Jack's Family review: Pancakes and sausage ( 2 comments)

We purchased 2 pancake and sausage for brkfst on 8/23 at the Trussville Location on clay chalkville rd. When made it home and about to eat i noticed that the pancakes were hard and not good at all. They look like microwave pancakes from the freezer at the grocery store than the original pancakes that you usually use. Called back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty and she said that those are the pancakes that were sent over. She didnt seem concerned at all.
