many others are they doing it too and if that chicken is undercooked and someone gets sick then what as I said we live 1 1/2 hrs from Pikeville ky and she was like you should have bought it back she did not even want to listen to our complaint so that is why I'm writing to whoever to see if you can help me with this I would hate to see you lose more customers over having rude staff working there I think that location needs to be looked at and have an undercover boss done there so you can see first hand how they treat their customers what happen to the friendly faces and smiles long ago and when fast food was a family thing they took that out when they don't say hello when you walk in and or say thank you when your done but anyways can someone please contact me as soon as possible here is my email chrs.[protected]@gmail.com Thank you The store On Bird Ave In Pikeville ky is the store !

KFC kfc merchant charges for use of debit or credit card

The KFC located at 415 Gaffey Street in San Pedro, CA (#E791005) charges a surcharge for use of credit and/or debit cards. I asked them why on several occasions and they never have an answer for me. They just want to be paid in cash. Today, 10/20/17, I stopped for lunch at this location at 2:11 pm, to get a $5 meal and paid in cash. When I asked the Cashier/Server, Michelle, if they still charge a surcharge for use of credit/debit cards she brushed me off and said she didn't know. Then told me to have a nice day. When I asked for my receipt, she kept saying to me have a nice day. Until she finally gave it to me. I think you need to check into this location, cause something fishy and underhanded is going on.

KFC chicken

This took place on Friday 10-13-17 while the office employees were having lunch. I was biting down on a piece of Kentucky fried chicken and the cracked bone inside of the chicken leg pierced through the meat and stabbed in between my gum and tooth. Breaking a piece of my tooth off. My dentist was closed on Friday I waited until Monday the 16th and had to have emergency root canal. I had to go back to my dentist on Wednesday the 18th to have the remaining tooth grind down for a temporary tooth.

KFC 8 piece bucket dinner

KFC in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. 8 Piece grilled bucket meal, green beans not edible they were so bad. Cole slaw " my favorite" was dry as in not very much liguid at all. And grilled chicken was 3 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs and a breast. Such small pieces and overcooked till like leather. Usually pretty good food but tonight 2-18-17 Horrible all around🤢

KFC bad service, bad food for how much I have spent.

Between two orders of 30 some dollars of chicken and 30 something of sides I am amazed and unhappy with this location. I was treated so rudely. My sides where places on the counter and I waited for the chicken for 40 mins. My sides were not completely put together. They were cold and I was treated rudely by all the staff including the manager. I was going to let it go but decided since this seems to be something that happens alot it needs to be addressed. I hate going to local location in fear my money will be a waste. Hard bisquits cold shivered up corn, chicken that is dry etc. I am tired of being treated rudely when I go in there and I have never done anything to any one of the staff. I a very understanding of busy times and I wait patiently for my order. Expecting quality for the amount of money I spend when I go in. Even the manager seems to act like your a bother cuz she is running around trying to make up for a staff that is lazy. Something needs to change with this location cuz we have Bojangles coming soon and I will go there instead if I have too.

KFC product and service

We ate a big family we spend 40 50 dollars easy when we go to these fast food places. We don't mind waiting but after waiting I would appreciate all my food that I paid for or for it to be fresh. I am continuously having to go back for food and having to argue about what we get. 1 time they forgot 16 pcs of chicken go figure. Tonight I waited for chicken tenders no problem then I get home and they are no bigger than mcdonalds chicken nuggets 26$ for that. Then the coleslaw had strains of plastic in it. I blame both employees and preppersonal for some of the mis takes and KFC for having overpriced under sized chicken. They should be ashamed to serve that. As for the plastic that could be harmful. Do you not care about your customers or quality?

If you continue to have such a bad experience, why do you keep visiting the restaurant? Additionally, for almost all fast food places, you should consider checking your food prior to leaving the store.

To whom it may concern,
Me and my sister had been craving kfc for a while. Neither of us had money but my sister got paid. She didn't have much but she still invited me. We just got out of school and we walked to this kfc location. Worst experience and service ever. I don't ask for much but this was bad. The cashier was nice but maybe...me and my sister weren't clear. Although we specifically asked for the popcorn chicken combo she charged me something else. I kindly asked her what she had charged me because I never got the drink or the fries it came with. The manager working came over to try to resolve it but he didn't do anything but tossed the drink on the counter and said “Here's the drink. That should be fair.” The manager had such a horrible attitude, I've worked in the food industry and I more than anyone know that's not the tone you have with a customer. You guys have an open kitchen. I shouldn't be seeing the manager toss my food roughly on the tray after I nicely tried to have my order corrected. WILL NEVER BE BACK! Oh and to add, the restrooms were filthy. I basically had a cockroach crawling up my leg, LITERALLY! Paper towels were scattered on the floor. We are actually broke and with the little money we had, we came to eat here. We love this company and expected more. What a shame and a waste of money! I tried complaining on the day of on website but it didn't let me, I barley just got the chance.

