FedEx delivery of parcel

Sept.28/2018.[protected] incident number. No delivery of parcel. Always trusted Fed Ex. Expensive purchase. Called Customer Service and Benny states"If says delivered you got it and we don't do anymore*? Not what I was expecting. Called back too another agent. He gave me above info. I am a stay at home adult who is always there when deliveries Fed Ex made. They always leave in mailbox and ring the doorbell. My porch is well away from road and trees keep it covered. On September 28th. this parcel was not delivered not stolen as I was home all day. An agent was supposed to call from Station but has not regarding incident. Jane call centre took down all information yet again with description of my residence. She states they only rely on drivers. this is odd as the driver as in any occupation could say"yes I delivered" but keep parcels.
This is the only company I have trusted for deliveries past 10
years and am pretty disappointed that when I need Fed Ex they don't do as promised. My mailbox is large and my deliveries easily fit in. Benny tells me that Fed Ex now contracts out with no training given. Great I just want my package and so
far no-one has attempted to even look!

FedEx ground shipping

This has GOT to be the worst shipping I have ever seen! Ten days to deliver? Not just slow but stupid and irresponsible. Here's why.
Tracking history says this package was picked up 09/19 and Odessa WA on Wednesday 09/26. The truck HAD to go thru Spokane to get there. (Map it and see.)That's my home, a large regional hub where I know they have a hub. But FedEx bypassed it, drove another 75 miles to a small rural town instead. Then went on to Kent WA a further 275 miles the wrong way. When the package arrived in Kent on Thursday tracker said it would be delivered Friday 09/28, yesterday, and was not. Instead FedEx elected to mail it to me. Shipper could have done just that in the first place and I would have had this package in 3 working days - at the same price or cheaper. I wish they had!
What I would have been normal and expected is this: picked up by FedEx 09/20, at first regional hub, likely either Indianapolis or Chicago, on 09/21 at Spokane terminal 09/24 and delivered 09/25 - 6th calendar day. That did not happen. What did happen was not some unavoidable or accidental delay, but simple stupidity. Worse still they handed my package to someone else to do so what I paid for them to do.
To compound matters FedEx has no concept of the receiver as customer. I tried to send them feedback but the email link on their tracking website would not allow to send as two required database fields would not accept the link's own formatting. After 45 minutes on the phone with "customer service"and 3 people including a manager, I was told that this particular delivery pathway was requested by the sender. Patently ludicrous! I'm sure shipper requested ground shipment, but that does not equate to this stupidity. I was also told that customer service did not have any alternate email to phone number to communicate with the company, the customer service manager did not have an email for purposes of getting that alternate info, and to call back and speak to someone else on Monday. I've worked customer service for a major corporation and this kind of response would have been grounds for dismissal. I've had other issues with FedEx from the receiver end before - no delivery on Saturday, pickups end at 4:30 weekdays, no way to request a different delivery date or location unless shipper requests. And similar "we can't help you" on the phone. I've actually had packages returned because of this kind of blind inflexibility. Clearly to FedEx the only customer they see is the shipper.
This kind of stupidity should never be rewarded. From now on I will request any and all shippers to use ABSOLUTELY ANYONE but FedEx -regardless of cost. I will also recommend you and any other company I do business with adopt the same policy. I am still happy to do business with Breaks, as you have fair prices and some lovely plants I want

FedEx drivers

My husband & I were on vacation this week & encountered 2 situations with FedEx drivers that were very unsafe. One occurred in Southaven with the driver of the FedEx truck staying in the passing lane going less than 55 miles an hour in a zone that was clearly 55. He refused to move and cars had to repeatedly pass him on the right side.

The second situation occurred on highway 50 going toward Lynchburg, Tennessee. The driver of the FedEx passed in a no passing zone with traffic coming. He attempted to pass earlier & ran a car off the road. His tag # is 47 2577. I have the picture of this & it does not need to go unaddressed.

