Hooters service (waitresses)

went to Anderson, sc. myself and 1 other couple. Was not greeted at the door on arrival. Our waitress was not wearing her own name tag, but she wrote Destiny on the napkin. Sat at our table uninvited while taking our order. Didn't bring our water we had to go to the bar and get our waters. Sat on stool while putting order in the computer, then forgot to order our pickles. Destiny was yelling across the dinning area at another waitress her name was Shannon she had no name tag nor did the bar tender. Destiny was very rude to us and other wait staff the time and laughed about it. The cook never has a hair net on dreadlocks hanging every where, VERY NASTY. Will not be back til it's cleaned up from management to Sorry wait staff .Totally sucks

Hooters pick up order/lying manager

On July 6 or 7 I placed a pick up order from my local hooters on Gandy blvd. When I arrived at the time I was told the order would be ready the order was not ready, which I waited about 10 min in store for then when I got home half of my order was missing the fries I had ordered was not there at all and the chips for buffalo chicken dip which was supposed to be tator tots instead was chips. I called and explained the situation to a on duty manager, he stated he would reimburse the $16 fee for my meal in 3-4 days. It has been two weeks and nothing. I will not be going to that hooters ever again seeing as I was bold faced lied to.

Hooters birthday boneless wings

Thank you for my birthday boneless wings. On Tuesday, July 9, I visited my city's Hooter's on Greenville Blvd. While I can read - and see that the coupon says 'dine in only'-each year the manager comes out and makes the decision to allow me to take mine to-go. Well Jason didn't feel the need to do that this year. What I have a problem with is if you're going to be a stickler about 1 rule on the coupon, then be a stickler about the entire coupon. Not once did he, nor the non-relevant server ask to see my ID - and the coupon says that as well. To me, it felt more racial than anything bc why would he have to come out to see what I looked like - if the rule clearly says 'dine in only' - that shouldn't take you looking at me to state that the rule 'applies' - unless it doesn't apply to everyone! Even when asked if I could take the ones I couldn't finish with me - the non-relevant servant says 'no', so I wrapped them up in a napkin and left.

Oh, please stop whining and calling it racism because you didn't get your way. As you yourself stated, the manager comes out every year to make the decision. You've been getting a special exception for years, you're not a victim for finally being asked to obey the rules.

Hooters kitchen area and over cooked dried out chicken wings

The kitchen area is outdated, filthy, satins in walls. Metal door frames exposed to the metal, floors disgusting, food monitor covered in dust and dirt. This place is a serious health code concern.. I would highly recommend a phone call to bar rescue.. But, judging by the previous complaints, highly doubt corporate office gives a damn

Hooters unfriendly customer service

I was Nallely the waitress's first customer and all she wanted to do was take my order and talk to everybody but me. I saw her talking to the other waitress, the manager and the bartender so she got no tip! What's the matter with the training; this ain't the first time I've had a bad experience at Hooters, even on my birthday! But this was the first bad experience at the Hooters in Pearland which is out of my way. I told the manager but it's too late. I'm glad not supposed to ask waitresses to be friendly. If all they want to do is take orders then they need to work at another restaurant. I'm in the Hooters club and I can't even scan my receipt

Hooters manager's attitude

I was at your Pasadena, Tx location tonight 6/30/19 about 9:00pm.
I was at the Grand Opening when this location was originally opened and have continued to be a loyal customer since. I eat there at the very least once a week. I do have to say the last few times I have been there the service has just been terrible and the food has not been of great quality either but I continue to be a loyal customer and give them another chance, but after tonight I will NEVER go back to that location. I am not a complainer but I was very upset tonight that I am emailing you at 11:00pm. I was waited on by Madison and I ordered 20 wings along with some other items. My family and I waited a good 30 minutes before I asked her what the problem was and why it was taking so long and she told me the kitchen was running behind and in her words "they're going crazy back there" so I asked to speak to the manager. Denise your manager came to the table and I told her we had been waiting 30 minutes and still had not received our order and she said WITH AN ATTITUDE " your waitress put the order in for only 10 wings and because of that the kitchen had to make 10 more wings thats why its taking so long". I told her okay, but I feel that all she should have done was apologized and taken care of the problem instead of blaming everyone else after all she is suppose to be the manager. I received my order a few minutes later and my order still was incorrect because the Daytona wings that my daughter often orders looked horrible they were suppose to be breaded and really weren't and I realize they are grilled but they had alot of black stuff from the grill on them (see photos). She has ordered them plenty of times and they have never looked like this. I asked to speak to the manager again because I was not happy with the wings and she insisted on standing there and arguing with me and told me she was gonna comp everything and I guess she expected me just to be happy with and I told her it wasn't about the money. It started getting a little heated between us so my wife told me to just drop it so I decided the best thing to do was just drop it and email my complaint. I know that mistakes happen and restaurants get busy but my BIGGEST PROBLEM was with your manager's ATTITUDE.
When she came to the table the very first time she came out with attitude and since I had her come over the second time she was even worse. Thanks to Denise's attitude I will never be back to that location. Before I left I asked my waitress Madison if she had truly put in the order wrong and she did tell me that she had only put in for 10 wings but written in the other 10 wings and that Denise herself had told her she would take care of it and fix it. I then asked for Madison for my bill and I was only charged for the 2 beers I had. I still gave Madison a $20 tip and told her it was not about her service because everyone makes mistakes, it was Denise's attitude that caused everything to turn bad. I felt you needed to know and hopefully the problem will be fixed.

