Jack In The Box review: My order was missing 1 sandwich and loaded tacos

I had ordered DoorDash from the jack-in-the-box off state street. My order was missing 1 sandwich and loaded tacos. I called the restaurant to tell them I'm missing stuff and asked them if I could come pick it up. The person who answered the phone was VERY rude and said there's basically no point in waiting in line because they were busy and to just come tomorrow for a refund. Since I was hungry I said it was no problem and I could pick it up. As he's getting off the phone with me, he calls me a "STUPID [censored] [censored]" to some of his co - workers. I don't know if this is how you talk to all your customers but it was very unprofessional and uncalled-for. I drove to jack-in-the-box and the person at the window I asked for a GM or a Manager. He said there wasn't a GM or manager there. Even though his shirt said manager the guy at the window said it was his co-worker that was on the phone with me. But didn't give me a name. Considering I used to work at jack-in-the-box, I would have never talked to a customer like that ever!
