Jack In The Box Service

I often go to Jack In The Box for my lunch break and the cashier lady who’s working the drive thru and I’ve been seeing lately told me to order “real food” next time and suggested me go order the chicken teriyaki rice bowl.. I always order 2 tacos and 5 piece nuggets because I like it. I’m offended because I’m Asian and I’m skinny to be judged and looked down upon for what I eat as paying customer.

I made a order on May 10 @ 6:25 pm. My order was no mayo or onion & once I made it home I had mayo on my sandwich. I am allergic so I was not able to eat my dinner. The person who took my order name was Lequish. I am definitely upset about this because I told her no onion & mayo. Can someone please contact me at [protected], my name is Reunitia. Thank you!

Jack In The Box Poor service and unprofessional behaviors.

I went into the jack in the box on pleasant hill in contra costa county. I ordered my food. then waited 20 minutes to get it not knowing it was the wrong order. then I saw another employee come from the drive thru asking the lady wearing a mask with curly hair why its taking so long to get the orders for the drive thru, and this lady answered her with such harshness and bad attitude telling her that the drive thru can wait and that she had orders in the front that needed to get done. she was also blaming her for the wrong order that she gave out. I asked for a manager and she said she was in charge next to management. she was also rude to us. I don't know what was going on with this gal. the other employee kindly stepped up and apologized for the other gal. me and 3 other customers noticed this behavior. felt bad for the other employee working really hard and everything she put up with from this gal. she sure didn't act like a person in charge like she said she was.

please discipline this employee and let them know they can't behave like that.

its not good customer service. or professional for someone who is in charge.

Jack In The Box Incorrect order/wait time

4.23.2023 Jack in the Box, 9065 FM-2920

Houston, TX 77375. Around 9:30 PM, my husband and I went to get dinner for the family, we had no issue ordering our food, but we waited over 30 minutes, several cars pulled out of line, and left. Then when I get my order, it's the order of the guy in front of us (he pulled away), after being assured it was our order, mind you, when I checked the order against the receipt, we realize that they didn't even give us our receipt... we got home to find it was not our order at all. We spent almost $40 on a dinner, that was horrible, and cold, it was too late to go back, but I would love a refund. I shall never go to that location again, we were so hungry and tired, the disappointment in our experience, left us going to bed, hungry.

4 orders of your 2 tacos
2 Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo (Large)
1 Classic Buttery Jack Combo (Medium)

Desired outcome: Refund or replace the order.

I went to jack in the box at around 9 pm on april 22nd and placed my order which was the five piece chicken strip meal with a cherry coke, mozzarella sticks, and an oreo shake. When I received my order they forgot to hand me my shake and I drove off without realizing and then I noticed before I got back home which was only about five minutes away anyways so...

Jack In The Box Substandard location you should remove your name from!

I wanted to inform you of the condition of one of your franchise locations. The store in DuPont, WA is beyond substandard conditions for your reputable name, I urge you to look into it! The food is unsafe, the staff is beyond unprofessional, and the condition of the restaurant is in disrepair. A few of the things I have personally encountered is: closure are random times (note on door or drive thru saying “be back in 10 mins”), frozen food served, people who are friends with staff just having out in the lobby, not having menu items.

Desired outcome: Investigate this location! Remove your franchise tag!

Jack In The Box Food/ customer services/ overall quality

Me and my dad is disabled, and never was accommodate!

There is a black African America girl there that is Rude, sarcastic and doesn’t take orders correctly but wants to laugh and at as if she is better than the next. Im pretty sure she only have a food handler card to be working there and have no experience on customer services due to me and my being mistreated! Her attitude is not acceptable or professional! it is embarrassing for the company itself and she needs to be removed asap!

I had two minor children with me and my senior dad. We went and order food around 1pm through the drive-thru. My dad had ordered the #2 meal, my kids wanted a Junior bacon cheeseburger plain, five piece Charro, small sprite grape, and I had ordered one breakfast sandwich with no cheese, put to the side and the garlic butter sauce that’s on the number two and one displayed and advertise as the buttery jack, we had drove off, came back within two minutes, went inside to complain about how greasy the hamburger was for meal #2 and the there was witness inside. The restaurant have also stated, is messing up your jacket, sir, I never received any garlic sauce instead they substituted it for mayonnaise which don’t make sense who is mayonnaise with egg?

