FedEx Locating a package

April 9th 2021 I sent a package through Fedex location at The Storage By The Sea 3410 Cypress Mill Rd. Brunswick, Ga. 31520.
Package was sent to JaRod Lewis 3710 Falcon Crest Dr. Apt#100 Louisville, Ky 40219. Package was suppose to be next day delivery around $49. Package wasn't delivered . Lost the paperwork(receipt) with tracking information, tried to see if they could locate package without it claimed they couldn't and for me to get in touch with the main office who told me to check with the place where the package was sent. They both have given me the run around knowing they have to have a record of their deliveries. It was a small package about a 6"x6". containing a watch and bracelet for my son. Have sent several packages through postal office never had a problem that wasn't solved.

FedEx Driver

Tired of our regular guy just droping my packages I guess he got the message not to leave in the Driveway as wer're 61 hubby just had spinal surgery so like an real dick he just leaves them for us to pick up off the sidewalk and our porch crushing open a box or two and I took picturesa box I heard it as he jut let it go down loud. wont allow me to download picture SMH

FedEx Drivers going to fast through neighborhood and blowing through stop signs. Drivers going waaaaay to fast on our residential road

Daily issue that drivers drive waaay too fast on our residential neighborhood roads (Alpine View Drive, Mt Vernon, WA), and blow through the stop signs. Crazy dangerous and someone is likely to get hurt. I walked in front of truck at the stop sign to make him stop. Asked to please slow down and was dismissed me with a gesture.

Desired outcome: Drivers need to follow speed limits, not go through stop signs even though they are on a schedule. See complaint above. next time I'll walk in front at stop sign, make them stop and snap a photo.

FedEx Speeding within our neighborhood.

I have stopped the Fedex ground driver four times and asked him to slow down within our neighborhood (Whitehurst Subdivision) off Clemson Rd. I tried to stop him and Today he would not even stop to talk to me. The police have placed a speed reading sign within our area and the speed limit is 20 MPH. That sign picked up your driver doing 45 MPR in a 20 MPA zone. We are sick and tired of your drivers speeding through our area and they don't care...… We have kids out on the streets playing. If you don't fix this issue then we will be contacting the Richland County police to deal with your drivers.
Because of the speeding and don't care attitudes of your drivers we may be going to a gated housing area and we will not be giving the gate codes to "any fedex drivers"

FedEx Delivery

My complaint has to do with the Fedex's Brooklyn Hub that makes deliveries in Manhattan proper, New York. The drivers from this hub will sometimes decide to not make my delivery and arbitrarily update the delivery to the next day with any justifiable reason. And there have been times when the driver has left the package at wrong location although my correct name and address is on the shipping label. I never have any delivery issues with the "Yonkers" or "Queens" New York hubs and I am only writing this because of my latest delivery issue that occurred on April 12, 2021.

Desired outcome: That drivers complete their deliveries up to the 8 PM deadline and not return packages to the Fedex Hub to be delivered on another day.

FedEx Delivery on time

Fedex sucks! For expecting your package to be delivered when you pay for it to be delivered. 9 times out of 10 it is never delivered on time. I do not understand why anybody uses fedex. I am tired of paying for service that does not deliver. I will tell every retailer that I order from if they use fedex, they will lose my business! This is getting ridiculous and they need to either care about cs or file bankruptcy! Period!

FedEx Waiting on a delivery for 9 days from the state of Washington

The package was shipped on April 6th and the next day I changed the delivery to a fedex location, Walgreens. I live in Salem, MA. Today, April 14th, I was looking into the delivery and was told, later, that I, at that point, requested the change to the fedex, Walgreens location. Initially, the package was supposed to arrive on the 13th. Now I am told the delivery won't arrive until tomorrow, the 15th. Also, a little while ago a fedex agent said the package was already at the Walgreens location. I asked him repeatedly if that was in fact the case. He said yes it was. I called the Walgreens and was told that it had not arrived. I won't tell you how many, conflicting, emails and texts I have received regarding this delivery. I receive multiple packages from UPS every week. Never a problem. I have received about 4 deliveries, in recent memory, from fedex. Always a problem.

FedEx FEDEX driver hit my dog with his truck

FEDEX driver came speeding down my lane. He pulled into the driveway to turn around, all fast, and hit my dog with the front end of his truck. Then he sped up to where I was waiting for him. When I confronted him about hitting my dog, he screamed at me: "How would I know if I hit him"? I walked away and di not say anything else. I was too concerned about my dog getting back up. I went out when I heard my dogs barking to make sure this sort of thing would not happen, but he was driving very fast down the lane.

FedEx Delivery being rescheduled

With in the last 3 deliveries from fedex, all 3 have been rescheduled a number of times for reasons that dont make any sense. From Spending several days at a fedex hub to bogus updates on the fedex website.the items get to the fedex facility in plenty of time to be loaded on trucks but that doesn't happen. There getting worse then the USPS on getting things delivered.

FedEx FedEx Semi Driver

I was driving out of Lubbock Texas around 3 PM when I intended to merge onto the road leaving Lubbock and a Semi FedEx driver ran me and the driver behind me off the road when he failed to give me access to merge. He was speeding and failed to move lanes to allow cars to merge onto the road. The driver could have clearly moved lanes as the left was free to allow others to merge onto the road but instead, he sped up and ran two cars off the road. Very irresponsible when driving a company vehicle.

FedEx Driver habitually leaves packages at wrong addresses, HORRENDOUS customer service

Over a long period of time, Fed-Ex frequently but not always would leave my packages at other residences. The neighbors are good where I live so they'd wind up getting to me regardless. This wasn't too bad when it was merely hit and miss.