Hooters music

I'm writing this complaint regarding the music that is played while at 680 West 49 st hialeah Fl 33012. The population that visits this location is primarily Hispanic and the music is an English in a genre that is mostly country and/or rock and roll. I truly enjoy hooters however due to the music I rarely go. Like many other Hispanic Americans in the neighborhood we all complain about the music played by the Restsurant. I complained to the waitress and she said it's a satellite radio and the restaurant has no control of what is played. She directed me to a jukebox of which I was disappointed to think that I had to spend additional to the 100 plus dollars I spend each time I go to this restaurant. Please be more mindful of the population and the music being played. I left the restaurant with a headache because the music was no fitting for the Hispanic ambience. If possible please change the satélite station to a Hispanic Spanish station and I'm sure the restaurant will attract more locals from the area creating a better local business relationship. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Hooters lack of bikini contest kop hooters

I just wanted to say that there should be more Bikini Contests and a bikini car wash at the King of Prussia, PA location. KOP has two girls participating in the international pageant. they are Hailey and Bella. NE Philly closed due to not enough bikini contests. Customers lost interest and the restaurant became a ghost town. FYI, many females actually enjoy the contests. They enjoy the fashion element. Bikini contests aren't just for drunken, horny males. I am not suggest a contest every month, but 4-5 contest per year would be something to shoot for.

Hooters quality of food order# [protected]

Hello,

I ordered food from the Spring location 120 FM 1960W along with a couple of coworkers today. 06/11/19. This was an online carryout order. When the food was received our salads we less than half full in the container. Also, you could tell the lettuce had been washed because it was soaking wet and water was standing in the bottom of the bowl. I had asked for mild buffalo flavor, but it was basically naked. Overall, the salad was a soggy mess. My friends salad was the same, we were both very disappointed. My other friend who purchased the kids meal was happy with that portion of her food, but her dessert was broken and obviously dropped or at the very least tossed around when packaging.

I phoned to let them know about the poor quality of food, not looking for a freebie or anything but wanted to make them aware of the problem with the food. Phone was answered and I was transferred to Julie. She was very polite and asked if I could call back in 2 minutes. I'm sure she was just trying to duck away to a more quiet location. I phoned back it was busy, phoned again - answered and immediately hung up, phoned again - answered no one spoke I only hear the restaurant noise, then hung up on. I am at work and can't keep wasting time to have someone take my call seriously. I included my order # in the subject line if you have any questions.

Hooters food and pricing

So I was shopping in Lafayette today and decided to order take out from Hooters. I worked there a while back and always loved the chicken strips and cheese fries. Once I arrived about 10 minutes earlier than was told my order was ready. Ok folks I ordered chicken strips hot with extra hot sauce on the side (they came plain instead of shaken is sauce) and the fries were completely cold and soggy! And this meal cost me $18.48 and the portions were even smaller! Was told the prices go up when you don't dine in! WOW SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Hooters carry out order

My husband and son ordered carry out online for my mother & I for Mother's Day yesterday evening. My son picked up the order it was a complete mess. The 20 wings were dry and hard with limited and a completely different sauce on one half of the order. We ordered 2 Philly cheesesteaks with no onions nor mushrooms. We received (extra) onions on both and the buns were completely burned. We also ordered 2 or of nachos which was huge disappointment. We didn't receive any topping other that lettuce, cheese, & Jalapeños... no quacamole, no sour cream, no chili and NO separation of the nachos toppings . (We asked for the nachos be be disassembled since it was a carry out order). The Tortilla chips were soggy! This ruined a beautiful and special weekend with my family. Our bill was almost $120! I'm very disappointed and can't believe that your company and staff would serve the food that my family and I was given.