Due to the situation that was getting out of hand I left due the black girl provoking me to come out of my character and wouldn’t give me her name or a receipt of my purchase due to me purchasing through low income food stamps to pay for my order

I am very dissatisfied, felt discriminated due to lack of information etc and felt that I was taking a advantage of due to her being a new worker not trying to completely understand and put in which she wants or assume to fit the mail when she is not eating or probably would not even order mayonnaise egg

This needs to be brought to the director attention due to how customers are getting mistreated and how there not getting the right quality of their they are paying for and all she want to do is laugh about the situation etc and try argue back when customers are not supposed to experience that when they the one in wrg. And really made me feel uncomfortable to eat the food why while to was working, I was on a time schedule to pick up my kids at 2pm in sb. County and due to me being pregnant and hungry I could not even eat! This is BAD,! I’m also requesting this situation to be expedited and I want my refund back because I never walked out the restaurant without my food

Desired outcome: Refund/ replacement or gift card Upon requested, willing to show the videos that I have for evidence of her, not wanting to give her name due to her actions and wanted to freeze up and be quiet all of a sudden that I took out my phone

Jack In The Box breakfast sandwich from Jack In The BOx in Kelso, WA. Theere is only one, 104 N Minor Rd, 98626

We were at he Jack In The Box in Kelso. WA this morning, April 10, 2023, about noon. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One was OK, but this one was not edible. The attached photo is the sandwich,a Sausage and Egg Croissant, which was not appealing or appetizing. It is burnt, and was served flattened and smashed. We went through the drive thru, so I did not notice the appearance, or the fact it is overcooked and burnt,until we returned home. My husband tried a couple of bites, but in spite of being hungry, he could not finish it.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund. I don't think I can go back any time soon.

Jack In The Box bad service

My husband and i went to jack in the box drive thru and got our order all wrong and when we checked at the window after lady handed us our food she snached our bags of food when we told her we had asked for curly fries and she had gave us regular fires when it was her mistake and she still charged us to exchange to curly fries we paid her extra money and snatched the money from my husbands hand that was very unprofessional took our regular fries out the bag and put curly fires in the bag and basically handed us the bag back with a very ugly attitude and then we get home and our food was horrible our tacos tasted old and nasty we spent alomst 27$ for nasty food and horrible customer service employee name sonia date 04/07/2023 time 11:22 am i have my recipt if needed

Jack In The Box Access of stealing

Hi this Katrices Bates an employee at jack in box I'm being accused of stealing which I think it's the other way around by manager Dana. Of today, she wanted me to put money needed to be dropped in pocket because of me not n can't have manager pin to drop til she gets here. Would like if it gets looked into, I do not want to feel like the bad guy n isn't for a fact. I'm an awesome worker and love the job.

Jack In The Box Employee stole credit card info and attempted to use it twice!

I had lunch at the Jack in the Box at 16802 Stuebner Airline Rd, Spring, TX 77379 on March 24th. I used a credit card that I hadn't used in a few months for a meal. I received a text from the credit card company later that someone attempted to use the card online twice, since that meal purchase. They shut off the card, but I hate the fact that it was attempted.

Jack In The Box Discrimination

I came inside the store and requested to use the restroom and the manager told me to purchase something I told her that I would after I use the restroom. I had already gone through the drive so there was no need for me to buy anything but that was the misjudgment she made and when I refused to buy anything she would not allow me to use the restroom and told me to get out of the store like I was some bum. Completely unacceptable. To be treated like that and I just needed to use the restroom.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for you to teach your employees to have better behavior about discrimination.

Jack In The Box Pop corn chicken

I did the survey and explained that the popcorn chicken was so tough and crunchy that my dogs even couldn't eat it. Was told I'd be contacted and been 10 days and still no contact. Biggest waste of 11.33 ever. The staff is friendly, but that meal was horrible. I still have the receipt .. Location is Lawton Oklahoma, receipt number is 174, it was on 3/10/23 at 13:56...

Desired outcome: please refund or even send me a gift card. We do like some of your other products. But will never order popcorn chicken again.

