Tech came today said I need a compresser and a condenser for the other refrigerator (I have two both broke) charged me 230. And said he will be back between 6 and 7 days from now? so I am going to be without a refrigerator for another 7 days and I had to pay for the service call that lasted 5 minutes and he orders parts online? is this how appliance repair people do things now? I could have done that! why do I have a contract with choice when they dont have appliance repairs on the spot. Instead they google in front of me repairs and solutiopns and order parts? I am not going to pay 60 a month for unbelieveable poor service from you people!
Recommendation: DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT MANAGING THERE SERVICE PEOPLE WELL!
