Home Depot review: Customer is being harass by home depot employee and security guard

Good Day,

For many years I have been purchasing products from The Home Depot to built my home and my Business. I currently owned a bakery and every time something needs to be fix I run to home depot to get it. I need to put an end to one of Home Depot employees and the Home Depot security officer from harassing me while shopping in the store.

This has been going on for 5 months now. upon entering into home depot the employee by the name of Carol Lewis is the Door Greeter. She is always there ready to force hand sanitizer in my hand, when I refuse she has an attitude and mumbles under her breath. I have my own hand sanitizer so that's the reason why I don't need any from her. When she sees me coming to enter the store she willfully stop a customer at the door and starts talking to them while they are blocking the door so I don't enter, I then have to wait until she finishes her conversation to enter.

While shopping (I believe) she sends the Allied Universal security guard who is on duty by the name of Jackie at the Home Depot station to follow me thru the isles. I am not a theft, I purchase every single item I need from home depot but this stalking behavior while shopping makes me feel uncomfortable.

Upon exiting The Home Depot Store today Ms. Lewis ask me for my receipt so I ask her why do you need my receipt? She never answer me, then the security guard who follows me in the isle say can I see your receipt? I ask her the same question why? The security guard said my question is irrelevant and she need to see my receipt. So I say well in that case I don't have to and will not be showing you my receipt. so she block me from existing. I was about to call the police for her and file a report for harassment. When someone interjected and said stop harassing the woman.

I then went to exist over by lawn and gardening and the security guard Jackie left her post, walk over to lawn and gardening to tell the employee at the door by lawn and gardening that the door greeter at the entrance ask to see my receipt and I refuse. At this point I am not understanding why am I showing my receipt to this security guard who is not an employee of home depot but works for a security company that home depot hire to guard their doors. I existing thru the door without showing her my receipt.

I would like this guard Jackie and Carol Lewis to leave me alone while I am in the store shopping. I am no bother to them and I do not know why they behave the way they do. If this behavior continues again I will have no other choice that to take my business elsewhere and tell my contractors, plumbers, welders, etc to spend my money at the smaller business.

No customer deserve this behavior and I hope that this issue can be resolve.
