My parcel no updates already 4 days. No updates since 5th August 2021!

I need to track my parcel and why do you keep my parcel for so long?

Previously I ordered from J&T and it took nearly 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive. Do I have to wait 3 damn weeks for my parcel? Then it finally arrived and I had hope that maybe they are just facing temporary issues so i began to trust their service again. Now when I ordered an item that I need urgently the same problem is happening again . I ordered an item on 7/08 and it is showing the same problem as before the item is in transit. And it is showing that a delivery attempt will be made on 21/08? so I have to wait 2 damn weeks again? I need the item urgently. I dont even mind self collecting the item but even to arrange a self collect and burn the money i paid for delivery i cant reach their call as it is always busy, busy doing nothing?. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from shopee anymore and will never use J&T anymore. All my purchases will be on lazada as they do not have this silly issue. I will also never recommend shopee or J&T to anyone I know

May delivery po ako thru j&t. wall decor from bislig wall decor. Dumating ngayon aug 9, 2021 COD. Nong chenick ko na yung products, may mga dents at damage po sya. Barang yang di order dari shopee tak dapat2 Dari 23 julai 2021 dah Ada di J&T EXPRESS KLANG JAYA tapi sampai Sekarang 9 OGOS 2021 masih tak dapat2...call berkali2 ta kDa sesiapa yang jawab ..nak ambil sendiri tak di benarkan ..barang yang perlu di hantar AL QURAN ..selagi barang tu tak di hantar selagi tu alquran tersebut terletak di merata rata tempat dan pasti di tindih ..itu al quran ..Perlu ada adab untuk menjaga nya .. dah 3 kali telepon hotline J&T dan report telah dibuat namun tiada tindakan di ambil ..

J&T Express — parcel stuck [protected] lama sangat at warehouse
I wait too Long for my parcel, just now seller form shopee advice me to make a call ask the warehouse I called but they did not answer..my parcel arrive there at 31/7 and until now 8/8 the tracking only show in transit..really dissapointed with J&T AIR KOTA KINABALU 501 service always like this.. Tp barang selepas tu boleh pla sampai dulu.. Penat wei balik2 nk kol korang.. Always call ended.. this all working under shopee progress, if I can choose what type courier service I want, I will not choose J&T service. Thank you

Saya telah menerima barang yang telah rosak pada 6/8/2021 Jumaat, ketika membuka barang trsebut saya dapati kotak barang saya tersebut telah dibuka dan kandungannya ada yang telah rosak dengan teruk, saya berharap pihak tuan dapat menggantikan balik barangan saya tersebut, dah lah lama menunggu tapi datang saja barang yang nak dibuka telah rosak, sungguh mengecewakan servis tuan.

Why j&t service is very poor. The courier person just threw the parcels even we are in the house and they don't want to call us from outside of our house. I'm really disappointed with j&t courier service. They are very careless even I stick the fragile stiker at the bottom of my parcels. Why is this still happening? Why being so careless?Can the main company of j&t could solve this please.

I was buy some product from Halomobile Ampang Kuala Lumpur on 31th July 2021. The shop told me that JNT as my courier deliver and they promises my items will be reach at 2/3 working hours.
Then, I am waiting my parcel until today 8th August 2021 still ON HOLD / UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION. They also was said that ATTEMP FAIL and so many reasons.

Barang saya dari 8/7/2021 tak sampai-sampai lagi.sudah lun masuk bulan baru.Dan tracking selalu kemaskini barang di transit pjs301. Saya nak walk in tak boleh disebabkan PKP.. Jarak dari rumah 28 minit.Saya ada hubungi j&t pjs301 tak ada respon, Saya hubungi hotline dan mereka dah hantar report ke j&t berkenaan, tapi sampai sekarang pihak mereka tak ada apa2 tindakan.

An order just arrived in our home and we thought it was one of our orders online but when we saw the na goods, it has a boots and a jogger pants that we didnt order, the tracking code that was provided was a tracking code for another person. Pls help us asap

I got 1 msg from shopee said my item already arrived at home..on that time, my family inside the house and i never got any call from your rider about my delivery trip..what suprise me is my thing is just at floor and why can he leave my item like that...what prove to said he deliver my item... That is not my hand... And i just know about my item is successful delivered via shopee.. How can this happen? What is your guarantee if my item missing or wrong address... I want this case to be allert...
