Status not updated for a week
I have order an item from a seller, but the status is not updated about a week already, jnt not deliver the product and not give me any explanation, please check the case, this is [protected] tracking number

Delay for unacceptable reason
So my parcel have arrived at cdc puchong on 10/8/2021, and the next day hold because of bad weather, its okay la... And the I bet la they will deliver the parcel yesterday but on hold again because of (out of drop point's business hour).. Can you imagine, you don't give the update, when you go out for delivery, then suddenly appear out of business hour at 9.18pm? And today not a single update from jnt, and I still wait and keep calling jnt like a fool cause no one pickup that f*g phone.. Please deliver my parcel quickly, its urgent

Status barang sudah sampai..tapi barang tidak sampai ke tangan penerima..saya BAYAR kepada J&T..BUKAN FREE! Barang penerima sepatutnya DIHANTAR sehingga depan pintu rumah penerima..Bukan letak MERATA-RATA! sekiranya hilang, J&T nak bertanggungjawab?
Parcel lambat sampai
Parcel di poskan dr j&t sik kedah pada 6.8.2021 ke 4 alamat berbeza.. Parcel ke 3 alamat lain telah sampai ke customer pada 7.8.2021(esoknya.. sgt efisyen).. Malang Ya parcel saya sampai ke j&t bandar teknologi kajang pd 7.8.2021 jam. 10.41pg dan sampai ke hari ini 12.8.2021 saya belum terima parcel saya. dah 4 kali call customer service.. jawapan yg diterima tetap sama.. over loaded parcel.. masalah pekerja.. dan pihak customer service akan Highlight kpd cawangan.. DAH 5 HARI Berlalu.. parcel tak jugak sampai... parcel masih stuck kat bandar teknologi kajang tanpa apa2 tindakan... WHYYY?.. saya faham U guys banyak barang masa CMCO ni... tapi jangan la sampai ANIAYA CUSTOMER ! Kami bayar service U All... Bukannya free & Bukan murah tau byrn service... call centre mmg langsung tak berangkat.. Baik tutup jer cawangan tu kalau ta boleh nak manage dari menyusahkan org dan nama J&T jgk yg buruk.. MEMANG TERUK SGT LA SERVICE U ALL DI CAWANGAN BANDAR TEKNOLOGI KAJANG... TERUK SANGAT2...
J&T TOLONG LA BERHENTI ANIAYA CUSTOMER...
Saya pos dari 5/8 samai sekarang barang saya hold di salah CDC klang sedangkan alamat ke shahh alam. Hari dah 12/8 masih barang stuck di sana. Sudah call & complain mereka kata salah pihak mereka tapi takde action! Document saa urgent!
Parcel Opened & Items Stolen!
Ordered 6 medical face masks via shopee on the 6th of August and then received my opened then sellotape parcel on the 12th of August. I have read so many bad reviews of J&T staff stealing parcels (and cookies out of cookie jars) and didn't think that one day it would also occur to me! Out of my 6 medical masks, I only received 1!
How do I know J&T Staff stole my items? Look at the sellotape! Clearly labelled J&T Express.
Absolute disgusted when I knew your staff could be going through the insides of the parcels especially in this pandemic. I mean Hello? Are you trying to spread me COVID? This is medical mask we are talking!
J&T please please please work on your system and service! You clearly have a problem here! Your business integrity is slowly going down the drain!
Irresponsible Delivery Person
I would like to make a complaint of CDC PUCHONG 301 PETALING (Tracking Number: [protected]).
FYI, I'm living at Block A of my residence. The delivery person dropped my parcels at a mini market of Block B without any notice. I believe he didn't even drop by Block A at all as I was waiting there yesterday (11 Aug 2021).
Please be informed that there are charges for us to collect our parcels from the mini market. The proof of delivery was just a photo of my parcel in the mini market that i didn't even know when the delivery person put there.
Desired outcome: Kindly make sure your delivery persons know about the mini market charges and they should never left customers' parcels without our knowledge. Thanks in advance.
In addition, my complaint email to support@jtexpress.my was returned with the reason of "recipient over quota". J&T Malaysia, please improve your complaint/customer service system. Thanks.

J&T at its "best" performance
This is mainly for J&T bosses.
You were awesome BEFORE. Because the likes of J&T, Pos Laju have decided to let go quite numbers of their riders.
Don't let people wait and do something (hire more rider) if necessary. You were listed as main courier for online shopping platforms, means you are having a good business deal. So, please take it seriously and do your job.
Act like you know how to do your job and why you are exist. Stop being greedy, treat your riders nicely and handle your customers professionally.

Customer did not receive his parcel
Hi j&t, I would like to report on my parcel that I posted on 15th June and it did not arrive at the receiver's house. The status showed that it was delivered but the receiver did not receive it.

Semalam barang I sampai dalam kotak lunyai tau kotaknya? I faham barang banyak and korang kena sorting loading brg kena cepat. But its clearly ada tapping fragile tapeeeeee. So kenapa lunyai kotak di buatnya? Takkan seller hantar kotak dah memang lunyai? Nasib brg kat dalam wrapping bubble wrap kalau tak hancur barang. My mom punya barang fragile also and barang tu clearly nampak what inside sbb box tu wrap dengan bubble wrap sahaja and why nak kena koyakkan bubble wrap tu? Rosakkan barang orang ke? And ada crack bottom of my mom punya brang. Nasib dpt my mom yg okay so then dia accept. Kesian la seller and customer yang nak received. Kalau fragile handle sehabis baik. Bukan we not understand you guys punya situation but agak agak laaaa all loss or rugi seller tanggung. Always ada problem. Just a few staff je okay time handling barang. Most of ikut suka hati je. Belum lagi yang hantar barang ayat macam takde adab 😭 aduh apa la. Push push org laaa. One or two of them yang mcm tu. Yang lain so far acceptable
