Firestone had a special on tires going on last year so I took the opportunity to have all four tires replaced during that time I got a CFNA credit card, then on 12/88/2022 the check engine light came on so a diagnostic done. Per Firestone these repair was done a exhaust leak, gas cap was replace, flex pipe, all this was a total of $652.89. Then there was another special going on for oil change which I did 2/28/2023 I paid again with my CFNA card and at that time they have (5) recommendation I spoke with the advisor to print me out a list showing what job is important, the list stated that the Half Shaft (front-Both) both front axles leaking which they supposedly did I paid over $1100.00 which I have to used (2) credit card, I drove the car for about a week which I notice that some oil was leaking I call the shop up and they said if was a transmission leak which could have happen when it was put on the lift if the mechanic who was doing the job did not know what he was doing. I call Firestone and they told me to bring the car in and that they would fix it. I did call customer service file a complaint did not get back a response. The car was supposedly fixed they wanted me to paid an additional $300 which I refused
Desired outcome: I intend to take Firestone to court if my car is not fix correctly.
