KFC review: 5pc wing combo and customer service mgr.

I ordered a #5 - 5pc wing original combo. The order was not what I was expecting. I expected to receive a number 5 5pc (whole chicken wings original combo) one side, a drink, and a biscuit. Instead I received 5 spicy wing drummets. Neither did I expect the chicken to be spicy. Also I called immediately after I got home and the manager or whomever it was that answered the phone said there was nothing she could do about it because that is the order that I placed. She was very rude. I was already reluctant to go there because sometimes the original chicken is not good and this is worse. I threw it in the trash. It cost me $6.49 +.59 = $7.08 total. I told the girl that I have stomach problems and couldn't eat spicy food. She could care less. She did not offer to trade it for something else or anything. I did not like the chicken. So far I have 5 thumbs down for KFC. What a waste! Also the sign does not indicate that the chicken is spicy. I hope I don't get sick. My Cashier was: Fleisha