FedEx fedex priority overnight

On September 11, 2018 I went into a FedEx site located at 24125 Magic Mountian Parkway Santa Clarita CA 91355
I spoke with a very nice lady and explained that I was shipping a fresh flower bridal boka and boutiounner to my daughter who was getting married the next day September 12, 2018 at 1pm. I need to get these flowers to her by 1030am. She was very helpful and got me all set up. Told me the best way to ship it was FedEx Priority overnite, with a required signature. The cost to do that would be $174.17. Because this is my family and a very important day I agreed assured that the package would get to thier residence no earlier than 1030 as I explained she had a hair appointment and wouldnt be home until a few minutes after 10am. She assured me that it would be there 1030am or there after. I called my daughter, sent her a copy of the tracking number and that she would need to be there to sign for the package. Also, the girl at the FedEx office told me that they would make 3 attepts at the location that morning.
Sadly the next morning at 10:22am my daughter called me to tell me she came home with a note on the door stating that they came by earlier and no one was here to sign for the package so they would be delivered by 3pm to the Walgreens down the street. She was frantic, we both called the number on the ticket and spoke with supervisors who first told us they could not get in touch with the drivers, then found out that was incorrect. They contacted the driver to find out where he was and to see if he could come back this being 1030am when the package was supposed to be there. He said he would not be coming back he would deliver them later inthe day to the Walgreens, he was un concerned that these one, were parishable items, and two were for a very important day a wedding. He said he would not redeliver, so they asked where he was and if they could meet him and pick them up, he refused.
Even after I spoke with the supervisor noone made any attempt at a resolution just a "Im sorry you missed the driver" I asked them I was told they would attempt to deliver 3 times, I was told "oh no that never happens!" Really? I have used FedEx numerous time and never had a problem and have always had resolution to any issue I have had. My daughter went without flowers for her wedding that day, which broke my heart, the one thing I could give her because I could not be there in person she didnt get. Also, the flowers were not delivered to that Walgreens until September 13, 2018 5:22 pm the next day. Even if they had wanted to pick them up later for pictures that still didnt happen like we were told on the phone by the supervisor.

I have attached a copy of the receipt for the amount I paid to ship this of $174.17 and would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the shippinghad I known having them sign at the advice of your employee would cause this big of an issue I would never have done it and let them leave the package taking the odds that she would literally be there 7 minutes later to pick them up. If you are a company that stands by getting things delivered because that is what service you offer you need to give people the correct information, and be accomodating in certain circumstances. This was not just a package that could have been picked up another day this was a wedding, one that will have a sad memory attached to it.
For now you have lost a long time customer, I hope this can be resolved and a timely manner.

FedEx fedex delivery drivers

On daily basis the delivery drivers pass in front of my house which is located on a rural street with speed limited posted @25MPH. However the driver continue to drive at a high rate of speed. On several occasions they have drove on our property which the neighbors have the use of but also drive at a high rate of speed. I own one dog which is old and deft. In addition my grandchildren come to visit. On several occasions I've asked for them please slow down. It is my property the neighbor just have the right to use.
For safety purposes and public safety I'm asking that you make the drivers aware of driving speed laws and to comply with them. In addition on private property they should more vigilant of surroundings and respect property owners land. Thank for your assistance.

FedEx fedex delivery service

For 15 years...FedEx hasn't been able to locate me. I have freight arriving nearly daily and only FedEx Ground and Fedex Express continually delivers my packages 1.5 miles down the Road to another person. Since they use sub-contract drivers to save money...the care-factor is gone.

Several times EACH MONTH, I have to call Fayetteville, NC Fedex terminal to tell them my package has been delivered wrongly OR if I don't want to wait days, I can get in my truck drive down the road, take a package off someones else's porch and delivery the package to MYSELF, at my own risk. I also have the sub-contractor MANAGER on speed dial to find my parcels but he hangs up on me, by excusing himself for another call. Scott Winters is Useless.

Today 9-6-2018 my package showed delivered at 11:57 am... UM, NO..it didn't get delivered to me, at my place. SO it was delivered AGAIN up the road. About the 5th time in 30 days. SO...I called Fayetteville, NC Fedex terminal, I called The manageing sub-contractor of the Fedex delivery driver, I called Fedex National and filed ANOTHER Complaint (case [protected]) and now I am here. Its 5:08pm.

(IN AUGUST 2018) The previous package that the driver delivered wrong and HAD TO GO GET IT & retrieve it and redeliver it... He must have been mad about it...because He pulled into the driveway in the rain and just DUMPED it off the back of his truck on a wet gravel driveway .. No plastic bag, no knock on the door... (I watched him do it) The place he dumped it was 20' from the porch on the house. It was Expensive direct thermal PAPER rolls. If I hadn't seen him dump it, it would have gotten soaked.

