I know the parcel is a lot currently and stuck due to your company issues. But mine has stuck for more than 10days at one point. Please check what happened, more importantly it is still there or not. Tracking No: 624325740893, stuck at PJS999 since 30 January to now. I'm afraid it wont arrive before the shop guarantee end.

the parcel is kept on hold
my parcel is being kept on hold at LDC KUCHAI LAMA 601 and is stated there that the reason is because shop/office not operating. i dont know why this happens because im using my home address and im at home 24/7 so it's quite unreasonable to say that you send the parcel but no one can accept it if you never deliver it in the first place. please send the parcel before tuesday next week (16 February 2021) because i really need to get it before the date. here i attach the tracking number for my item:

J & T courier very bad service. Never receive parcel for 2 weeks. Still waiting and there is no blady update in your page why? Suppose to be delivered by 8 Feb 2021. Today is 10 Feb 2021. Useless customer service either can't reach or line get cut halfway. Online chat worst only robot chatting with us. No life agents. What is happening? Stupid useless courier company ever.

Pengurusan Jnt amat teruk. Barang customer dalam parcel dicuri. Saya hantar 17pcs customer hanya dapat 3pcs. Semua baju berjenama hilang. Walaupun item Bundle tapi saya keluarkan modal untuk ambil barang dan menjual.

What kind of dispatcher are they... They didn't even call the receiver name.. They just put on the gate and move.. I was out only.. Didn't even call the receiver.. What kind of jnt dispatcher are they.. They are Indian...

I purchased medicine on 2/2 and the delivery time ended by 8/2 but today 9/2 only reach my house. I did mention to the despatch that I am not in today, please collect back the item because this is medicine but the despatch ignore me n not answer my call. He still placed the medicine under hot sun. Please take note that I will not accept this parcel because of the medicine could be compromised and it will risky to me if I use it. Please feedback on your action asap.

Customer service terlalu slow, even saya vip pun saya kena beratur lama. Bukan ke sepatutnya vip hanya print kan sahaja tracking number and takperlu nak key segala bagai benda. Then dah beratur sampai que kena sidai lagi. Nampak remeh tapi tiap hari berlaku, staff dkt situ pun kena main peranan bila ramai customer. Manager pun nak kena kawal keadaan, takkan la nak biar customer beratur panjang tapi sama je still slow sangat mcm ada sorang je depan mata dia. Yg saya boleh ckp sebelum ni bukan mcm ni, maybe attitude staff di situ.
