we ordered 15 flat wings mild and extra crispy and a half dozen steamed shrimp.
The order took an excessive time to serve ...at least a half hour.
When the order was put on our table the wings looked like someone had poured sauce over it. My husband took one and said it was like rubber. Additionally I took some of the sauce off a wing and it didn't look cooked! We believe they were steamed or not cooked properly. The shrimp were fine.
We told our waitress and she offered more wings which we turned down. Just wanted them off the bill. She went to manager who sent her to the kitchen manager who came over to us. He looked at them and said "what's wrong"? Well, we were surprised by his question...my husband pickup a wing and showed him. And walked away. They did take the charge off our bill. BUT, here is the problem we live in the area and go to Hooters often and when we have quests in town take them there. We never had an issue before but am very disappointed in the wings.

RECOMMENDATION: Quality control of all food going out of kitchen. Waitress should not be responsible. Cook wings as shown on menu. Hooters can do better!

unfriendly customer service

I was Nallely the waitress's first customer and all she wanted to do was take my order and talk to everybody but me. I saw her talking to the other waitress, the manager and the bartender so she got no tip! What's the matter with the training; this ain't the first time I've had a bad experience at Hooters, even on my birthday! But this was the first bad experience at the Hooters in Pearland which is out of my way. I told the manager but it's too late. I'm glad not supposed to ask waitresses to be friendly. If all they want to do is take orders then they need to work at another restaurant. I'm in the Hooters club and I can't even scan my receipt

I was at your Pasadena, Tx location tonight 6/30/19 about 9:00pm.
I was at the Grand Opening when this location was originally opened and have continued to be a loyal customer since. I eat there at the very least once a week. I do have to say the last few times I have been there the service has just been terrible and the food has not been of great quality either but I continue to be a loyal customer and give them another chance, but after tonight I will NEVER go back to that location. I am not a complainer but I was very upset tonight that I am emailing you at 11:00pm. I was waited on by Madison and I ordered 20 wings along with some other items. My family and I waited a good 30 minutes before I asked her what the problem was and why it was taking so long and she told me the kitchen was running behind and in her words "they're going crazy back there" so I asked to speak to the manager. Denise your manager came to the table and I told her we had been waiting 30 minutes and still had not received our order and she said WITH AN ATTITUDE " your waitress put the order in for only 10 wings and because of that the kitchen had to make 10 more wings thats why its taking so long". I told her okay, but I feel that all she should have done was apologized and taken care of the problem instead of blaming everyone else after all she is suppose to be the manager. I received my order a few minutes later and my order still was incorrect because the Daytona wings that my daughter often orders looked horrible they were suppose to be breaded and really weren't and I realize they are grilled but they had alot of black stuff from the grill on them (see photos). She has ordered them plenty of times and they have never looked like this. I asked to speak to the manager again because I was not happy with the wings and she insisted on standing there and arguing with me and told me she was gonna comp everything and I guess she expected me just to be happy with and I told her it wasn't about the money. It started getting a little heated between us so my wife told me to just drop it so I decided the best thing to do was just drop it and email my complaint. I know that mistakes happen and restaurants get busy but my BIGGEST PROBLEM was with your manager's ATTITUDE.
When she came to the table the very first time she came out with attitude and since I had her come over the second time she was even worse. Thanks to Denise's attitude I will never be back to that location. Before I left I asked my waitress Madison if she had truly put in the order wrong and she did tell me that she had only put in for 10 wings but written in the other 10 wings and that Denise herself had told her she would take care of it and fix it. I then asked for Madison for my bill and I was only charged for the 2 beers I had. I still gave Madison a $20 tip and told her it was not about her service because everyone makes mistakes, it was Denise's attitude that caused everything to turn bad. I felt you needed to know and hopefully the problem will be fixed.

I just wanted to say that there should be more Bikini Contests and a bikini car wash at the King of Prussia, PA location. KOP has two girls participating in the international pageant. they are Hailey and Bella. NE Philly closed due to not enough bikini contests. Customers lost interest and the restaurant became a ghost town. FYI, many females actually enjoy the contests. They enjoy the fashion element. Bikini contests aren't just for drunken, horny males. I am not suggest a contest every month, but 4-5 contest per year would be something to shoot for.

I ordered food from the Spring location 120 FM 1960W along with a couple of coworkers today. 06/11/19. This was an online carryout order. When the food was received our salads we less than half full in the container. Also, you could tell the lettuce had been washed because it was soaking wet and water was standing in the bottom of the bowl. I had asked for mild buffalo flavor, but it was basically naked. Overall, the salad was a soggy mess. My friends salad was the same, we were both very disappointed. My other friend who purchased the kids meal was happy with that portion of her food, but her dessert was broken and obviously dropped or at the very least tossed around when packaging.

I phoned to let them know about the poor quality of food, not looking for a freebie or anything but wanted to make them aware of the problem with the food. Phone was answered and I was transferred to Julie. She was very polite and asked if I could call back in 2 minutes. I'm sure she was just trying to duck away to a more quiet location. I phoned back it was busy, phoned again - answered and immediately hung up, phoned again - answered no one spoke I only hear the restaurant noise, then hung up on. I am at work and can't keep wasting time to have someone take my call seriously. I included my order # in the subject line if you have any questions.

So I was shopping in Lafayette today and decided to order take out from Hooters. I worked there a while back and always loved the chicken strips and cheese fries. Once I arrived about 10 minutes earlier than was told my order was ready. Ok folks I ordered chicken strips hot with extra hot sauce on the side (they came plain instead of shaken is sauce) and the fries were completely cold and soggy! And this meal cost me $18.48 and the portions were even smaller! Was told the prices go up when you don't dine in! WOW SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
