Took my car in to have my breaks done and they only done just the front and not the back and now my rotors on both sides in the back are extremely chewed up and they are refusing to fix the problem without charging me to do the rest of the repair that should have be done in the first place and now I have to take my car to another repair shop here in Columbus to get the back breaks done and the rotors replaced and it was the store on 465 Morrison Rd in Gahanna, Ohio and the quality of service was extremely poor and should have been done right the first time last month Jerry White Subaru legacy 2010

Took my car in a few weeks ago for an oil change, My car since pickup was leaking oil. Took it to a certified mechanic for VW, the oil plug was not replaced. I ended up having to pay a mechanic to replug my plug, scrub the undercarriage. Cost me 155 bucks to fix the mistake plus I had to pay firetone over 70 bucks for the original oil change. The last 3 times I picked my car up the tire light has come on. Each time there has been a nail in my tire. patches. The light was not on when I went in. I was told it was an electrical issue. There was no electrical issue wih my car. Just a clock spring that would not affect my tires. Im really ticked and want the repairs and the oil change reimbursed
