Hardee's Restaurants Incorrect order

I ordered 1 (saytara box) meal and I choose some adding to my order and when I received the order I found it came without adding the (TURKEY SLICE) for all order (Missing) after I called the call center (19066) and they said their is error in Hardee’s app and they cannot add the (TURKEY SLICE) and the restaurant manager called me and didn’t fix this issue also.

So kindly take the necessary action for Hardee’s Egypt - San Stefano branch and call center.

Hardee's Restaurants Product and service

I ordered 4 milkshakes they costed around 28 dollars. I received my order late and they put my oder beside my neighbors door. If that wasn't enough I took pictures of the sloppy job they did. They were not full and 2 of the milkshakes were vanilla and they were supposed to be strawberry. I called the manager and received a oh that was my fault and that was it. So I'm very disappointed in their service and management. They should have done so to make up for the incorrect order but acted like it was no problem. Never ordering there again

Hardee's Restaurants Unprofessional behavior

On 6/25/23 I was going to stop ta Hardee's in Danville Indiana to get something to eat on my way home. When I pulled in to the side parking lot I noticed two people in a vehicle doing tattoos. Then I noticed that they were both employees at Hardee's. This is so unprofessional. If they are doing tattoos at work what else are they doing? So needless to say I didn't go in to get something to eat. I don't know what kind of store this manager is running but it's not one I want to be associated with. Who knows if they even washed their hands after the fact or if they are doing some illegal stuff there. In not way shape or form will I ever go back to this store. This is ridiculous and someone needs to make some changes. I thought since this store was under new management it would be better but I guess things will never change for Hardee's. I'm very disappointed in the professionalism and just down right applaud.

Desired outcome: I would like to see that these employees have repercussions for their lack of health and safety of the operation of the business. I'm also calling the health department because I see that there isn't many resolved issues on here.

Hardee's Restaurants Wait staff

Came to the Hardee’s on Turner McCall Blvd in Rome, GA. Promotional placard said sign up for Hardee’s app, spend minimum of $1, and you get a sandwich free. When I told the girl I’d like to do that, she replied “I don’t know how to do that”. I said “could you ask someone”? I signed up for the app, got the app. Three employees didn’t know what to do so the manager said “just give to them”. Why would you have a promotion and not train staff to process it?

Hardee's Restaurants Service #1503099

06/02/2023 7:38 pm Ordered Dbl Cheese burger Mayo, Muistard, Pickle, Onion and Tomato. Was cut off after the first 2 condiments Response " With Mustard Pickle and what else?". repeated Response "pull up". Unable line was full. Order taker had a hot mic. Stated a couple of 4 word explative phrases. I said "Pardon me maam?" and immediatly cut off mic. After paying I had to ask for a receipt. She handed me my order. Looking in the bag, I had to knock on the window. I asked may I get some napkins? She proceeded to hand me about a dozen. I stated only need maybe four. No "Thank you" or when I said Thank you there was no "Your Welcome".

The burger was good even lacking the Mayo I asked for. Better than the Webb St. location by temp and taste.

Desired outcome: Retraining and discipline.

Hardee's Restaurants App curly fries extra charge

I was charged extra for curly fries on the App.20… when I went to pick up they told me they “did not have curly fries or onion rings either and they could not refund me the monies”. I offered to get an apple pie so that I could get my.20 cent credit and they said they could not”! They told me to contact corporate for my.20 refund! This Hardee’s S U C K S! Mr Nelson, Mgr and Ms Tamara.

Hardee's Restaurants Hardees breakfast sandwiches

I go to the Ashland, VA location near my job for breakfast. No matter how many times i've ordered a soft fried egg on my sandwiches, I always end up with a flat, dried up looking, rubbery egg instead. The sausages are dry. The cheese is never melted and it ends up being a very disappointing experience that negatively impacts the start of my day. Just now, I paid $6.71 for a super bacon biscuit with sausage added. Once again, the sausage was dry, the egg was rubbery and the sandwhich wasnt even hot enough to melt the cheese.

