Why taking so long to arrive? With the price that I paid. And why is it in transit centre sea freight?

the runner clicked item has been delivered on shopee on friday evening but i didn't get the item yet eventho i've always at home that day then the runner didn't call or notice me about the item that they have delivered, i called the runner but he doesn't answered me then a day after that, i check on jnt tracker about my parcel and it said i already sign my parcel as delivered but it's not my signature tho and i called him again but still not pickup my call. after two days, i called him he said he sent to the wrong house but it seems suspicious like he actually do not even send to my address but idk just my thought. the picture below stated that the item has been delivered on friday at 7pm but the we do not received any item.

Item based on tracking number has reached sarikei branch, went to self collect since item since its Friday, item needed over weekend. Staff insisted to wait for item to be delivered. Went again on Sunday, as item was not delivered yet, claim item is in the van to be delivered on Monday, insisted i wait for delivery. Does J&T not entertain self collect customers? Why cant the staff get my item and pass to me? Not impressed.

Product: 2 tubes of Renu 28 gel were opened and contents were removed. The blue boxes that store the tubes were already opened when outer brown box was opened. The silver foil on the inner side were removed. This silver foil is a sign of unopened brand new tubes of gel. Clearly the tubes were tampered with.

I ordered last wednesday, March 24, 2021. The parcel is only from San Miguel, Bulacan, Philippines going here to Valenzuela City. It is a little bit near from there to here but until now, there is now progress due to process. Already 3 days counting and my order are still not in delivery. what should I do? The parcel were owned by me and my friends. They kept on asking how is it, but what will I say? Please help me make my transaction faster. Thanks!

The parcel origin is from Baguio. How come that after pick up, the parcel departed Urdaneta and then arrived again at Baguio? Then Departed at Taguig and then arrived at Urdaneta again?!
It is misleading! This is not only the case, almost all of my shipped parcels having the same issues!

I have been declined by my local JnT Bkt Beruntung to deliver my product Packed in carton box parcel to customer in Malaysia. Reason given the contents is live plant which is forbidden in policy. I hv lodge complaint by phone to report other Shopee sellers are blatantly advertising Jnt as plant courier. Also customer reviews and photo showed JnT delivered plants to them. I am a plant seller in Shoppee and i wish to use Jnt as they are close by but was told i can t deliver live plants. Clearly your Branches are practicing double standards or being paid on the sideline to go against company policy and serve certain sellers.

before this i memang slalu beli barang on shopee and i mmg choose courier jnt because service selalu ok and cepat .. but this time i order parcel and send to my tempat kerja the rider was call me about 3 times ..i cannot pick up the call during work because phone i kena simpan .. once i break time i check i got 3 miss called .. and then i call back the number was the rider .. but the conversation so rude .. i cakap elok elok .. the rider was loud voice to me .. normally i order or what rider mmg call once dah sampai .. if i takde ke ape dia akan leave dalam kotak kasut or ape .. but this time i tak tahu ape masalah rider tu sampai tak boleh cakap elok elok ! korg takde training customer service ke dekat rider korang ! sangat melampau ! the rider number [protected] ) and the parcel yg dia hntar was the tracking number [protected].. so pleace eh take the action to this rider and say sorry to me ! if not i will take the big action ! jgn main main dgn i !

didapati kotak yang diterima rosak dan barang hilang. parcel yang sampai sangat megecewakan. mohon segera membuat tindakan. TQ

The j&t here in our area doesn't do the door to door delivery instead they want us to pick up the parcel in the certain area. I need to wait for lunch break to get get my parcel. It is not convenient for me to do the pick up because i need to work during odfice hours.

Mimi here. Parcel saya sampai di tenom dari 9 mac n until now still xterima lagi parcel tu. Lama sangat j&t tenom nk peram barang saya ye. Dari 9 mac - 20mac. Jauh sangat pejabat j&tdgn alamat saya sampai10 hari ambil masa untuk delivers barang tu. Padahal jarak 1.2km je dgn alamat tu. Dah la saya xdapat makluman mengenai barang saya dah sampai tenom, staf j&t memandai je tulis di status custemor minta delivery pd hari lain since 9 mac until now. Memang teruk la woker j&t tenom ni. Selalu macam ni kan.

I ordered my item from march 14 and untill now is 19 but still havent received it yet. It just from melaka to muar. How long for it takes just to delivered a small item. We paid for your service but is this what we get. Totally unfair. Fix your damn sercive and worker. No more from j&t next time, i gonna file it to the top untill they are totally banned.

This is adiba. I have order item from shopee and it's been already 1 weeks j&t services pekan pahang I still haven't send me the parcel yet. I whatsapp they didn't reply i. I hope you can delivery my item.. They didn't respond anything about my product

Hi Sir /Madam.

This is Nisha here. I have order item from Shopee and it's been already 2 weeks j&t services Klang branch still haven't send me the parcel yet. By the time they wanted to deliver, the delivery person was very rude when asking me for full address. I felt was completely unfair and unsafe for me to send any parcel to j&t in future.

I can able to receive my parcel within Monday to Friday. If they deliver on sunday how to receive?..The premise is closed during weekends.
So my humble request, please do not repeat this to other customers and please trained well delivery driver on how to communicate politely to customer. The whole team j&t Klang branch was not responsible.

It was March 15 2021 delivery. I ask him 2x hm do i have to pay. He did not answer what he do is he talk to someone on his cp. He is always like that. this is the second time he did this to me.not paying attention . He is Bastos
I don't like to him to deliver my parcel. I hate him.

Your rider named Jose Mig Carasaquit called me past 9 in the morning, March 15, 2020. I asked him to please just directly deliver my parcel at Bombo Radyo Cebu because I am already at work and take note, Bombo Radyo Cebu is not far from my place where he was. He told me that he was already here yet I haven't heard from our security guard nor he called me to inform me that he was in the office. He insisted that it would be inconvenient for him to go back to Bombo Radyo again. Such a liar rider and too lazy.
