On 8/06/23 I ordered on line a pizza from Godfather’s Pizza at 4:06 at Loves Truck stop in Mt. Juliet Tn. The order was confirmed and I was told to pick up my pizza at 4:35. Went in to get my pizza and they didn’t have it ready because they never received the order but yet the money was already taken out of my checking account. I had to reorder and wait again for my pizza. I waited well over an hour. Wasn’t even offered a slice of pizza while I waited. Need to get some communication going…

I ordered 1 large beef, black olive, & mushrooms with extra sauce & extra cheese, 1 boneless chicken wings, 1 chicken wings with bones, 2 salads, & it cost me $81.00 😮! They didn't add extra cheese or sauce! When I arrived, there was a woman ahead of me. There was a guy sitting on a crate behind the counter, didn't say a word, then 4 more young kids came out, never asked me or the other lady if we needed help! The employees were talking about some game they played! We stood there for 10 minutes, when I finally asked if we can get some help. The young kid, sitting on the crate when we walked in, finally got up & asked us if we needed help... Duh! I received my order, but had to ask for a bag! Got home & there was no extra sauce or cheese on our pizza! This was at Aksarben Village on Feb 25 approximately 5:00 PM.
Gift certificate
Bought a gift Certificate for my mom and dad in December of 2021. I did not even notice the date on it until I tried to use it for them on February 20. When I called to find out if I can still use it the lady was a real [censored] to me on the phone. I tried to explain to her there goes 30.00 that I just [censored] down the drain because they would not take it. I think it is [censored] that if you pay for a gift certificate you should still be able to use it. Godfathers already got there money and I just got screwed out of my 30.00. Will nver go back to godfathers again.

On 8 July 2021 I visited The Godfather's pizza location to pick up a jumbo beef pizza that I had ordered by phone. The young lady that took my order was very helpful and professional. Sunday, March 14, 2021. My wife ordered a pizza online and she got an email and confirmation number. She then got another confirmation that our pizza would be ready in 30 min. I get to the store, give them my name and the girl says that the online system is not working. I told her that I have a conf# and everything. She rudely says it's not working

In the summer of 2011 I by delivery ordered a combination pizza to be delivered to my home. The sauce that they used tasted like a tin can. I called the owner of the company who was very kind named Ken Dethfield and he told me that he was sorry that this happened and the next pizza would be half priced no questions asked and no restrictions at all and to tell the manager on duty at the store about our 30 minute conversation. I am disabled and in a wheelchair from a horrible car crash in 2006 that was not my falt and told him that and he said no problem. So in a few days when I called them and wanted my 1/2 priced pizza delivered the manager on duty or the supervisor whos name I think was Jennifer said that I had to buy $50 worth of pizzas to get this. Never did Ken Dethfield the owner mention this to me. She just was matter of fact and acted like our store has no problems at all and did not care at all about me as a customer. I told her I would never never ever never ever never ever never ever never ever be back and she said she did not care at all about me as a customer. Godfathers you are big fat liars. This day my pizza was not half priced and ended up having to spend more on it than the last pizza and the sauce still tasted like it was out of a can. Many of the stores have closed down in the Portland Oregon Metro area. (I wonder why) Godfathers are liars and lied to me and were greedy greedy greedy greedy jerks. I have not spent in 2 and a half years a dime in their restautant and I was the customer that bought two pizzas a week. You have lost a lot of money from me Godfathers for being jerks and being liars to me. I go to Rite Aid next door a lot and never have had any problems there ever. When I go to Rite Aid next door sometimes I see customers come out when waiting on a bench resting and have heard the sauce still tastes like it comes out of a can. You did it for me Godfathers by lying and being total jerks when all that you needed to do was respect me as a customer and you did not do that. Please never ever go to Godfathers Pizza or have this happen to you and get lied to by a greedy owner Ken Dethfield in Oregon. I hate your guts Godfathers.

I know that pizza is bad and realize that now and do not buy it any more and have saved lots of money not doing so especially from these jerks. I do not believe that I need special treatment from anyone but for a man who is supposed to be next to the owner lying to me and saying they would make good on this pizza and knowing that they were not is horrible. I will not do business with anyone who is a liar and treats me as I am some kind of mutant. They probably could care less about me not going there for two years anyway because they have so many stupid people going there anyhow that know no better. Rite Aid is a drug store right next to this pizza place and I go there a lot to pick up meds. I have seen workers sitting on the bench unhapppy working there and asked a couple of them about the sauce and they told me that it has never been changed in two years and I told them what they did to me and they told me who to call but did not because I knew it would not do any good anyway. I just wanted people to know out there my story so they do not go there and waste money when money is so hard to come by and cook more at home. That is all I was trying to do. Paycheck
I am 63 years old and needed a job so I started working for Godfathers Pizza. I worked for 10 days when a family emergency happened (my beloved brother) so I had to quit and go to Colorado, . well, now the owner will not pay me. I started on 110/29/09 and quit on 11/08/2009. It is now 11/20/2009. I've given him a letter and made 2 phone calls and he will not return my calls. If this person (calls himself "T" is any reflection of how Godfathers Pizza handles treats there employees then I recommend everyone quit patronizing this business. It is legal for him to hold my check?

This morning we took our soccer team to Godfathers Pizza for an awards lunch. Upon entering we all needed to wash our hands and use the restrooms. Well for first thing in the morning ( we were 1st customers) these bathrooms were the filthiest I had ever seen! They all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a few days and the one in the banquet room had an over flowing sink. Several parents wouldn't let their children use the restrooms because they were in such poor condition. It is one thing to have restrooms in this condition at the end of the day... or even mid day but first thing in the morning! Here is the location of the restaurant:

July 23 2023 at around 10!am I stopped to make a purchase and to play va skills games. As I was approached by the store manager by him calling me a dumb homeless skum lady. Order the pizza at the Love's truck stop in buckeye az from the godfather's Pizza normally have never had any problems with the pizza this time we ordered a pepperoni just didn't taste like a godfather's Pizza and even my box was just generic and not a godfather's Pizza box
Ordered 50$ worth of pizza they said one order ahead of me and yet 50 min pate and still no sign or word from the place in bobcaygeon Ontario im a regular so i know its not just being lost i order about 2-4 times a month and not fist issue also had issues with delivery driver bringing pers in the car as well as bringing friends alongside them