Fedex does EXACTLY nothing for me. In fact there employees at the Fayetteville, NC Fedex Terminal won't even listen without interrupting you and correcting you. .patronizing you like a child. They keep telling me they are doing ALL THEY CAN and that its NOT their fault. hmmmm.

FedEx a package that was not delivered to me

My name is Maxine Middleton and on 8/22/18 at 10:00 am a driver claimed that he delivered an envelope to 1385 5th ave apt 6G new York New York 10029. And that he received a signature for the package. This is impossible because I didn't even know that I was getting a package until I received an email stating received and the signature was m Maxine which is not my signature. I was at work and there was knowbody in the apt at that time on that date. I have my time card as proof. the tracking number is [protected]. I later found out that the envelope contained a very large check from Transamerica corp.Somebody also cashed the check which isn't fair to me now I have to go through a process to replace this check. Shouldn't the driver have returned the envelope back to the office for pickup, shouldn't he have asked for id. I very upset and I called fedix more than 4 times about this matter and I feel they are brushing me off, This is a serious matter.

fedix is a horrible company. You need to scan id befor giving packages. You need to do back ground and drug testing on your workers.

FedEx package delivery (tracking # [protected])

Here is my tracking Number so you can look at the reasons the driver used for my 2 day shipment from Target took over a week.

I don't know why or understand why the driver didn't even attempt to delivery my package the first time. Either myself or my wife or both of us are always home (24-7).
The second so-called delivery attempt. If the driver had actually knocked on our door at the time stated. My wife would've answered the door. I don't live at a business. The driver made no attempt to knock on door at my address.
Then my delivery was scheduled for Friday [protected]. That never happened.
It was rescheduled for [protected]. That never happened either.
The delivery was once again rescheduled, I guess. It was delivered on [protected].
My package should've been delivered on 8-23 or 8-24. It was suppose to be 2 day delivery. The driver on at least the first 2 attempts either lied about trying to deliver it to me or he didn't go to the address on the box.
I strongly believe the service given to this package was EXTREMELY POOR!

FedEx box not being picked up/serviced

Our box located at 301 N. Elm Street, Greensboro, NC located in the basement is not being picked up. This has been an on-going issue for the last 3-4 months. We have over 400 people in the building. We have contacted FedEx on the 800 number on numerous occasions and sent numerous emails through the FedEx website with absolutely no response. This has caused serious issues for our tenants and affected business. Each tenant who experienced an issue has also complained. We stopped two FedEx drivers today and gave them my business card as the property manager and explained that nobody is calling us back and we need an actual person to call us. They were told they can only give out the 800 number. This is urgent and I need someone to contact me. Please contact me at [protected]@hableandcompany.com. FedEx home delivery

FEDEX Home Delivery updated my package tracking to say it was out for delivery at 6:30am on Saturday. Package did not show up. Delivery was not attempted at my house.

Sunday FEDEX Home Delivery is closed.

Monday rolls by and I try to track down what is going on with the package. Tracking information is still not updated. Still says "Out for delivery at 6:30am, Saturday". I call FEDEX who say Home Delivery is closed on Mondays also. I call again and they call the local (Indianapolis) Home Delivery and find a FEDEX Ground agent who answers the phone and explains all the Home Delivery people are not here because they are closed on Monday and won't open until Tuesday.

So somewhere my package is locked down for 72 hours in my city before I can get my hands on it. If it gets delivered at noon Tuesday (Unlikely), It will have been in my city for 80 hours before I received it.

This unique hours and lack of customer service of FEDEX Home Delivery was not explained to me. I will be avoiding Home Delivery in the future unless I feel an urge to be messed around and my time wasted again.

FedEx reckless drivers

Hi, just submitting a quick complaint about one of the drivers for the Randolph County, Elkins, WV region. Unsure of where the actual distribution center is in this area. I dont know the driver, but just a few minutes ago, there was a FedEx driver on Georgetown Road, Elkins WV, flying down the road at unsafe speeds. The speed limit is 35. And that driver had to be going at least 50mph. I didn't order anything from FedEx for delivery today, but such a high speed on a windy & narrow road is very unsafe for the driver and other drivers on the road; and if any of the packages are broken or ruined, that's going to be at fault of the wreckless Fed Ex driver.
Just a small complaint. But big car load FedEx drivers should take responsibility for their driving. Everyone's safety is at risk with unsafe drivers.

