Hooters

Myself and 6 friends went to hooters last night for food and drink. At 830 we ended up leaving very irritated. Hooters was NOT crowded and there weren't any "big" games on. But, after the third time that out waitress Kennedy said "your food is coming up" we ended up leaving. I really don't understand. Most places are understaffed. But last night at least there were seemingly plenty of waitresses I don't know about kitchen help. But over a two hour wait for wings is ridiculous. It's a shame that hooters is going down hill. Every time we go it gets worse

Entered Hooters at 10:05 ordered tea and then ordered food. The sliders plus a dozen buffalo shrimp. Never brought another drink and at 10:35 she said the meal should be up shortly. Maybe a dozen people in restaurant. I said here is $3 for the tea. She said don't you want to wait for your food. I said I've waited over 30 minutes. She didn't even offer to take the tea off the bill. This has happened at this particular hooter's on several occasions. Management no where to be seen. It starts at the top. No one in that restaurant seems to care. There are other places I can go.
