Hardee's Restaurants review: App curly fries extra charge

I was charged extra for curly fries on the App.20… when I went to pick up they told me they “did not have curly fries or onion rings either and they could not refund me the monies”. I offered to get an apple pie so that I could get my.20 cent credit and they said they could not”! They told me to contact corporate for my.20 refund! This Hardee’s S U C K S! Mr Nelson, Mgr and Ms Tamara.

Desired outcome: My money back plus updated APP and a correct menu at APP and Hardee’s which takes orders for items they don’t have and don’t work with the customer to credit or fix the problem!