FedEx delivery issues

I FedExed a package on8/20/2018, it had a expected arrival of 8/22/2018. Okay no problem, they couldn't make that date, I can expect that. Here lies the problem, the following day I track the package (a business envelope) and see on your FedEx site, contact FedEx the driver had problems finding the address number. I called customer service [protected] to find that package was not placed on vehicle for delivery on 8/22, on 8/23 driver couldn't find address for delivery. I was asked to provide detailed instructions how to find the address, which I provided. In this day of computers, cell phones, landlines and just plain old common sense, I find this stupid and irresponsible on both the Cudahy Wisconsin FedEx office and driver. This place I was sending item to has been in existence 58 years, is in a major metro area of Milwaukee, Wi and any 12 year old could find it. I paid $19.19 for an item to make it for a birthday and boom, can't count your company, which I have used over 20 years from overseas to continental US shipping and I get poor excuses. Customer service phone persons were great, but as far as you ground crew, maybe a basic refresher on how to call for help is needed by a driver who can't seem to understand to use a basic cell phone for help finding or contacting his supervisor to find an established address of 58 years. FedEx [protected]

FedEx is supposed to be delivering a laptop to me. Waited all day yesterday original delivery and today (still no delivery), but they keep logging an exception saying I am not available! After numerous customer service calls and still no resolution, they claim the driver did not come because the complex has a gate (which has been open both days) but will not allow me to just add the gate code (they do not need) so that they will actually show up and deliver the package! They won't even let me pick it up at the facility because they claim that option is blocked by the sender! FedEx has been awful before, but this is the most ridiculously poor customer service I have ever had!

FedEx delivery window is worse than comcast.

FI finally found a company worse the Com Cast. Comcast gives you a 4 hour window. They at least show up.
Do the CEO's have their head up their butts, because they are so embarrassed with the service they provide. The drivers are faster then the computers they are using. What is it that they say by the end of the day it will be delivered and isn't . You call in and all they say is they are sorry. I could drive to the facility and pic the package up the next day. If I wanted to drive a hour each way to pick it up, I would drive a hour away to the site where it was shipped from to pick it up. This isn't the first time this happened. I have never seen a company so backwards before. Maybe the CEO's should not be paid so much and update your systems.

I will never ship anything with FEDEX ever ! I don't want to put anyone in the situation that they have to sit around all day and not receive their package . All they can say sorry sir ! I think people will wise up how terrible FedEx really is. Why don't you take all the delivery trucks off the road and just let people pick the package up instead of being so terrible .. You don't have the ability to properly keep with on your computers. My package started a hour north of my drop off, drove a hour south of my drop off. switch trucks and will be driven a hour back north to my destination. How efficient is that to drive two hours out of the way..

In short here I wait another day knowing that by the end of another day it will be delivered if they can load it on the truck. What kind of company can have to responsibility for its actions, but to say we are sorry. I am not sorry I will never ship Fedex and advise the shippers that I request another shipper other then Fedex.

Find how your computers can keep up with the trucks. We all don't have time to wait around with a window of delivery by the end of the day. And your not capable to up date your computers until after the end of the day. To not have updated tracking is worthless. I will pay my bill by the end of the day ! Boycott Fedex ! Maybe the Ceo's will quit taking so much and putt some of money in to updating your systems. Sell your stock ! Fedex days are numbered if they are not doctoring the numbers.

FedEx custom clearance

My company sent me an international package from usa to India so that I can work remotely. It was an urgent delivery. I got request from fedex kyc to submit documents from [protected]@fedex.com. After submitting the documents they again asked me to submit more document because my package address to "care of" address, they asked me to submit a declaration letter from "care of" address. After a couple days I had to go through the same process with [protected]@cogenteservices.in. It almost took 2 weeks to clear my package from KYC fedex. Now after clearing kyc, again I got request for some more documents from vinay.kumar2.[protected]@fedex.com & [protected]@mail.fedex.com. After submitting documents again, they said it will take 5 more days to process and they will charge me with Demurrage charges. This is too much pain and I think its a harassment to a loyal customer. Please help regarding this matter.