Jack In The Box Bad, bad, bad service & no service

@ 9:38p.m. We pull up into this Jack-n-the-box location and there is no line in the drive-thru or in the parking lot. We pull up to the menu box and nobody greets us, my husband says are ya'll open, hello and nothing. After several minutes later this male voice comes on and rudely says "Yeah can I take your order" and the whole time he was listening to us cause he sounded annoyed. My husband proceeds to tell him he wants the $5.99 Popcorn comb meal and he says "I can't hear you so my husband raises his voice so he CAN be heard and the gentle man seems mad. The guy ask's if we want small or medium so my husband says the way it comes in the $5.99 combo. Again the man says small or medium so Me as the passenger say"Oh my God we want it the way it comes what ever the $5.99 special comes! Well then the guy gets mad and says to go somewhere else cause he is not taking our order!. My husband then very hungry & annoyed by his rudeness proceeds to the window and tells the guy he wants to speak to the Manager and they guy proceeds to yell at my husband to move along and keep going which makes my husband very angry and start to yell back at the guy at the window. The guy was a young black male and this older Black female stood next to the guy at the window then this young hispanic guy also comes and closes the window on my husband. Never have I had something like this happen to us before very, very bad service at this location! Never returning! There was noone there so why could they not do the job they got hired to do and work. Very hungry and aggravated customer!

Desired outcome: To clean up their act and stop hiring kids that do not have customer service skills. And get an On-Duty Manager on the night shift that can handle these situations.

Jack In The Box Restaurant at 12900 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91605

Hello. Since I often use restaurants in this area I’d like to voice my dissatisfaction and hopefully it doesn’t happen again. So not only that I received fries with salt when I ordered fries without any salt, and I said it three times but I was served fries with salt… 😵‍💫😔

Additionally, she employee considered it is necessary to charge me for the 2nd avocado sauce I requested. Never had any restaurant of such kind charged for the condiments. And I could swallow that, but the salt in my fries truly made me very unhappy ☹️ about not having the snack I was craving 🥺

Desired outcome: Salt free fries every time, 2-3 souses to be added for free with an order/item upon request. I will feel better if you make it up to me with a nice cheesecake or two 😆😜🤷🏼‍♀️👍

Jack In The Box Terrible service

Went to location #1402 in Missouri on my way to Illinois after a very long day training for a job. I seen advertisements for unbeatable meal deals and decided to place an order for myself and family. At the window the young girl was very polite and friendly. We received our order, and my mother asked for a drink carrier, because the young lady was attempting to give us 5 drinks without one. After the last bag was handed over I went to check our order and everything was tossed in the bag like trash!. I brought it to the young lady’s attention and explained I’m not trying to be a problem but that is unacceptable. They asked for the bag to be returned and asked us to pull around so that our order can be remade. Another young lady came to the window and apologized saying they are so busy. I repeatedly tried to ensure them that I’m not trying to be confrontational. When another young lady brought out the order a second time again I checked the order and found that an order of loaded fries was wrong, the we were missing a taco and a drink. Irritated I went inside and asked for my receipt because we didn’t even have one. The manager Angie was in there frustrated feet hanging out of her shoes and screaming orders to her staff. I told the cashier what the issue was and asked for a receipt. There was some banter back and forth amongst staff and the lady explaining my complaint. At this point I feel the need to offer them to come look in my car to ensure I’m not on a tirade trying to get free food. The manager comes up and rudely asked do you just want a refund I tell her yes. She asks me to bring in the food and I oblige. Rather than seeing what the issue is and trying to make it right the woman was making slick remarks. The staff found her funny whatever she was saying and we ended up arguing. She told me that I was being confrontational and that she’s human and has kids so I should understand that these things happen! I do in fact understand that things happen, but the entire experience shows that they are flat out careless and indifferent to the Company and consumer no matter what. It’s sad that fast food workers feel entitled to be sloppy and careless while expecting compassion because they are “SO BUSY”. These people need new management ASAP. Side note, Angie’s hygiene was visibly under par…

Jack In The Box Employment and non compliance

I was hired at Jack in box on 6001 w Thomas Rd as of Feb 1 2023 I signed paycome documents and the manager had me go in for training Feb 14/23 and I was training with out clocking in I was told by manager over text to go in at 10pm to 2pm at 11:30 pm the other lead send me home and sent me home she said she told me she didn't want to train me she was really rude about the situation and my question to her was "I need to punch/clock in and she was very disrespectful and rude to me I took a picture of the computer of the time I left .It's very rare that the manager is onsite she very unprofessional and ,the team leader for closing also not well coordinated , disrespectful and rude ,they have me going to jack several times for training or looking manager even calling and texting most of the time no response, looking for the managment when I just needed to work get have orientation get my schedule I would like to speak to some one on this matter ..I have names ect
