Jack's Family review: Jack's Family

I am writing to formally report several concerns regarding the conduct and professionalism of the head manager, Angelica. On multiple occasions, she has displayed a negative attitude and behaved in an unprofessional manner during our interactions.
In addition, last Thursday, Angelica cursed at me. This behavior is highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and creates a hostile work environment.
There is also an unresolved safety issue in the workplace. I am requesting that these concerns be reviewed promptly.