I am fed up with throwing away good money on subpar food that leaves me feeling frustrated and unappreciated.

On the other hand bojangles is further way but their breakfast biscuits are always great. The eggs are nice and fluffy, the cheese is always hot, and melted and the biscuits are amazing. Even though they are 10 minutes away, it is well worth the drive for a better dining experience and a more satisfying start to my day.

Do better.

Hardee's Restaurants Food Received

On May 1, 2023, I ordered a chicken club combo at the Hardees in Pembroke North Carolina's drive through window. I didn't take a bite of the sandwich until I had returned to work. The chicken was cold and rubbery. When I opened the sandwich, I could see that it was raw. I have tried to call the restaurant several times and I get a recording that no one was there to answer the phone.

I just didn't want anyone else to get sick from the raw chicken!

Desired outcome: Local restaurant employees do not care in the least. I just want someone in upper management to know the issues at this restaurant.

Hardee's Restaurants Service

On April 17th, 2023 I went to the Hardees at the Candlers Station # 1504004

in Lynchburg, VA. I went to the drive thru to order. I placed my order.

When I went to the window the young lady did not greet me. She just stated the money I was to pay. I tried to question the amount and at that time another staff person. (who later identified herself as the manager) walked up.

I was told the 10 piece chicken Tenders was $21.98.

I responded by telling them that according to their board in the drive thru the Tenders were $20. 90 something cents. They never even responded regarding this. Then I was told that tax was $2.59. I said thats ridiculous. And the? manager started saying something about that was not up to her or something to that effect. At the same time I had already stated "But that's not your fault"

This? manager did not acknowledge me but just walked away. I handed my bank card to the girl at the window. She processed the transaction and then walked away. Never told me thank you, never told me there would be a wait time, nothing. I watched both her and this shift manager go around the counter and away from their work station towards the lobby and tables. I waited several minutes and no one came to me to give me my order or to even inform me of a wait time.

after at least approximately 7 minutes I seen the girl walk to the work area and start to fix a drink for someone. I watched her pore a red liquid in a cup that looked like it had something else in it. She then poured part of the red liquid back into the bottle. Cross contamination. She came to the window and told me there was someone behind me and needed me to move forward.

At this time I felt that I had been treated horribly and had enough. I refused to move my vehicle and asked to speak to the manager. She literally rolled her eyes and then walked into the Lobby area and I waited a brief time while I am sure she was trying to validate herself and make me the customer wrong. Finally the shift manager came to the window. I informed her of how I was being treated by them and I asked for the district mangers contact inforrmation. She walked away towards the back room. I sat there for several minutes waiting. The girl again told me to move as there was a customer behind me. As I told her I was a customer also and I was waiting. I then told her I wanted a refund. I still had not be given my order that I paid for or was told anything regarding my order. I handed her my card to credit back the amount for the food I never received. After approximately 4-5 minutes the shift manager finally returned and informed me that she spoke with the diestirnct manager and they were not allowed to give out the contact number. As I told her I have managed fast foods in Califodrnia and the District Manager/ Corporate number should be posted where customers can obtain them. I then told her I wanted the corporate number. She again walked to back. While she was gone 3-4 people that had been talking with the girl walked up to the counter. AT one point one of them came to the window and said something to me regarding phone number.

The shift manager finally returned and the girl had given her my card.

I was handed a torn off piece of register paper with a number on it.

She then wanted me to return the food for me to get my refund. At this point if informed her I had never received my order or was told there was a wait time. Nothing. She gave me my refund and I left.

My grandson, daughter and I were there the day before after picking up my grandson at Liberty. I spent almost $40.00 on food. The person working the window was very nice and explained there would be a wait and an approximate wait time. This was not an issue as she treated us as all customers should be. She was respectful, helpful and informative.

I can not believe that I was treated so badly. It was humiliating. Especially when the shift manager and the girl stood there with the other people they had been talking to in the lobby area staring at me like I was a side show because I basically was holding them accountable for how they treated me and the horrible service.

The order number on my refund receipt is 322261. It says Cashier Alexis.

