I had work performed on December 31, 2022 at the Goodyear, AZ Firestone due to the family vehicle pulling aggressivley to the right. I was told half shaft and lower control arm bushing was cracked, needed repair. I proceeded to have work done. In February I went back to same location due to still having issues, was told alignment would fix issue, it did not. I went to Discount Tires in late March thinking something was wrong with tires, Discount Tires confirmed tires were fine. I went into Firestone in Surprise in April to complain again about issue and was told they performed an alignment and don't have time to further troubleshoot my repeat issue, and to bring the car back another time. I explained my family as almost been in accidents because of this ongoing issue since December 31st. Still no resolution given by Firestone. I took the car to Nissan due to failed customer service at Firestone. They confirmed parts Firestone put on were defective, paperwork and photos available to further support claim. Nissan performed work and fixed vehicle. I am seeking reimbursement for the defective parts to help restore my faith in Firestone. I also have the parts to give back to Firestone and further support my claim. As you can see level of customer service, lack of integrity in parts and my family's safety was put at risk by Firestone. As you can also see, I gave ample opportunity to have the issue rectified but Firestone failed to provide the level of service needed. I visited the Goodyear location where the Store Manager refused to come out and talk to me about the issue. I was also told I would receive a call from Area Manager Josh in 2 business days. It's been 7, still no phone call. I escalated to Firestone Corporate office incident # 740 659 70, was told I would receive a phone call within 2 business days, it's been 7 business days, still no phone call or resolution to disired settlement of refund.

I went to Firestone store# 028452 located at 139 PUTNAM BLD. GLASTONBURY. CT. 06033. I had work done to my 06 VW JETTA,. The check Engine light was on and I informed them that I emissions notice to comply with and the took the car in,. I waited four or five hours to find out from Dennis Freeman. He took me back to see the work and pointed out issues along the entire muffler system and he quoted me a bill of $3200 dollars,. I expressed my concerns about paying more for repairs then the value of the car,. He at that time suggested that I do the repairs and keep the car being it had low mile for this car,. He also promised me that he would be responsible to get the light off and the car would pass emissions. So elected to go forward with the repairs for the amount of the high cost of $3200 dollars,. which I had to use a credit card for that amount but I did so with expectations that I would be able get the car emissions complete and be in compliance with the State when I got the car back,.. Dennis also suggested that I drive the car for 100 miles and then let him know if the lite was oof and if not he would bring the car back in for a second inspection at no additional cost,. The light was for 10 miles surprisingly and I called him,. He also told me that I would be able to keep my part that were removed from the car,. So I returned on 6/2/23 on Friday and Dennis was not at work that day but Brandon took the car in and ended up switching the CAT and I I left with the light off,. Unfortunately the light stayed off for about 30 miles this time,. When I was able to get ahold of Dennis he told me that the CAT was not compatible to the VW and I would have to spend another $1700 dollars to get the light off,. Well I just can't afford this and would like to have a total REFUND of the initial cost because the problems were not rectified and FIRESTONE was not able to hold up to its part of the contract and Verbal promise to get the check engine light off for the $3200 dollars,. I hope we can come to a present agreement so that I can have my car fixed,. Thank you Sincerely,.
Credit card scam
I received an email saying I was approved for a credit card. I thought it was an offer and ignored it. I then received an email saying my credit card is in the mail, however I in no way signed up for a credit card. I'm concerned someone opened one in my name, but if that was the case why am I receiving emails about it? I also see no checks on my credit report, nor a new card on my credit report. This feels like a scam through and through
Desired outcome: Figure out what happened and confirm someone isn't out there with a credit card in my name

I did purchase a new Toyota Tundra truck has a tire blow out due to being dry rotten,Firestone did take care most of it,then the replacement tires dry rotted again upon the dealer making contact trying for 2 weeks they have refused to honor there product ,over the history with firestone tires overall tires had to be replaced 3 times one time with a pervious vehicle,I dont understand why Firestone is allowed to sell junk tires risking the life of other people.

I have 10 years of invoices that included inspections to receive the sticker.
Never once did the rust build up on the rear wheel / leaf frame was mentioned, completely visible during the inspection. This inspection the mechanic at firestone ignored the rusted frame and did not make aware to the manager during the brake job. The manager sees the damage and orders to complete the brake job. Finally he calls me informs me the frame is an hazard to drive, no sticker, vehicle useless. Since march I visited shops to repair but the list was long into late may, june, july, and the cost of $1600.00 plus the balance of 2000.00. This conclusion firestone is blame for the extent of the years long damage foregone, neglected each time. This invoice and the brake job should be paid by firestone. I used Firestone coupon for standard oil change at my neighborhood Firestone Store at City of Diamond Bar, California. The coupon for the oil change is $29.99, up to 5 quarts of oil. My car is 4 cylinder small vehicle. But I have just noticed that each time they put on the service paper for 5.1 QTS used so I get extra charge for the 0.1 QTS oil. Does my car really need 0.1 QTS extra each time? I believe they just set up this way so that they can secretly charge more. It really makes me mad is that they do not even let me know in advance the charge would exceed the coupon price until I found myself and asked them. The store manager just told me it is printed there on the paper. How do you expect your customers to read the details without being advised? If the small vehicles always need 0.1 extra QTS oil, the Firestone Coupon or their service really mislead their customers. People will reasonably believe the 0.1 QTS extra really things for a hidden charge.