Hooters manager

Wednesday April 24

I have been a hooters girl for 3 years, at the Philadelphia and West Palm Location. I have experienced harassment and neglagence by my manager on April 24 2019. I have pictures and video evidence of my manager teasing and threatening me. She had shut down the main computer and wait station during peak hours, continuiously unstocking the work from the girls, while we had 4-7 tables each. Forcing us wait in a line to put our orders in. It was also all you can eat boneless wingsday. This caused upset customers, which then resulted in lower tips for all of the waitstaff. When I expressed my concerns to my manager she cut me at 730 pm, I had just arrived at 6 and was supposed to be the headwait closer. After cashing out my tables she refused to do my checkout, threatened to call the cops on me for stealing, and laughed as she said my check out would take all day. She also would not allow me to put in my credit card tips or close out my tables. After an hour of this relentless harassment and banter I was forced to leave the premise. [protected].

Hooters buffalo chicken strips

Got order to go, got home and the buffalo chicken strips were horrible. They were rubbery and nasty tasting. I get them all the time and have always been great. If I ate there I could have got this resolved more then likely. But now I am home and hungry and very angry and dissatisfied. It would be very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back. Please give me my money back.

Hooters lack of diversity/horrible service

I have traveled all over and i must say the diversity in these restaurants have increased. However, I went to the Albuquerque location and it was a completely different story all of the girls were of one complexion. IT wouldn't kill you to have a darker girl or 3! The young man who sat us was rude along with the manager. The service was horrible one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time.

Hooters service

My husband, daughter and I went to the Hooters today, on Rosendale highway in Bakersfield, Ca. We normally have a great experience there. Today qas a different story. We had one lady seat us in a booth and got our drinks. We almost got up and walked out after 15 minutes of just sitting there. Ashely, who was working behind the bar, came over and took our order and was very friendly. Ashley also brought us our food. There were 3 waitresses counting Ashley. The other 2 waitresses gladly helped other customers that were there and they stood around talking and laughing instead of taking care of EVERYONE. There was about 20 customers eating or sitting at the bar. Some customers came in after us and got their orders right away. They didn't have to wait 15 minutes like we did.

Hooters customer service

My husband and I went to the Hooters in Bryan, Texas today (December 5, 2018. We was seated by a young lady who did not even say hello, or welcome to Hooters or anything. She sat us down and we were there about 10-15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us sitting there. Two girls walked by and they just looked at us and kept on walking. We were very dissatisfied with Hooters. I guess because we were in our 60's maybe we did not belong there. When we left I let the two ladies up front know we were leaving because we have been there a while and have not received any service and they did not seem to care. Thank you for listening.

Hooters service

We (table of two) came in to be seated and told by the hostess that it would be a 30 minute wait because the kitchen was backed up on 11/26/18 at approximately 7 p.m. We pointed out multiple tables that were clean and available after 30 min but the hostess continued to express that she was instructed to wait. She continued to seat other tables of two that arrived after us, long after 30 minutes. Other customers were allowed to walk up to tables without respecting the wait time and be served. After pointing this out to the hostess she said, "That wasn't supposed to happen." After 50 minutes had passed and the hostess intentionally circled the restaurant avoiding eye contact with us, we got her attention and asked politely, again, for a table that had been cleaned, she said, "You all go ahead." She apologized for the service but we were disappointed with the experience.

Hooters unethical behavior

My family and I went to hooters in Farmingdale NY for diner 11/18. Upon being seated we noticed a party of 4 and one of the patrons were wearing the confederate symbol on his scarf and his Jacket. The establishment was a complete mixture of race. I noticed over 70% of people there was staring and some complaining to each other. MY 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER KNOWS OF THAT FLAG FROM MY TEACHINGS AND FROM WHAT SHE SEES ON THE NEWS. So she wanted to leave knowing that is means trouble form all the fighting's and killings she has seen. Needless to say my dinner was ruined, we felt something was about to brew and left. In my opinion the managers should have explained to that person that nothing deemed offensive can be worn in the establishment and asked him to leave it in the car. Not all people are going to just pull out their phones and record bullsh*@. some will react in a way you don't want to see nor be around especially if you have your family with you.

Hooters food not good

on 11/1/2018 at approx.1200 pm my wife and I went to hooters in Charleston wv to have lunch, like we have every week for a long time.Our order was wings, onion rings and draft beer.The wings came back nasty as hell. when I complain they cant take them back.Now my wife is complaining. Wives are always right, right? Now since we left behind all we ordered, one should know that, my dog would not even eat it, I even left a full pint be hind, Charleston wv don't care about the customer was told will not take back wings. the manger never came to see us at all. my wife "sure bet " never again! 31.00 gone

Hooters lack of human compassion

I am so hungry, watching football. 2 mgrs came and I asked if they could give me something from the back, perhaps leftover. One of the goals promptly said NO, NOT RIGHT NOW. MAYBE LATER IF SOME CARRY OUTS DONT GET PICKED UP, BUT NOTHING RIGHT NOW. What happened to Make America great again? No child hungry, etc. I dont go around looking for freebies, this was extenuating circumstances. Thank you for your help.
