Hello, Good afternoon J&t Malaysia. When will you deliver my parcel? I have been waiting my item since 2 August 2021. it's over a week! J&T Express J&T at its "best" performance

This is mainly for J&T bosses.

You were awesome BEFORE. Because the likes of J&T, Pos Laju have decided to let go quite numbers of their riders.

Don't let people wait and do something (hire more rider) if necessary. You were listed as main courier for online shopping platforms, means you are having a good business deal. So, please take it seriously and do your job.

Act like you know how to do your job and why you are exist. Stop being greedy, treat your riders nicely and handle your customers professionally.

J&T Express Customer did not receive his parcel

Hi j&t, I would like to report on my parcel that I posted on 15th June and it did not arrive at the receiver's house. The status showed that it was delivered but the receiver did not receive it.

I'm not sure if the postmen is confuse where to send the parcel because my customer have this conversation with the postmen. I attached it below. I also attached the latest status for this parcel. Hope you can solve this problem. Thank you so much.

J&T Express Parcel condition

Semalam barang I sampai dalam kotak lunyai tau kotaknya? I faham barang banyak and korang kena sorting loading brg kena cepat. But its clearly ada tapping fragile tapeeeeee. So kenapa lunyai kotak di buatnya? Takkan seller hantar kotak dah memang lunyai? Nasib brg kat dalam wrapping bubble wrap kalau tak hancur barang. My mom punya barang fragile also and barang tu clearly nampak what inside sbb box tu wrap dengan bubble wrap sahaja and why nak kena koyakkan bubble wrap tu? Rosakkan barang orang ke? And ada crack bottom of my mom punya brang. Nasib dpt my mom yg okay so then dia accept. Kesian la seller and customer yang nak received. Kalau fragile handle sehabis baik. Bukan we not understand you guys punya situation but agak agak laaaa all loss or rugi seller tanggung. Always ada problem. Just a few staff je okay time handling barang. Most of ikut suka hati je. Belum lagi yang hantar barang ayat macam takde adab 😭 aduh apa la. Push push org laaa. One or two of them yang mcm tu. Yang lain so far acceptable

J&T Express Deliver person showed bad attitude

Hi. My name is Elynn. Today encountered an incident which really upsetting.

FYI - I've bought goods from Shoppee.
The deliver person who sent over the goods was giving very very bad attitude.

Initially wait in the car expecting me go to her car to take the parcel.
Then i told her please hand it over
She gave me very annoyed face and throw my parcel on the floor.

Kindly attend to my complaint as this will impact your company's reputation on the service rendered.

Kindly check properly status of my parcel [protected] due to I try to ask frequently through your check but their keep answers using same wording aske to go to your tracking. I'm feel such failure for the apps because I keep checking more than 100 time it's still the same without any movement since yesterday midnight. I really need the parcel urgently.

J&T Express Product has not yet been delivered

I have package that was shipped from Klang, and was due to arrive mid July. While it did arrive in Kuching mid-July, it was stuck under investigation since 26th July.

My package contains an electrical egg whisk, not some illegal products. Why is it still under investigation for more than 2 weeks.

I would like to complain about item that your crew delivered. It seems my item had not reached to my place address No.30 (Aras Bawah), Jalan Rotan Utama, Taman Sri Jaya, Batu Pahat, 83000, Johor.
The tracking number i gave above were the two item had been delivered but not reached to my place. One of these tracking number item delivered to wrong place.
I order at shopee and i attached some image proof to these matter.
I hope JnT crew could solve this problem.