I am fully aware of how in settings such as this when confronted with their behavior they will gang up and try to discredit the other person to validate themselves and their behavior. They operated with a gang like attitude and demeaned me. I work in the medical field and understand the importance of communication and respect.

Some how I do not think they bothered to tell the District manager of their lack of service or respect.

Hardee's Restaurants Service? Or product shortages? I'm not sure which one is the problem

The Waterloo Illinois location is always greeting the same way welcome to Hardee’s we are out of biscuits. I always try Hardee’s first but end up going across street to McDonald’s and settling for their food due to the biscuits shortage at Hardee’s this is a weekend observation but it’s almost all weekends. I’m not sure on how to make my complaint longer because this is the only issue and it’s truly 8 out of 10 visits that they say they are out of biscuits and I can’t figure out how this is even possible?

Desired outcome: Have them not be lazy and make biscuits so people don’t have to settle for McDonald’s

Hardee's Restaurants Products fine management needs serious coaching

I went in like I have always done, mainly in mornings for breakfast. I went to have been doing this for over 4 years now, never again now I suppose. I ordered a couple of biscuits to go like usual, paid and then over amount of jelly I ask for was given two packs for 2 biscuits, given me an extra maybe 2 packs per biscuits or whatever, it's not worth causing a scene and getting into an argument with me, in front of other customers over jelly, wow. Writing this has made me look again, it's a shame I will tell this story to others and will never be in that store again

Hardee's Restaurants Associates Dress Code

Hello: My family & I visited the location @ London Bridge #1503268 Virginia Beach 23454 on 4/14. The cashier Samantha was not wearing a bra. Does Hardee's not have an undergarment policy? I think this was very unprofessional to have an associate waiting on customers without a bra. There were 3 people working, including a supervisor/manager & she should have said something to Samantha or sent her home to put on appropriate undergarments. Maybe this location needs training on their dress code...Thanks!

Hardee's Restaurants Treated unfairly by employee

On 4.3.23 I purchase food for my child. Roshunna A would not give me or my child their cup until my child would speak to her. I ended up having to remove to cup as she my already upset child even more agitated. I noticed all of the employees began to act strange and it took nearly ten minutes for a kids meal to be created. All of the security camera were lights turned on which I'm not sure was an indication of a recording or emphasis of recording. Either way since my family tried to sue a catholic church & school for trying to conceal child abuse we have been harassed and placed on a government watch list. She called my child by a name known only by close family members. If she has "specialty training" through a local DHS fusion center she should be investigated for harassment which I take as a creepy threat. I purchased food and should not be treated differently and my child should not be harassed by proxy.

Desired outcome: Teach employees that have "specialty training" through a local DHS fusion center not to abuse the positions given to them by passively threatening customers on behalf of public safety.

Your store in new ulm Minnesota person taking order was very uncaring then took 12 min to get inside service delivered food to three girls first that had ordered after me saw my number on table as he went by me said out loud oh 62 be right there came with food about a minute or two later said sorry about the wait food was not even what would be called warm didn't say anything to them I didn't want to hear there excuses your help was sure laughing and giggling while I wait not good all the way around

Hardee's Restaurants 2 taco salads and 2 soft chicken tacos

I live here in stanton ky I just went through your hardees restaurant drive through and bought Two taco salads and two chicken soft tacos when called back was told she didn't make them and she didn't hand them through the window but yet its the same name as the lady on the phone that was the cashier they treated me horribly not only was there no food n the taco salad but there only 3 pieces of chicken n each taco you also need to drug test them as I have seen first hand all the managers and some underage workers smoking dope our behind your store and thus is fact just drug test them n yu will see my food was handed to me as is and when I checked it out when I opened it it looked like this and was nothing I mean nothing but lettuce and half spoon of burger and two pieces of shredded cheese nothing else when yu spen that kind of money yu be upset too and I have more then one witness to my opening of the food

Desired outcome: I'd like my money back and a apology or else I'm going to report them all to the local sheriff on how they sit back out side by the drive through sign and smoke pot and more