I don't know what is wrong with all the people on this site jumping all over you. But instead of telling people they need classes in English and need to learn how to speak, their time would be put to much better use learning how to express their opinions without being so venomous and angry. They could also use a course on manners as it's obvious that any manners their parents attempted to teach them has long gone out the window. Even if you did make a mistake, you are human and this did not give the manager the right to mistreat you. We all make mistakes, no one is perfect... not even the people jumping all over you with their less than perfect attitudes, atrocious manners and assumptions. BTW, if a company offers a public bathroom it's that company's job to maintain it in a clean fashion. I'd like to see any of these people own a restaurant and have the health inspector come in. How very entertaining it would be to watch them try to explain that it's not their fault that the public made their bathroom dirty and they shouldn't have to keep it clean and maintained! In fact, I bet these people's homes are just as messy and nasty as the attitudes they've portrayed in their posts.

KFC a cashier at kfc

Yesterday my husband and I went to kfc in wilkesboro around 230 to eat the buffet. Well the lady by the name of sandy took our order for 2 buffets which she said was $18.60 we paid with a $20 so oddly enough the lady goes to ask the manager for keys to get our change and then puts our $20 in her back pocket so when I ask for my receipt she tells us that the machine didn't print a receipt... I've worked in fast food and I believe what she done was not even ring our order up and just kept the money. I will not be visiting that location because I feel like the lady was intoxicated and stole our money as well as Kfc's money.

KFC chicken little’s

I asked for extra mayo on my six chicken Little’s and they gave me crap it’s not fair to have to feed your kids this when you put in a specific order get all the way home after a long day at work order food and have to end up cooking anyway just plain rude and I go here all the time. And there across the street from a school there probably giving these kids crap and I don’t pay my money for crap I want my money back or my food PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

KFC is a fast food restaurant. Fast food restaurants are known for convenience and price. You can always check your food items before you leave to make sure your order is correct/satisfactory. Your pictures look on-par with regular fast food.

Also if you truly believe it is "crap, " don't purchase it or feed it to your children.

KFC drive/through service

I drove to the window around 11:45 and the cashier asked fro my order and I gave it but no one ever said anything else. So I kept waiting to see if someone would ask for my order again or ask me to speak up, still no one responded or said anything and plus I was the only car at the window no one else was in drive-thru at the time. From that point I drove to the window and the manager on duty at the time said we couldn't hear you. Now remind you that know one ever said we cant hear you or asked me to repeat myself which means that you heard me but didn't say anything. She told me I needed to drive back around because she couldn't take any orders at the window even though no one was at the window.

So I got out and went in and order A fill up for $5.00.

KFC refused to fulfill order request...

Pulled up to drive thru and ordered an 8 piece bucket all dark original recipe. Was told that was a "Special" order and would have to wait, or called in... for 8 pieces of chicken?!

Really? You do chicken right? That's part of your companies name, right? You have hundreds of pounds on site, right? What's so "special" about my order?

UNBELIEVABLE.

KFC manager being aggressive/shouting profanities-alameda, ca location

Incident on 10/14, around 3:30 pm

During a local neighborhood walk with my wife and 5 month old daughter I needed to use the restroom. My wife pointed out a local KFC and we walked over to use the facilities. There happened to be a closed street event happening a block away and I noticed that there was a sign on the front door that indicated that the restrooms were for paying customers only, at which point I walked back to my wife and informed her we needed to buy something and I asked what kind of soda she would like. (This should be on the stores security camera to corroborate)

I then entered the restaurant and due to pressing needs decided to use the restroom prior to purchasing the drink. Within 1-2 minutes of entering the facilities the manager Christie knocked on the door and followed up at least 4-5 separate times over the course of the 5-10 minutes that I was occupying the restroom. The first knock sounded like she was checking to see if it was occupied, curious considering there is a slider on the lock that said vacant when I entered, and I would assume said occupied once I locked the door. After the second knock she asked me to hurry up as I was taking a long time, which I thought was rather rude but I didn’t think much of it. After the third/fourth knock she asked if I was “smoking drugs in there” to which I responded “No…are you kidding me?” and she reiterated her desire for me to hurry up.

At this point I was becoming rather irritated and may have gotten flustered and lost count if she had knocked 1 or 2 more times. Regardless, after the last knock on the door she indicated that there was a line forming and that if I did not get out of the restroom she would “unlock the door herself and remove me”. I reiterated my incredulity at the circumstance I found myself in and may have uttered a profane word at the door while I washed my hands.

Upon opening the door to leave I was confronted with Christie and the other patrons that were waiting, a family of 3-4 females, who all entered the restroom as Christie chastised me. I pointed out that I was in the Male restroom and voiced my surprise at being rushed to vacate considering the “line” that had formed was of all females, a group of children and their mother. Christine said it didn’t matter since they had children with them and that I needed to leave the premises immediately. At this point I was understandably irate at being publicly embarrassed and chided and regrettably told Christie she was being a [censor]. She irately followed me as I left through the doors of the restaurant and continued to harass me in the parking lot.

She told me that there were signs posted that indicated that “restrooms are for paying customers only” at which point I indicated my intent to purchase a beverage. She said I needed to make a purchase before using the restroom and that she was going to call the police due to me cursing in front of children. She followed me out of the door, still shouting, and told me not to get in her face, and that “we aren’t afraid of you” even though she was the one being aggressive and I was the one backing away. I was rather upset after the preceding exchange and the surrounding circumstances so I regrettably “flipped her off” as I left the premises on foot. She loudly yelled back at me “Yeah, [censor] off you [censor]!” as other patrons, and my wife and daughter, watched on. All I wanted was to use the bathroom and make a purchase, but the manager’s actions have ensured that we will never return to this location. I would appreciate a response and to be informed what action will be taken.
