Google review: unauthorized debit of game 142

BAD google, as they made a deal with the chineese government to filter all search results containing tibet, so they support china, do they support the abuse of the people of tibet and the inhumane treatment they recieve every day. DO NOT USE GOOGLE!

I occasionally check my stocks using googles convenient search engine, but when I check Ford stock using the F symbol, it gives me my quote, but it also gives me a link to f---edcompany.com. This has to stop.

I see all these complaints - which I have my own, as I'm in the same boat as everyone else here - so HOW COME GOOGLE DOESN'T REPLY TO ALL THIS!?

What's the purpose of this board?

Did anyone have their issue resolved?

What do I need to do to get those charges reversed; and as importantly how do I make sure that more of these charges will NOT incur?

To be honest, I am VERY angry about this little fraud.
I don't recall giving Google OR Supercell my credit card information, but it might be someone else, though.
This 'Google*Supercell' incident is getting out of hand.
Though I haven't done anything yet but writing this complain, I will surely have my Card cancelled and then report the Authorities...

since February 5 2015 till February 17, 2015 supercell and gameloft charged my credit card for 10 transactions and the conversion from euro to romanian Ron of 63 euro... i had to close my card and stop my payments and i am going to police to make a complain... I want back all my money cos i dont even play your games or anything... So do something about this soon

I also have unatharized charges to my debt card $45.00 worth to be exact. How do I recover this $45.00? If it was $5.00 I wouldn't make such a big deal but $45.00... Is a tank worth of gas!

This morning ZAR2125.99 was deducted from my bank and I didn't make nor authorise any payments. First deduction was Google*Marketplace and the next two deductions were both from Google*Supercell. I am furious! Spent the whole day at the bank and police station and now I am looking everywhere I can report this online.

My son bought one game, and they have taken 10 unauthorized withdrawal from his checking account, and now it is pulling money from his savings account. The company should be shut down!

Taken 178 pounds 89 pence from my debit card on the 21st January 2o14. This is an unauthorised payment which i have no idea how or why it has been taken as i have never heard of this product. It was taken out in 11 transactions illegally. his was taken by Google Supercell

I was charged three unauthorized charges of $100.99, $99.99, & $19.99. Not only were these charges unauthorized, I don't even know what they are for. I have filed a complaint with my card provider & wish to be reimbursed in full immediately!

Google supercell...have taken 31 transactions of £13.99 from my account today 16 th may 2014 ...spoke to my bank who are treating it as fraud ...and have blocked anymore payments to them ...also said that anymore transactions would be credited after the blocking would be credited back...and there must of been four more attempts as four credits have been received ...so have now cancelled card completely

i have also had 11 transactions of £69.99 totaling £770 debited from my account on 14th april 2014. there was 12 transactions but one got cancelled, apparently it was for clash of the clans something or other. my bank will not cover the loss as i gave google my card details willingly so the issue sits with google? i have no idea how this will pan out. i had my paypal account hacked 2 years ago and lost £990 but paypal refunded that back withing 24 hours as they spotted the fraud before i did?

I have had this too in the last couple of days. 3 payments taken for £69.99 and 12 for £13.99, totalling nearly £400. I've never even heard of this thing before. I've reported unauthorised charges with Google and waiting for them to refund me. I will also be cancelling my bank card and changing passwords on the Google Play store.

Me too...last two days had 71 transactions totalling £830 under Google Supercell taken from my account. I've cancelled my card, reported to the bank and raised unauthorised charges with Google using their online form.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have just had my card blocked due to an unauthorised payment of £69.99 from 'supercell', apparently it is connected to android some how.

In addition to my last statement, I also am requesting the overdraft charges of $20 for each of the two items I wrote about

my debit card was charged $29.95 with out telling me about it. and I want it removed now.

Same thing happened to me. 1 dollar then after i had called the number they said to and cancelled i was charged 29 dollars. When i called [protected] i spoke with a lady and when i told her i cancelled and was charged anyway she informed me that my account was still active. Then she tried to tell me i was going to have to pay that money then i told her i was not going to pay that money and i needed to be reimbursed immediately and she finally said ok the money will be put back into my account. So wether it is a problem at the cancellation place or they are just trying to be tricky just call this number be a little aggressive and you will be reimbursed. Hope this helps

I would like my Google success kit canceled as got charged the $1 set up trial, and never received anything, but now charged the $29.95 for it again and now also charged $4.95 for fraud protection.
I want it cancelled because it is a SCAM

I Too have been ripped off with these unwarranted credit card charges, also for a kit which i never recieved. I live in Australia however so cannot use the numbers that everyone else has been using...can anyone from australia tell me how they've managed to get out of this...and if anyone is seriously considering a class action against Google, then let us all know...THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS! They make millions off of paid advertising as it is.

I would like to get my money back. I have been charged 2 times 69.97 dollars and 1 time 29.95 dollars for success kit. You was suppose to take 1.99 dollar for success registration but you took to much thats unathorised and illigel. I want to remove my name from success kits and money back.

I have yet to receive a googlekit. I didn't think this was a scam at all, but now it looks as though it is. This is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!

I too have paid the $1.97, which was promptly taken from my account and have never received any program information. After I see the complaints that have been lodged, I am glad that nothing happened. I never try online adds but this one was so cheap, that I felt that i could dip my toe into the waters, take a peak and not get burned too badly, especdially because it was from Google. The others can save their advertising efforts for other potential victems, because this one peek at the system has cured me for life.

Why would you want to even contact Google?