Hardee's Restaurants Service and food quality

On 3/28/2023, I placed an order (#[protected]) at 11:43am at Hardee's 1504336 in Maryville, Tn. From the time I placed the order, it took around 12-13 minutes to get it. People were standing around inside but no body ever once came to tell me it was taking a few minutes and why or sorry for the wait and why. When I finally got my food, again, no one said sorry for your wait...handed me the food and shut the window. As I was leaving, I said a few choice words and behind the window, the lady mouthed 'well sorry'... a little late and with an attitude. Once back at work, the food was horrible. The chicken was like chewing rubber and I ended up throwing my lunch away. I did inform the people sitting around me know how bad the service and the food was and I will be very hard pressed to ever waste my money at a Hardee's again. I was in the service industry for years and without your customers, you don't have a business. Me and many more people are the reason your rude employees have a job and they better be reminded of that.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology though that won't bring me back to your door. Employees need to be taught how to wait on people. Letting people know about a wait time and apologizing for it makes a difference.

Hardee's Restaurants Customer service

This complaint is for the Hardee’s in Lawrenceburg Tn . 38464

This has got to be the worse Hardee’s that I’ve ever visited and sadly to say I come here every morning for breakfast for my grand children’ and I think it gets worse daily . Today [protected] as of the moment I have been sitting in the drive through for 40 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me and it’s like this every morning. The management here is horrible one of the bigger ladies walks around with a vape in her hand all the time and she look la like she hasn’t changed her clothes or washed her hair in a week , the inside of the restaurant is terrible nasty. I wish that it were somewhere else that they would eat but they love Hardee’s and it literally makes me sick to visit this facility. . I spend a lot of money here but wish there was something that someone could do .

Desired outcome: Upgrades ur management so something can be done here .

Hardee's Restaurants Poor customer service

Went to Hardee’s in Collinsville va store number 1503719 tabitha and manager would not give any Extra tartar sauce after I as for extra on my sandwich when inside they said they didn’t have Kirby to put it in was very sorry customer service something need to be done they just looked at me and didn’t even help me and I bought 4 fish sandwiches please you let them know need to handle there customers better and I will no longer be going there to eat

Hardee's Restaurants Manager Danville Indiana 46122

Hi my name is Tim York [protected] in Danville Indiana 46122. Don't know really where to start but I guess me and my wife and sister-in-law went there today February 23rd 2023 there around 12:30 in the afternoon. We have only been there two times recently, the first time the woman manager just kind of blew me off at the box and the window extremely rude. I'm 63 years old and and very much about respect. I'm a disabled veteran and I have back problems leg and hip problems. I went into the restroom and came close to falling down the floor was wet and no sign up. So since I have had my service safe certificate I cooked for years in some fine restaurants went to chefs academy and so on so I pretty much know what I'm talking about. Anyway I went out the manager couldn't find who ordered something because nobody was there for it so I said excuse me could I say something to you she flipped her hand at me with her head to the side ask me what do you want in a very rude way. I'm not a violent person but I got a short fuse and haven't went there for a very long time but I cussed her up and down it made me so mad she just blew me off and walked away, so I told her if I fall down in there because you don't have a sign I will be hurt she didn't seem to care. No I wasn't nice didn't mean to be. But before I left there was like six people there and that's the thing they weren't even busy, I looked at the little crowd and asked him to excuse me then I went home. I'm sure your company doesn't need disrespectful people like this especially when I don't go there hardly at all and been there two times in the past 4 days and she was snot each time. If you want to call me that's fine but I would appreciate you do something because I've read others in here where nobody would ever get back to them. I'm sorry this is such an impersonal world we live in I'm just holding up to realize that. Thank you Tim York

Hardee's Restaurants Long wait and cancelled order

I went through the drive in at 1505561 location on Clinton Highway on Monday evening. I place my order at 8:30 PM. I sat at the window until 8:55 when I finally got someone’s attention who told me to move forward and they would bring my order out to me. I cancelled the order at this point.
Waiting this long at a fast food restaurant is absurd. Had they told me at the drive through it would be this long, I would not have ordered.
