Order#36974 9/9/201, 2:19:46 pm, Employee 402736. A very discussing restaurant, food was cold, tortillas where hard and cold, guacamole was bitter and old, meat smelled bad.I took photos, the limes where old and smelled, the pico looked like it was a couple of days old, The server was rude and slow (Dee Kelly), she knew I was bothered and took extra time. The cashier (big tall black woman) kept giving me dirty looks because I went up to counter to wait for my food. There where only 3 tables occupied with customers! They where not busy, look at their tickets and production for that time frame. The bathrooms where filthy, my mom couldn't even use the bathroom, she rather wait. I'm writing to corporate and letting Tim Taft CEO know about the filthy, discussing restaurant! They even had three homeless people with all of their smelly bags in the restaurant eating, I WILL NEVER go to another taco cabana, I'm posting all over social media to stay away from that restaurant. Corporate needs to do a 'surprise visit" to that discussing place. You need to take this serious, this is why more people like me rather eat at Chipotle! I will be happy to send you all the pictures I took!

I went today, Monday, July 8, 2019 at 6:50pm to Taco Cabana at 12525 N. Mopac Expwy at the drive through for a fajita plate. Instead I received two flour chicken tacos, rice, borracho beans, flour tortillas, and sweet tea. Anthony employee ID #416845 said the manager Sarah said I could use only one $5 guest card given to me by Andrea Saavedra on June 20, 2019. I then paid the difference of $4.31 with a $10 bill. I then asked Anthony for the name of the manager that said I could use only one coupon per visit and he said Sarah and Rene. Then he said let me ask the other manager. She then accepted the other coupon only to give me back the wrong change of $3. I told her I paid $4.31. She then gave me the correct change. All of this too so long at the drive through more than 15 minutes.

Stopped by the location on west commerce and gen mcmullen in san antonio texas. Looking forward to a relaxing time. But even before that happened. I went in to the restroom. And it was horrible. The business was not too busy to not keep up with that. I lost my interest and left. Never been so diappointed in this company. Looks like the employees have lost their love for their company. Good luck with that. I just couldn't trust my food would be right. With that much of disrespect on cleanliness.

Waited 20 minutes with no line. Sat at both the ordering menu & window for 8-10 minutes each before anyone greeted me. Cashier/manager was rude too when I finally tried to order. I had to request my correct order 3 times! The first time I asked for the side of refried beans and beans & cheese taco I ordered. She gave me charro beans. Then I asked again for my correct order. She only gave me refried beans. Finally after a 3rd request she finally gave the bean and cheese taco. This is not the first time, so I know to check my bag because it is almost always wrong. The food was terrible! The reason why I keep coming back even with the customer service being bad all of the time is because the food is usually good. The rice was hard and dried up. The refried bean and charro beans had a funky taste. The corn tortillas on my street tacos were dry and crumbling. I made a complaint and the manager said that they were short staffed. Also should I mention that I have complained in the past about the workers not using gloves when handling food, and the next time I went the windows were blacked out. This time really does it for me, and I do not plan to go back. I will warn everyone I know.

food issues/ quality and missing items

I ordered online through Taco Cabana website. It was for delivery and was the closest location to my home. Less than 3 miles. I was not feeling great but needed to eat. I ordered and paid, food was to come in an hour. Then I find out it's through Door Dash.
It took more than an hour and a call to Door Dash to find out where my order was. Food arrived in a styrofoam container, no bag and chips/tortillas were missing. I asked the driver where were my items. Said that was all. Opened the container. Food was cold and congealed. Rice and guacamole looked old. Not happy.
I could not reach customer service. They did not answer. Nor did they call me back. I have not been able to submit request for refund because that part of the website is disabled. Totally not going to go back.

I keep asking myself WHY DO I CONTINUE TO GO THERE!?!?! Truth is the food is good. BUT the service sucks!! Its ridiculous to wait 20 minutes in line for 4 potato and bacon tacos. And when you see the pictures of the tacos I ordered that would have taken 5 minutes!! This happens all the time! The Taco Cabana at Hwy 290 and Tidwell in Houston, TX is the worst! The managers are of no help either!!

I am complaining about the Taco Cabana in Temple Texas I believe it's the only one there on Bruce Drive first of all the person that the window was not friendly at all didn't say good morning go ahead and order when you're ready by the time I got to the window the woman at the register and another woman who was preparing the food we're both looking very disgusting they look like they just got out of bed they look like they had no energy to work they look dirty their hair was disgusting it was enough to scare the hell out of somebody I would appreciate it if you got some good workers into your restaurant establishment who are more friendlier clean and look like they're ready and willing to work my tacos were also very soggy it was so disgusting it seem like they have been sitting there for a while I would never recommend this place to anyone in Temple Texas I've been eating a lot of Taco Cabanas in the past such as is Austin Texas Round Rock San Antonio and those establishments are very well maintained and management is also known to be there in case there's a problem as well as workers look very clean friendly and ready and willing to work please take care of this before I get the word around that never to go to this establishment with people who don't not look like they want to work who look disgusting and scare the hell out of you by the way they look like they just got out of bed thank you for taking the time for listening to me