My name is Raymond Lambert, this is a valued customer dispute. I scheduled an appointment for my 2012 Kia Sorento Base model on 5/26/2023. The reason for the dispute is because the original vehicle issue that I described was not addressed. I spoke with the representative on the phone and directly with the manager in the shop the day of diagnostic and repairs. I explained to them that while turning the steering wheel, I’ve been hearing a strange percussion sound coming from the base of the steering wheel column. I was told that a suspension inspection would be performed. I was given a description from the manager of what the mechanic had decided was causing the issue. He assured me that this would take care of my problem, so I approved the work to be done. My invoice number is #297179. I picked up my vehicle on 05/28/2023 12:31 pm only to discover that upon driving away that my original persisting issue was still there and currently is.
When I received my invoice, I realized that in the car note description of the issue it was worded MB - WHEN TURNING HEARING LOUD NOISE FROM STEERING WHEEL, CHECK BUSHINGS. As stated above, the noise was from the column, not the steering wheel itself.
I’d like for the problem to be addressed and if possible fixed at no extra cost, as it should have been included in the work performed on 5/26/2023.

the service from tech 07 chis for front brake job and rotors plus wheel bearing one side
on 5/22/23 i came in with my 1997 mercury grand marquis. At 11:43 am when I left there it didn't feel right so i call back to tell them my concerns , Zachary told me to bring it back the next day Wednesday. As i'm driving I heard something , went home when I exited my car the hub cap was missing than i looked at all my nuts were loose, 2 nuts are missing , my wheel lock were loose something told me not to get on the highway it would of been bad. i walk back and found my hub cap in the grass but my nuts are missing and something still not right. i'm going in there early it is now 9:45 am.
Desired outcome: i want a second look because i feel like something was overlooked or incomplete. Replacement of wheel nuts. Possibly a refund.

Oil change
I had made an appointment for 1 week to have an oil change done, but they had to order my oil filter, if they knew I was coming they should have had my parts ready, I’ve been waiting 2 hours for 1 oil change. It’s not the techs fault, it’s the girl's fault that runs this disgusting, dirty facility. Bathroom toilet seat was filthy, floor was filthy, the sink was filthy. Took my 2004 4Runner into Firestone with the following issues:
-Sputters when starting vehicle seems to want to die.
-Check engine light on
-VSC and TRAC lights on
Firestone called and gave me the following list of repairs that needed to be done. I asked them if doing the following would resolve the above mentioned issues. Firestone stated yes it would. I gave permission after they promised if these repairs was done it would resolve the issue with my vehicle.
This is the work done by the Firestone:
-Fuel System Cleaning
-spark plugs
-ignition coil
-Fuel & induction Decarbonization
-Gaskets-Engine Valve cover Gasket, remove & replace valve cover Gaskets both & Plenum Gasket
Picked up from Firestone and asked if they test drove it they said yes. I back up drive half way around the Firestone and VSC & TRAC light comes on. Vehicle still sputters on start up. I go back into Firestone and let them know. They are about to close they tell me to bring it back the next day and they would fix issues. Needless to say the next day after looking at my car the call back and say that they can't fix it. Advises me to take to TOYOTA.
I show Toyota what all firestone did and they confirmed none of those things firestone did would have resolved the issues I took my car to firestone for.
Toyota diagnosed and the following is what needs to be completed to resolve immediate issues:
Head gasket replacement: replace head gaskets. Found coolant leaming into cyl 2
Causing a rough start and misfire. Inspect head and block
Radiator replacement: radiator has small leak. Need to replace $864.49 radiator replacement: radiator
HAS SMALL LEAK. NEED TO REPLACE
Shame on Firestone for taking advantage of my situation and than referring me to Toyota after doing work that wouldn't resolve issue at that moment. They made some money off of me before referring and admitting that they can't resolve the issue.
Desired outcome: I would like the total amount refunded to me $1297.
Brake repair
I took my 2013 chevy Silverado to the Firestone at 135 E. Pineview in Flowood , Ms. in February because the brakes were making a noise. The brakes were under warranty but they said that the brakes were fine and didn't need any repairing. They said that they would clean them. Tthis quieted them for little while but they started back. I went the Firestone at 2914 Highway 80 in Pearl, Ms. on May 16, and was informed that the brakes were indeed bad.
They couldn't have deteriorated that much in that short of time. I have been a long time customer of Firestone and for the most part the service has been good. This is where I purchase tires for both of my vehicles.