There was no good reason for this as the units are extremely clearly marked. How can you confuse say Unit #6 for Unit #29 when those numbers are painted in 2 foot tall bright letters in front of each unit?

The current driver however has gotten to three deliveries in a row to wrong addresses.

Fed-Ex has zero customer service to deal with this. None. I did speak with a nice lady today who had me spend 59 minutes on the phone before I realized there was no hope and ended the call, who was trying to get me the local phone number of who would be in charge but finally told me she was not permitted to give it to me.

Now if you live outside the United States, Fed-Ex has plenty of customer service.

But inside the United States, it is absolute customer no-service.

Horrible company.

Desired outcome: They should speak with their driver and require him to drop packages at the address on the label

4/8/2021 about 1pm, the fed ex driver drove through the neighborhood with loud and vulgar music blasting from the truck, it was loud and distasteful with words to the effect of [censored] THE POLICE, [censored] THIS AND [censored] THAT

FedEx Delivery

I cannot get Fedex ground to deliver to my address. Regular Fedex, USPS and UPS etc have no issues. I have even called and my phone number supposedly passed to the driver so he can call for clarification. But each time i have a pkg coming i get delivery exceptions from delivery manager. One time i even paid to have it delivered next door which happened no problem. This address has existed since 1974

FedEx Dangerous driving

Van # 449600.
This morning, April 8th 2021, at approx 10:55, a FedEx transit type van, despite having around 300 yards of space behind me, passed me on I376 heading west and pulled in to the right lane with less than 18inches clearance causing me to brake hard. The van then proceeded to turn into the exit lane for route 22/30.

Luckily no injuries were suffered other than being jolted by my required sudden braking.

FedEx driver damaged mail box reimbursement

On 3/5/21 a fed x driver hit my mailbox with there door. They damaged the mailbox beyond repair . The driver left a note acknowledging the damage along with there phone number and name (TAY [protected] ) and that they notified there manager of the incident and that they would contact me . Manager never contacted me so i contacted them . I spoke to a lady by the name of jackie at [protected]. She informed me that i had to file a report with there insurance company. Spoke to a lady by the name of Linda Stamper at [protected]. they keep giving me a run around and are asking for a photo of the damaged mailbox. No picture was taken because i did not take a picture because the driver admitted to the damaged and it would be taken care of . What i did send them was a copy of the drivers note and receipt of 51.50 for the mailbox.
Why am I getting the run around ? Is this the way your customers get treated from a multi millon dollar company ?
The package that was delivered was [protected] . The case number filed with the company is [protected] .
It has been over a month now and no response . I hope this does not come down to me having to file a complaint with the BBB or takeing the driver and company to small claims court for the mailbox .
Please help resolve this

FedEx pick up and delivery of chair

the item was picked up several days after request for pickup
it showed up at my house on sunday 4-4 delivery was canceled by driver
it was then rescheduled for tuesday, what was wrong with monday
the item was a lift recliner i needed badly
i called customer service sunday and monday no satisfaction or answers

i will never order anthing shipped fed ex

FedEx Fedex driver

Your driver that services the area of Lagrange Ky, in particular the DESIGNATED EQUINE community of L'Esprit, caused a dangerous situation for myself and my horse by excessive speeding. When I asked him to slow down he yelled from his window that he was only "doing 45l". However it is posted of a max speed of 25 when a horse is present. I will sue both the company and driver if I am hit by your vehicle.

Once again, your driver of a box delivery truck was witnessed going excessive speed. Well above the posted speed limit of 35 mph in Tobacco Road, Lagrange Ky in the L'Esprit community at around 2:50 pm.
This is a designed equestrian community with a posted speed limit of 35. The same driver is routinely witnessed doing well above the speed limit and has no regards for the safety of horse or rider.

FedEx Speeding fedex driver - meadow brook, al

FedEx driver knowingly speeding from one stop sign to another while children (ages 2-7) are playing. The time was 7:00 pm central time on the 5089 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham, AL 35242.

The customer service said that FedEx could not know who it is without a tag number or a delivery package address I waited 20 mins for a supervisor and I hung up. FedEx constantly speeds through this neighborhood knowing that a stop sign is only seconds ahead of them.

I would like to be contacted but based on my phone conversation experience, I have no confidence in FedEx addressing the speeding driver. My next step will be to lodge a sheriff's complaint and start a paper trail. That paler trail can be used when(not if) this indifferent driver has an accident.

Desired outcome: Make astrong statement to existing and future drivers - Fire the driver of this box van

FedEx Delivery of blue cross special pharmacy chemo drug

Deliverer is supposed to "Knock and Leave at Front Door". I instructed that when I ordered it and it is on the package. There was no knock at my door today. Just thought to look out about the time I think it should be there and found it, sitting away from the front door on my stoop in a breezy condition that could have taken it off my porch. The delivery instruction has been obeyed in the past, but very rarely. Would appreciate the deliverer knock in the future as it says on the package. I always arrange to be home the day it is delivered. I'm a cancer patient and am usually home anyway.

FedEx Frequent deliveries to wrong address. My address is clearly visible from road.

Driver leaves packages at wrong address. Thankfully my neighbor who lives down the road and across the street was honest enough to bring my 78 lb package to me. Thankfully this elderly lady is an honest Christian lady. Otherwise anyone else would gave kept the $306.00 order. It is a game that any family would enjoy.
This is irresponsible and unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Fire driver, this happens frequently. Apparently who ever is doing this does not take his/her job seriously.
