Your penang state worker demand extra money when vehicle got an accident and lodge a claims. Request me the amount of claims not less than 5% of total claims amount which insurance company paid for. Did your company pay the salary enough for your worker? If does, why your worker act as begger to demand for the extra money? As you may know how the money sources came from?
To reuse the damaged parts insteads of replace the necessary parts. To make more money to give to your worker.
So when this particular reason, much more accident will be happening to your company truck to gain more money. So please raise their salary to prevent this article to happen and happened again. Please look into this matters as soon as you can to saving your company truck off the accident. Highly advice to send the auditor to check the circumstances since your company was not a little pool.

Actually brg saya dh dipos out pada 10hb tpi sampai sekarang 22hb brg masih tidak sampai. Bile check tracking brg dh jalan lepastu brg patah blik pergi ke tempat yg sama. Pls delivery asap!

As always my parcel stuck at j&t nsn 999. Before this it stuck for almost 3 days there. I only get my item one week after the postage😪

Still my item never get on my hand all rdy 2week ago still that item never move from NSN Gateway Seremban so how such I need to claim it now...Why I don't have any response from J&T express Seremban. Saya order brg saya pada 12/2 dkt selangor je and nk kena hantar dkt puchong je... Tngok dkt shopee dh sampai ke banting pe semua? Lepastu tukar org bagai... Saya order brg lain dkt johor guna courier lain, 2 hari dh sampai... Saya cuba utk percayakan juga j&t disebabkan rumor yg berlaku... Tapi benda ni berlaku pula dkt saya😌😩

Did a purchase of order from Shoppe and items received badly damages. Attached photo clearly show items has been miss handle. Paid 55$ for shipping cost and J&T not willing to delivery to home address but self collect. This services is totally unacceptable

It's been week already, but still not receive the parcel. I bought expensive music instrument, i'm worried about the item condition there at J&T SRI CEMERLANG KOTA BHARU, KELANTAN. The status still ON HOLD until now. I try to contact them but they never picked up. I'm afraid that my item got damaged there since it is a set of piano. Please help me. Please take action.

On 11 February 2021, i just received my parcel by own collected at Donggongon Penampang Sabah with the AirwayBill No [protected].However after i did unboxing, i found out the item that i received was totally through some damage.I already inform the seller they said it so heartbroken cause they already wrap it with bubble wrap.So i wanna some clarification for this issue.Why should i received this kind of parcel.I was unsatisfied with this kind of situation.

I think jnt workers took my parcel and change the address from other people parcel to my name. This is really upsetting because I never experience this before. They have the audacity to stick a new parcel info for my name to this parcel. Im never using jnt ever again. This is frustrating.

Saya ingin membuat tuntutan sebagai penjual .. barang yang saya pos pada minggu lepas, j&t simpan terlalu lama melebihi 3 hari..
Tanpa sebarang hubungi pengirim mahupun penerima untuk dapatkan maklumat alamat penerima ..malah memberi alasan alamat tak wujud.sekiranya alamat tidak wujud, pihak syarikat j&t tiada menghubungi mana2 pihak..barang sampai lambat...barang yang saya pos rosak teruk dan pecah..3 balang, biskut pecah..lsaya berharap pihak tuan/puan dapat pertimbangkan masalah ini ..dengan ini saya sertakan dokumen

Jnt penang gateway seberang perai selatan telah "hold" parcel saya dari 31 jan 2021-11 feb 2021.. Call tak angkat.. Call hq pun tak angkat juga.. Korang ada masalah dalaman, banyak barang kena pos sekalipun tambah la pekerja. Bukan kami bayar free pun... Mahal kot. Jnt mahal skali postage...

Why does that deliver to Drop Point DP Damansara 01- Petaling and said the delivery was complete? You do not even send to the actual address or called up. During this pandemic and we can't even cross interstate, that where we need courier services to deliver the gifts to loved one.. and now the item is loss.

I been running out of my patient of calling customer service for two days and even live chat, follow up on email but no respond at all! What kind of service are you guys doing at in this during pandemic? Worst service at ever!

I usually have nice experience with j&t express.

But this time I really not understand why is that not moving at same place for more than 3 working days (track & trace: [protected])

I was expecting my parcel (accu chek perfoma) to reach me before chinese new year for my father due to his balance on this running low now.

Tried to contact their customer service and there is no outcome at all. Just replied me to wait another 5 working days for their service team to check and will me the find out best outcome / solution.

I am understand that is CMCO movement control whole country. But at least some movement on my parcel which I still can understand and my parcel only from Penang to Taiping, Perak which is only 1 hour drive usually.

Now the j&t express is making it became almost a week.

My father is afraid that parcel is missing and now causing me have to find it at pharmacy for alternative solution before chinese new year holiday now.

Please kindly assure that this wont be happen again look forward their "better solution" on this matter

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera.. Saya memang rasa dah melampau. Seorang pekerja j&t menghantar brg dengan menaiki lori main campak je barang dan sebelum tu mereka telah siap² tulis 4 nombor belakang no telefon sahaja tanpa bagi salam. Sedangkan saya masa tu tgh buka mangga kat pagar. Pemandu lori nampak saya dan bila saya jerit ke mrk tapi tiada perkataan sorry daripadanya.
