My name is Frances G. Roberts and my husband is Mark D. Cain. Mark has been approved and is on your military discount program. The problem is the WIFI in the store does not always work. Now we are told he just needs to enter his phone number [protected] that does not work either. His phone number is on his military discount, but doesn't link the discount.
I have work with Customer service at the store for a good 15 minutes but they could not figure out the problem and gave me a number to call. Today I have called the following numbers with no help at all, just give me another number to call:

The [protected] sent me to an email address [protected]@sheer id.com.
This is stupid. We both have credit cards with you and spend thousands of dollars a year. What is the problem with your customer service? Please have someone fix this. Do not send me another customer service number to call. I need a person in management who can take care of this problem. You may call me at [protected] or just get this fixed. Sorry to have to go directly to you, but no one else seems to get the problem fixed. I have spent way too much time on this.
