Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Auto care that I paid for that was notdone

Call fireston corporate office file a complaint with CS 08/05/2025, was told a manager would responded with 3 business days, no by Friday end of business day. Called corporate office again 08/08/2025 was told they will escalate to week end supervidor, but weeken supervisor does not work on weekends and I would receive a call by 08/12/2025! Does this make since// This tells me that firestone does not value thier customers at thier care centers or the corporate offfice!

Went to buckeye firestone for maintenence they said they complete. Went to body shop to repair dent they did courtesy check found all fluid levels low and no oil in car. Again buckeye firstone was to have completed. Talked to kaleb at buckeye firestone, ask if they would pay for tow to bring car back for them to correct. He said I'll talk to the manger and call you back. No call back!
