I bought something online from Speedway Motors 2 weeks ago at like 3am. I emailed them 5 minutes later to cancel, and called them when they opened in the morning to make sure they got the message. They said I couldn't cancel cuz it already shipped, but I could send it back and not have to pay a restocking fee. A service person told me this on the phone. But then it didn't actually ship for 2 more days, and when I sent it back they charged me a restocking fee anyway. They could have stopped the order but they didn't, they just wanted to take my money. That's not cool. I want my full refund and the restocking fee back.

Ordered hood in Nov 2020. 1st ETA Dec, perfect for truck paint in Dec. 3 ETA's and 6 months later, order canceled without call. No hood, body shop backed up, can't get to truck for couple months.

I buyed a thing on 3/3! It's been two weeks and still no part! They said it would come in 3-4 days! This is a scam! They sent me a hat instead that I got in 3 days! They say it's from the factory, but they haven't given me a receipt for the $398 part! Don't give them your money! I'm going to stop payment with my bank! They put me on hold every time I call and they haven't responded like they said they would a couple hours ago! They're a scam, be careful!

Speedway Motors took my money for an alternator that cost me $157.20. Unfortunately, the item was delivered to the wrong address, which was four hours away from my location. I contacted them, but they didn't do anything to help me. They told me to wait for a response from ***, which could take weeks or even longer. They didn't care about my situation and refused to refund my money. I talked to a manager named KC, but he didn't want to listen to me and didn't try to resolve the issue. They treated me like I was trying to cheat them, which was not fair. They didn't care about their customers and only cared about their profits. I won't buy from them again and neither should you.

Don't buy from Speedway Motors, they always run out of parts and make you wait. I spent over $1700 on a complete interior kit for my 71 Nova SS and didn't receive sun visors or bucket seat covers. They finally emailed me in mid-September saying the products were backordered and would arrive on February 23. I called *** Interiors in Lagrande KY myself and they said another cover would work fine and is in stock, but I had to call and have Speedway handle it. I've contacted Speedway three times on the phone and several times via email, but they just schmooze and don't fix anything. I asked for someone to call me the next day, but nothing happened. All they have to do is call *** and give them the go-ahead, but nothing is being done. I'm very disappointed in them. I also saw their A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating and was disgusted that when I read the Speedway Motors reviews, 40% of them are 1 star and that's only because there was no "0" star option yet ComplaintsBoard.com continues to give them an A+ rating.
I ordred 4 wheels on October 10th for my son's Christmas present
I ordred 4 wheels on October 10th for my son's Christmas present. They took my money right away but I never got any shipping info. I messaged them a bunch of times but no answer. I finally called and talked to a boss on December 10th and they said they don't have the wheels and won't ship them. They knew this since November 8th but didn't tell me. They kept giving me excuses even though they knew they couldn't send the wheels. My son really wanted these wheels and now I can't get them anywhere else because they're sold out. I asked for my money back and they said it could take 2 to 3 weeks. So now I'm out $1106 and my son won't get his present. Don't sell stuff you don't have and take people's money! I don't recommend Speedway Motors at all.
