I visited the Jack in the Box on N Figueroa and E 43rd in Los Angeles on 8/8/2019. I ordered a number 22 with orange juice and a 3-piece stuffed jalapenos. The cashier took my order wrong giving me stuffed jalapenos in place of my hashbrown. When I asked where my hashbrown was she was surprised that I had wanted the whole combo. She began to charge me for a hashbrown and I just walked away. She never asked me if I wanted the jalapenos in place of the hashbrown. I did not know this was even an option. Then then I looked at my receipt I noticed that I was charged 20 cents more for the combo than I had been this morning. Early this morning I ordered the number 22 and it was $5.49. This time, at this location it was $5.69. I went to the counter to ask why this was. I was greeted my the manager, Crystal. She tried to explain to me that the 20 cents was for the replacement of the jalapenos for the hashbrown. But then I pointed out that I had been charged $1.50 extra for the jalapenos. She said yes, $1.50 is for the jalapenos. I then said, but then what is the 20 cents for? She said again, the jalapenos. I said that makes no since. I then told her that I just wanted my money back. She asked why and I said because my order had been messed up and on top of that charged more for something that can't be explained to me. She asked if something was wrong and I repeated to her what I just said. She then asked if there was anything wrong with the food. I said yes, my order is wrong and I want my money back. She went back and forth with me like then several times. I had to continually ask her to just give me my money back. It was very upsetting. She did finally return my money. She said she could not print out a copy of my return receipt. Needless to say, I will never return to that location. I've included a picture of both receipts.
mold on burger
I bought a chicken tater melt munchie meal on 8/6 around 11pm from the Oakley, CA location on Main St. I get home and take a bite and realize there was a black spot and i just thought it was nothing. But as i examine the crossant more, i find more green/black spots on both top and bottom buns. I just hope I didnt eat a part that had mold on it too. I would like my money back.

We stop by this location to eat with our family & end up Throwing everything away after seen how disgusting this location is N' the way the employees don't care about making people sick including the manager that was also present n telling them what to do.
The cook texting & playing with her phone while cooking, the cashier texting while taking orders, the manager & another back stuff on their phones too. The store is fealty dirty restrooms, dining area, soda machine only have Coke & no Ice, we ask for other soda from back machine manager said they were out too. A customer was in drive thru asking for tacos n manager laughed and tells the other worker to tell customer that they didn't have any too. We're business owner & really feel bad for the franchise owner of this location. We took picture & couple videos where you can see everything we've testified
drink mold in drinks
The photo s speak for themselves that is certainly violation of Health Dept and simply disgusting. Very impactful to Doug Frye who has very bad allergies to mold. That aside when reported to staff no reaction "Oh we will tell manager". corporate did not respond what a disgusting and unlawful event.
This certainly deserves notice and promote Managment Action . Both local and corporate

Leaving out items that were ordered through the drive-through at Cleburne Texas on West Henderson this is the third trip I have made in less than a month on West Henderson in Cleburne Texas where you've left out orders I expect a refund or a gift card because I was out $5.83 My contact information is [protected] and my name is Margo Parks and I spent a lot of money at your restaurant but not anymore I also have photos if you're interested

I went and ordered food a sourdough jack meal, #10, bbq double cheese burger meal and I wanted 6 (2)tacos but was charged for 12 (2). Was told to pull up front and wait for good. My food was cold and old. We waited for old food. They only gave me only 12 taco sauces for 24 tacos and 3 buttermilk's . I asked for extra and didn't receive . I spent 44.36 for crap food.

I ordered 5 breakfast platter via postmates but only received 2.
I ordered 5 breakfast platters and only recieved 2. These were for children and I'm at work. They only took 2 platters . Both companies are at fault jack n the box for not giving all the food to the driver and checking the order. I need a full refund. Neither of your companies have a direct line to speak to someone . This is horrible service and theft of money Because I did not receive the items I paid for
entrance driveway
There is a hole in the concrete south driveway at 3601 North Main, Baytown, Texas that has been there for several months. The hole is deep enough to cause front end damage to a vehicle. The re enforcement metal is showing that is how deep the hole is. This should be repaired as soon possible.
I have talked to the store manager and he has turned it in to be repaired but there has been no action taken by Area management to resolve the problem.
If this is not repaired ASAP you will loose a very faithful customer.

