Greeting from NW Tea Concept. We're VIP of J&T Express, we always use J&T Express only as our courier. But this time we receive a complaint about the package is damaged from our customer. (Tracking Number [protected]). Delivery Date 03 March 2021. It's the first time and we hope it's the last time too. We also hope J&T Express can solve this serious issue as soon as possible.

The driver did not contact me even though I had given my phone number and directly drop my parcel to my house. This may cause my expensive parcel broken. My parcel had mentioned fragile objects (cannot throw), but then the driver still directly drop my parcel... This is not the first time... I have already complained online, but it still hasn't gone away, still no response

Balik² check tracking no, on hold, out of droppoint lah, penerima reject parcel lah...&skrg parcel under investigation lah... Kenapa, ingt itu brang terlarang kah? Hebat betul ini j&t

I received a delivery on 03/3/2021 which i found a severe damage. Kindly find attached. For your info i have received delivery with various damages but this time it damages my product. i have difficult time to explain to my clients.

pengantar barang jnt baling barang saya masuk dlm pagar rumah.tak ada call pun nak hantar barang.terus baling ja barang.duit pos yg kami bayar tu...pengantar main baling ja barang.knapa pos laju dan lain lain boleh call dulu..kenapa jnt xda call dan terus baling ja barang.barang orang beli bukan semua nya boleh di buat baling baling.tolong laa ada rasa tanggungjawab dalam menghantar barang orang tu bg sampai dengan selamat.penjual x salah..yang salah pengantar yang suka suka hati baling barang orang dan xda call pun dah tahu xada orang kat rumah.sy slalu jiran yg akan tolong ambilkan barag kalau sy xada kat rumah.sebab pengantar call...sy call jiran suruh ambikkan.kejadian ni berlaku kemarin.. 03/03/2021

Dah terang-terang alamat tulis puncak alam, bandar puncak alam, klang. kenapa boleh sampai ke cheras barangnya. jangan macam ni, sila lah baca alamat betul-betul sebelum agihkan ke warehouse masing2. Ia takkan menyusahkan dari pihak awak dan pihak saya.

call utk penghantaran, tapi complain guard tak terima parcel & marah² ? seriously ? mcm mana pos laju, ninja van, always hantar brg & tinggalkan di guard house . tiada masalah pun . sebelum tu, sy xambil sendiri sbb, sy kerja, malam baru balik . then, back to the story, dia mintak no ic pastu scan . i tot dia bagi dgn guard, but cakap guard xnak ambil plus nk hntr sekarang . seriously, sy tgh kerja kot . kalau guard xnk ambil, why nak no ic & scan brg if belum ada penerima ? lepastu marah², dia yg salah, scan apa semua & bila xditerima sy pulak kena . aku nie kerja kot, mcm kau kerja . BE RESPONSIBLE sikit ! xnak kerja, bagi org lain yang memerlukan . [protected] (kuching, sarawak) - ni nombor dia . idk nama dia . hope j&t take action with this guy !

Saya sudah 3 kali mnghubungi no penghantar barang dan telah bjanji akan mnghubungi saya smula skiranya telah mnjumpai barang saya, tetapi tempoh yang saya beri sudahpun 1 mnggu saya harap pihak j&t btanggungjawab atas kehilangan barang saya . Di sini saya lampirkan no pmilik yang menghantar barang pada hari tsebut. Harap pihak tuan menghubungi saya [protected] untuk mnganti rugi kerana nilai RM87 bukan nilai yang kecil bagi seorang pelajar.

My parcel is stuck at WP Kul for one day and I'm anxious right now. My parcel stuck there even though it say departed but it is almost 21 hours and it still not arrived. The delivery only should take about 5 hours or so. I worried the parcel is not delivered to me because the item i buy is expensive. I also want to use the item now. I need it now urgent. Is the tracking function or not ?

Staff jnt area mahsuri(penang) x nk naik rumah flat anta barang..sy minta dia anta depan pintu unt elakkan pjarakkan...sy under quarantin(gelang pink).

Your penang state worker demand extra money when vehicle got an accident and lodge a claims. Request me the amount of claims not less than 5% of total claims amount which insurance company paid for. Did your company pay the salary enough for your worker? If does, why your worker act as begger to demand for the extra money? As you may know how the money sources came from?
To reuse the damaged parts insteads of replace the necessary parts. To make more money to give to your worker.
So when this particular reason, much more accident will be happening to your company truck to gain more money. So please raise their salary to prevent this article to happen and happened again. Please look into this matters as soon as you can to saving your company truck off the accident. Highly advice to send the auditor to check the circumstances since your company was not a little pool.

Actually brg saya dh dipos out pada 10hb tpi sampai sekarang 22hb brg masih tidak sampai. Bile check tracking brg dh jalan lepastu brg patah blik pergi ke tempat yg sama. Pls delivery asap!

As always my parcel stuck at j&t nsn 999. Before this it stuck for almost 3 days there. I only get my item one week after the postage😪

Still my item never get on my hand all rdy 2week ago still that item never move from NSN Gateway Seremban so how such I need to claim it now...Why I don't have any response from J&T express Seremban. So now I wan claim my item money...pls take this complaint as faster...if still keep I don't have any response from J &T express I will report on your company. THANK YOU

Saya order brg saya pada 12/2 dkt selangor je and nk kena hantar dkt puchong je... Tngok dkt shopee dh sampai ke banting pe semua? Lepastu tukar org bagai... Saya order brg lain dkt johor guna courier lain, 2 hari dh sampai... Saya cuba utk percayakan juga j&t disebabkan rumor yg berlaku... Tapi benda ni berlaku pula dkt saya😌😩

Did a purchase of order from Shoppe and items received badly damages. Attached photo clearly show items has been miss handle. Paid 55$ for shipping cost and J&T not willing to delivery to home address but self collect. This services is totally unacceptable
