KFC review: hair in food 2x ( 2 comments)

This restaurant is terrible. My family went today and it was hotter in the restaurant than outside. Staff was so nice, when they asked how we were doing we told them we were suffocating. They stated the owner had the thermostat locked so they could not adjust it lower than 76. I was miserable but I felt worse for workers in the kitchen. I have heard of saving money but customers are not going to go back. I have spoken to another family who we knew had visited and they stated the same problems. I love kfc food but I will avoid this one as well as warn others so they don't suffer like we did for a Sunday family lunch.

this store has management problems. Poor service. wrong order, no order, wrong amount of change back...this is management! last three times I have been to this location, (1) I ordered a 8 piece bucket of chicken--should have been 2 wings 2 breast, 2 thighs 2 legs--there was NO white meat in the bucket. (2) I just love when I give my order, pull up to the window give them my money, and THEN they tell me they don't have what I ordered. think they should tell the customer when they order if they are out of something (extra crispy chicken--really?) BEFORE you take my money. (3) gave them $20 for an order totaling $10.24--- change was folded up when I received it, I dropped it in the bag so I could go on to work only to find I had been shorted $4. KFC is no longer the only game in town...Popeye's is now just up the street. Again, this is a management problem. No management skills, no time management, no product management. (seriously how to you run out of cooked product during rush hour? when you see you are starting to get low you cook more not wait until there is none left) Maybe the owner should spend more time in this store.
