I purchased your ridgid 14 in trimmer tool
On [protected] order #we15266291
Model #r01201b
The bump feed head is to tall
The distance from the button to where the line comes out is to great.
You have to hold the trimmer at a substantial angle to trim
Hence your not trimming grass. Your cutting into the ground.
The trimmer head should be redesigned
To decrease that distance.

Desired outcome: provide me a different bump feed headso I don't have to return the [protected]@gmail.comBrian Ritchie [protected]