The Jack in the Box, Signal Hill, was the worst yesterday afternoon, July 27, 2019. I placed an order for the 2 for $4.99 with the onion rings, not inside the sandwich for eating inside. I waited and waited at the counter. When we came in, it didn't seem like anyone was working over the counter preparing food. About 15-20 minutes and the line is getting longer and longer, I interrupted the customer service person. I showed him my receipt, (for $10.?) which he took and never returned. He finally brought the two sandwiches only. I asked where are the onion rings. The receipt had fries. So, he gave me two large fries. It was the worse visit that we ever had. By the time we got the sandwiches, the fries and the sandwiches were cold. It appeared they were trying to preparing a massive amount and give them out all at once. I will not go to this Jack in the Box again. We arrived about 1:30 and it was 3:50 after we ate and left.

On Tuesday went threw the drive thur at 5:00pm and order 3 number 7 on butter buns Ann's got the order was wrong went back got cuss out by a young lady name kelsha it's just a [censored] bun what [censored] big deal and walk away from me and threw the food in the floor and start yelling at the young lady name twanna for nothing it was only 3 people in the whole store one at the drive thur one on food one on fry store was dirty and floor was trash every well my name is crystal Francis [protected] thank u

I visited your 1261 warm springs Henderson, NV 89011 store today for lunch at appox 1PM, ordered the chicken teriyaki combo. Got back to work, ready to eat and realized my teriyaki bowl did not have any teriyaki on it. I returned to the store at appox 2:30, the manager waited on me, I showed her my receipt (which I never got back) she proceeded to give me a refund, when I stated I wanted a re-make (I was hungry). I waited 15 min for a remake, which was fine, no complaints there, she could have offered a free beverage for my wait (106 outside) however at no time did she ever apologize, smile or make any attempt to use any customer service skills. I would expect to hear " we're sorry mam, would you like a refund or can we make you another order?" Nothing.. just gave me the new order and said nothing.
Note- while I was waiting for my remake a "dining-in" customer came to counter with an order made wrong, same response, no comment from the employee, just took the burgers and disappeared behind the counter.

Is always the same thing at this Jack in the Box, they always give me the wrong stuff. Last week I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted horrible I had to throw it away because it tasted like rotened . And today I ordered a chicken tatter melt whit American cheese and I understand that the cheese is $.50 extra but the stupid lady charged me the extra $.50 for the cheese and my burger didn't even have any cheese!

I placed an order where I spent almost $40. We received only the burger in the munchie meal. I ordered 3 munchie meals and all 3 were on burnt buns. We received the wrong order first. Took it back in and got our food. I called and spoke with Maria who was the manager. She hung up on me so I went to the location and requested a refund for the burnt food and missing items. She acknowledged that she hung up on me. She took my receipt and refused to return it to me before calling her manager Julio who said unless I brought back all my food. I did bring the burner buns.
no locations in se michigan
Come back to Michigan (Warren). Driving 4 hours isn't practical very often. You closed in 70's time to return. Many miss JitB and want you to return. But I see nothing indicating a return anytime soon. Why? You'd make a killing in se Michigan right now. Burger King is trying to match your tacos, no one can actually replace yours. Is there any expectation of returning?
They go where the money is. They are mostly in the South and West now.

Went to the drive thru today, Sunday July 14, 2019. Ordered 4 tacos and 1 large fries. First, the Hispanic woman handed me my bag and thanked me, but I had to remind her to return to me the payment card I gave her. Second, I drove all the way home only to find out she failed to give me the fries I ordered. I'm sorry, but it it that hard for a location that wasn't busy to remember two items. Oh and also, no receipt in the bag. I wonder how many other customers they have done this to today or this week. Your store location is Main St/Recker in Mesa, Az. Chances of me going to that location ever again is zero!

Just wanted to let you know that you have lost numerous customers today and will lose more as I share this through Social Media! One of your stores in Baton Rouge, LA has just fired an Overnight Manager for calling out during a Category 1 HURRICANE! They are also making it mandatory for employees to work who live over 30 min. away! This is irrisponsible in every way! Not only are these employees being threatened with unemployment while almost all other businesses in the are are closed down and the majority of their customers are advised not to be out on the roads, but they are now at risk of injury and possible DEATH due to unsafe traveling conditions as this storm gets closer. It is now a proven FACT that your company does not value the well-being of it's employees or their families
