Jack's Family review: Product & service is exactly what I'm complaining about

Our experience at jacks, hwy 53 harvest al on 21 Aug 2026.
We stopped at jacks today about 3pm. I ordered the big box of chicken wings, the lady told us to pull up and they would bring it out to us when it was ready. We pulled up and sit for about 20 minutes and i went inside. When the lady saw me she started putting our order together. I waited and then asked her if it had sit long enough to get cold, she said no but it had to cook. It took about 30 minutes. The fries were luke warm at best, the chicken was actually cold in spots and not even luke warm. The chicken was the toughest i have ever tried to eat. Three adults and two children tried to eat it and did not like it at all. With this and the reviews I've read I truly believe this jacks is in dire need of help, maybe management help or change. Just hoping upper management will care enough to read the reviews on this store and take action. I have had several times I could have complained but did not, like when they did not have catfish as advertised