FedEx delivery

Why would a fed ex driver not read the note left in the door, not ring the doorbell, and not leave a door tag informing me that the package was now being routed back to the closes fed ex building which is a half hour away from my house? Customer service said I could pick it up... Then whats the purpose of having delivery? It perplexes me what the driver was thinking. Lazy? Ignorant? A combination of both? Oh wait. I forgot you dont need a college education to drive a happy meal box with wheels around and act like a [censored].

my number [protected], my package was delivered by FedEx today 11/9/2018 at about 1.20pm. he left it in the drive way he did not put it on the porch by the door, good I was looking for him. I ask him could he put it on the porch by the door he said NO it is to Heavy and that is not his job he was very rude. I told him I was going to report him. I feel that driver need better and more training and he is very Lazy. my package was damage I had to call the company. I talk to a lady in Taxas she said someone will call me but she did not ask me for my phone number.

FedEx shipping status

Im supposed receive a packaged on 8/8/18, for any reason the Fedex don't find my address, where i receive all my packaged and mails every day, so in the same day i receive an email saying my packaged is going to be delivered on the Walgreens near me, today 8/9/18 I received another email saying my packaged is available to pick up on (address of Walgreens), when I was in Walgreens the guy tell me the packaged is no there, ok. I call Fedex customer service, Mr Jessy take my call, he ask me for my tracking num and I tell him give me a second to go to my emails, right then way he put me on hold for 3 min, I tell him the tracking num and I explain to him the situation, he answer me with those magic world ( GOOD LUCK WITH THAT) whaattt really that is you customer service, I ask to be transfer to his "SUPERVISOR" Mr Jacoob, another [censored] guy, I ask Jacob transfer me to the real Supervisor and Mrs Michelle "Floor Manager" take the phone,
I explain to her and guess what, they can do nothing.
The worst customer service ever.
I ask Michelle for Corporate num and she answer me with they no want it customer call them.
I give them 1 Star because is no less than that.

FedEx multiple pickup dates not met within short time period

Several shipments have been prepared and processed within the last few weeks on the fedex website, and almost all scheduled pick-ups were one or two days late some even requiring a re-scheduling to get the shipment out of the door. The site is very clunky and hard to navigate when trying to reprint a receipt or past documentation look-up. This is a major hindrance when the package needs to get delivered ASAP and is a thorn in the side to any shipping personnel involved as the blame obviously gets trickled down from management to us. Am I missing an obscure "final confirmation" button after the shipping labels and receipt have been printed? I think the issue resides with the website and software itself.

FedEx ground delivery tracking # [protected]

I was instructed that I would need to be home to sign for a package from Redstone in Boulder, CO on Friday, August 3. At 5:42 pm tracking showed that I was not available. I was home and I also have the Ring door bell. I checked the recordings from Ring and there did not show that anyone came to the door or rang the bell at that time. I also didn't receive a door note regarding a failed delivery. I called customer service and spoke with 5 different people due to the phone getting disconnected. Out of those five people only one (Sharon) even tried to find out what happened. All others could only say they would try again on Monday, August 6 to deliver. I was also told by two of your representative that the vendor had the wrong address. I checked my shipping invoice and found they have the correct address. I insisted they contact the driver and ask him to make the delivery. All except Sharon refused. I was also told when I asked to speak with a manager that they would not speak with me and the supervisor was the highest I could speak with. I was also told if I want the package Friday, I could go to there shipping location to pick it up. I found this odd, because the package was on one of the trucks. I feel like I have been lied to & insulted as a costumer. This has not been the first time I have had a problem with delivery of a package in the past 6 months. The first time they delivered to the wrong address. So this time my husband checked with the neighbor at 2220 Lariat (our address is 2200 Lariat) to see if the had a door tag and they didn't. At this point I suspect the driver didn't attempt to deliver the package. I also am disappointed that the package could not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. I will need to spend another day of my time waiting for a package that you did not attempt to deliver when it was scheduled. I'm very disappointed with FedEx's customer service. I will also contact the vendor to let them know, so they can make a decision on where they want to continue business with FedEx.

FedEx service & customer service for tracking # [protected]

We are a State of KS agency and had a package from Staples sent to us but FedEx never delivered it to the correct address. Tracking said it was delivered 7-31-2018 at 9:07 am to Kansas City, MO. and they marked down and told Staples it was delivered to us. It was not. We are in Topeka, KS not Kansas City, MO. When I called customer service at [protected], I got a male rep. who did not speak English well and he told me it was delivered to: 12501 Near Street, Kansas City, MO. 64161. He told me he would send me an email with that address on it so I gave him my email address. He never sent the email and he hung up on me afterwards when I was still talking to him. Totally unprofessional! We still have not located this package.
