Managers never last long, they come and go. Goodwill finances are not transparent in helping the community, also how money is spent on marketing and salaries. They have safety training videos because of State mandates, but training employees on a specific job consists of figure it out or your fired. Embrace ambiguity and chaos because that's what Goodwill is. Goodwill is not looking for talent, they are always looking for new employee exploits. Goodwill is counting on a high turn over rate because it saves money resulting in higher year end bonuses. Goodwill wants the public to think they are helping society. They are really ingenious about recycling people disguised as a hand up. It's hard work convincing society your the solution that your helping humanities problems. Assistant managers must follow the General managers lead or get fired. All the employees that have real Integrity will eventually quit or get fired.
