hi, , , tiap kali mau bayar shipping ..tiada balance kena bg alasan tiada duit kecil patut ka? contoh rm 8 bg rm10 ...bagi rm 9 pun tiada jg balance every time macam tu..bukan apa2 la, , , tiap2 kli sda mana tahan 1, 2, 3 kali ok la kan

Delayed delivery for a 3 minutes delivery location from CDC old town. I called them handful times requesting urgent delivery but despite telling them how urgent it is, they continue to delay delivery for 3days saying its still within SLA. the delivery distance was mere 3 minutes from CDC. I dont mind paying extra but checked with 4 branches from Johor bahru and all of them refused to take next day delivery! they said its up to them (J&T Petaling) and you. If you are lucky then your parcel will be delivered faster. I called CDC Old town PJ tons of times but never a single answer! very poor customer service. If this is how your service gonna be then expect to loose more customers on long run. Dont think 1 customer wont be able to do much! Step up your service!

i have not receive my parcel. the delivery guy didn't have any initiative to call me. and how can u reschedule the delivery on the same day. earlier you go there, 2pm, the office closed. of course u went again on the same day at 7pm the office is closed. why on earth u did that ? u should rearrange the next day. not the same day. sigh.

please rearrange my parcel delivery with no additional cost added. i believe this is your runner fault.

-Bring your own transportation Car/Van
-Long pants + shoes are required
-It is necessary to understand J&T Sop, such as scanning goods, receiving orders that customers have not returned, and understanding how to use Apps
-Try to arrange the number of packages you can deliver from the warehouse as much as you can on the day, and don't take the packages back overnight.
-Try to deliver the received package on the same day, unless the customer is not there,
If there is a package that cannot be delivered, it must be taken back to the warehouse on the same day.

-There will be more than 50+ packages every day, try to send it! Dare to send it!
- After resignation, 1 week notice is required.

My parcel stucked in gateway kemuning centre and delay for a a day. I was so surprised today on 11 August 21 @ 1.24am I received the notification that my parcel has been delivered but I did not receive anything. Please solve this matter for me. Tq. The tracking number is [protected].

It arrive at Klang Jaya 603 on 28.7.2021. Till today still stuck.

the parcel stuck at j&t office sgr gateway shah alam, there a lot of times my parcel been stoled before at this inbound too, this time my item price a lot sir so that i file a complaint here. i will go to police station to make a protection report for my parcel, i also screenshot this chat to make a prove as i reported to your HQ, so i dont hesistate to make further action due to your service!

The delivery man didn't try to call me at least 2 or 3times..only missed call 1time.. or maybe text me like other delivery services did.

It has been 4 days since you failed to deliver my parcel. Each day your excuse is either delayed because of natural disaster or out of droppoint business hour. What business hour when the address is my house? what natural disaster i suddenly didn't know about?

please improve your service la. J&t used to be the fastest courier service. Now you guys no different from others.

My parcel were sent to wrong address for two times already. My address was KLEBANG JAYA, melaka and not KRUBONG JAYA, melaka. My parcels were delivered to address KRUBONG JAYA. Then i have to pick up myself at there. Please remind your workers to double check the address before make delivery. So disappointed with your services. Please take action and do not do again.

The delivery was done in public holiday late evening.despite of waiting for me to get ready myself, the delivery person throw my parcel to my door infront of me.it was less than a minute and he just gone like that without apology.I am quite frustrated with the delivery and this is my first time he treat the customer like that.SUCH A LOW SERVICE TO DELIVER TO PERSON HOUSE COMPARE TO MY OFFICE.

Hi, i got call from jnt staff he said to take my parcel myself and the way he is talking is so rude ! Please take action for this matters . The parcel no is [protected] . This staff is take jnt name and he is rude to customer, who pay for his service . Please take action for this staff and jnt service and i hope this problem will not happen anymore .

parcel started collect on 30 JULY 2021 but until now 10 AUGUST 2021 i still didn't recieve anything! and one of staff jnt ask me that my parcel rosakkk ? i ask them why ? and they ask me memang dorang recieve dah macam tu, so thats problem starting from ? and now my parcel still stuck jnt cyberjaya ! i faham u guys banyak parcel during cmc0 ni but please jangan ANIAYA ORANG ! ouh yaa and memang barang rosak sampai kotak tu kene bertebukk macam tu ke or u guys amek kesempatan ?

ade 2 barang belum sampai sekarang...dari 5/8/2021 sampai 9/8/2021 barang masih lagi di J & T segambut 606..tak bergerak sampai ke hari ini.. dah pegi ke J & T segambut 606..pihaknya mengatakan tiada runner bagi kawasan dutamas buat masa ini..dan mengatakan brg memang ada di jnt segambut 606..nak self collect tak bagi.. diaorang kata akan call kalau terjumpa brg tersebut.. sampai ke hari ini tiada call.. memang teruk service jnt segambut 606..teruk sangaat..

Merujuk perkara di atas Parcel saya Janefar Simbah anak Boniface dengan tracking nombor [protected] telah diperam selama 2 minggu oleh Pihak J&T Sibu. Status tidak berubah langsung dan hanya menunjukkan dalam " Keadaan khas sahaja". Saya telah melakukan self collect pada 1hb Ogos. Tetapi pihak berkenaan memaklumkan bahawa parcel saya belum sampai ditempat berkenaan. Mereka juga menyuruh saya pulang dan akan memaklumkan kepada saya jika sudah ada. Namun seminggu berlalu parcel saya masih tiada khabar berita. Mohon pihak encik bertanggungjawab atas apa yang berlaku sebab saya membayar sebanyak Rm53 untuk cas penghantaran tersebut. Selain itu di dalam kotak itu turut berisi barang2 berharga dimana bukan kepunyaaan saya seorang. Mohon pihak tuan dapat membantu. Saya akan membuat laporan SKMM sekiranya barang saya masih belum sampai minggu ini. Sebab saya telah menunggu selama 2 minggu untuk pihak encik membuat penghantaran🙏👍🏽
