KFC review: rude and confrontaitional

When told you can order just chicken & biscuts but when you go to pick your order up and they tell you biscuts don't come with it you have to pay 2 for a $1 and when told what was told to us they were rude and non apologetic and very very rude from the get go and i would like to also include i worked for this particular KFC and won the 1986 Silver Dollar Award for excellent customer service with a mystery shopper and i got a perfect score and our main concern was our customers as it should still be to this day but the employees at the resturant i am referring to do not try at any length they just want you to move along and when questioned about the service they are down right rude and that is being polite! I called the resturant and all they could say is thats thier policy when i worked there the policy was to take care of customers I thought this was our goal and i say our goal because i was actually very proud to work there i hope that someone will do something about this because i wont continue to go to this resturant as long as i'm goin to be treated as some non important customer i have spent much money here and unless something is done about the treatment and attitudes towards all customers i will not support this establishment and i will make sure my Family & Friends don't either and i was born and raised in this town and i know everyone here and i will make sure no one visits this establishment again until i get an apology and some type of reimbersment for the very bad service i recieved. Now i'm not trying to be difficult but wrong is wrong and every employee in that establishment was down right rude and that's being polite And they are there only for a pay check! You should treat each and every customer with the utmost respect this is their store #H060001 and the phone # is [protected] if i do not recieve any response then i will know where this community stands but i can assure you i have a family of 8 and we order out atleast 2 or more times a week but i can assure you if something is not done about the the workers and their down right impoliteness we will not visit this establishment again and i'll make sure none of my Family & Friends do either this is not an empty threat we have put up with this far to long!
