9/4/21 when I send my parcel to j&t outlet already inform urgent case because this is baby medicine. But the font desk staff no mention about I can just add on rm3 to take express service. On 10/4 I call 4 times call center to help delivery. The parcel already reach my nearest brand. At the end told me that brand already close. I can't get tonight. Even already reach nearest brand. At night system show the parcel send back to bukit bintang. Any one can tell me why? My baby suffer because of j&t take my parcel to send back to kl. If not I can collect on morning. I text live chat. J&t live chat argent not willing to text more to me. Even I still chat with him I not yet reply he direct close my conversation. I am j&t supporter. Daily using j&t even for my personal or my company. After I facing this issue I will reconsider it is I still can support j&t

This man had the audacity to throw my parcel from the gate till my door grill. Did not ring the bell/call/honk. My house door was open and I have no idea why was he so rude to do that. My parcel was written FRAGILE but all he cared was to throw it to my porch near my door grill. I heard a loud sound and went out to check after receiving his message. Dear J&T, I'm concern about other parcels so please look into this and take actions.

I am complaining about the attitude of J&T workers. They refused to deliver my stuff to my doorstep because I live in a multistory house. All shippers have to go up to deliver the customer's goods because that's your job not us. I have filled in the complete address. Just refer the address. Do not call me just to tell me to come down and get things because that is not my job. I am a receiver. I am upset of the J&T staff. You want to work, you should know how to work as a dispatcher. I am not your slave. Please take a note.

Please teach your staff to ring a house bell when delivering a parcel. Because of one of your stupid staff place my parcel at the front gate without notify anything, my parcel is soaked due to rain. If you don't want to teach your staff just close the company ok. I don't give a [censored] even j&t company goes bankrupt. If you want a big reputation make sure your company and staff provide a good services. Do it with full responsibility.

I am complaint about my customer's parcel lost jnt courier should delivery in sepang! But they delivered in klang! When I call jnt klang doesnt answer and no respon! I want to file a claim request but camnot because the items is already delivered in pekan meru! I need to paid my customer

saya ingin membuat aduan tentang barang saya yg msih di jnt gateway klang.msih belum ada updated tracking.saya berharap pihak jnt dpt mempercepatkan penghantaran barang saya.

My parcel already post out on 30th march 2021.. Now it stuck at pjs999 since 30th march until now.. The last status i checked is already outbound on the same date.. Today, 1st april 2021 and still no update.. I dont know where my parcel is and it's urgent.. Here is the tracking number [protected]

There's a guy delivered my parcel, and he throw it infront of my house. Even I'm not in the house he didn't call me first and throw my parcel in-front of the house and he know there's two dog in-front of my house. aAfter that he only inform me on WhatsApp. By the way my stuff can't put under the sun will spoil because it's skincare stuff..I'm disappointed to that delivery guy. I told him my stuff can't throw there and put under the sun. He just reply me my children didn't open door. But my house door is closed and I don't have children :) this guys is no responsibility. Why taking so long to arrive? With the price that I paid. And why is it in transit centre sea freight?

the runner clicked item has been delivered on shopee on friday evening but i didn't get the item yet eventho i've always at home that day then the runner didn't call or notice me about the item that they have delivered, i called the runner but he doesn't answered me then a day after that, i check on jnt tracker about my parcel and it said i already sign my parcel as delivered but it's not my signature tho and i called him again but still not pickup my call. after two days, i called him he said he sent to the wrong house but it seems suspicious like he actually do not even send to my address but idk just my thought. the picture below stated that the item has been delivered on friday at 7pm but the we do not received any item.

Item based on tracking number has reached sarikei branch, went to self collect since item since its Friday, item needed over weekend. Staff insisted to wait for item to be delivered. Went again on Sunday, as item was not delivered yet, claim item is in the van to be delivered on Monday, insisted i wait for delivery. Does J&T not entertain self collect customers? Why cant the staff get my item and pass to me? Not impressed.

Product: 2 tubes of Renu 28 gel were opened and contents were removed. The blue boxes that store the tubes were already opened when outer brown box was opened. The silver foil on the inner side were removed. This silver foil is a sign of unopened brand new tubes of gel. Clearly the tubes were tampered with.

I ordered last wednesday, March 24, 2021. The parcel is only from San Miguel, Bulacan, Philippines going here to Valenzuela City. It is a little bit near from there to here but until now, there is now progress due to process. Already 3 days counting and my order are still not in delivery. what should I do? The parcel were owned by me and my friends. They kept on asking how is it, but what will I say? Please help me make my transaction faster. Thanks!

The parcel origin is from Baguio. How come that after pick up, the parcel departed Urdaneta and then arrived again at Baguio? Then Departed at Taguig and then arrived at Urdaneta again?!
It is misleading! This is not only the case, almost all of my shipped parcels having the same issues!
