FedEx Delivery Service

I truly hate to see the FEDEX truck arrive.

Never have I had a driver so rude and could care less as the NIMROD we have supposedly serving us. This is his second delivery and I just wanted to drop kick him.

To day we were suppose to receive two perishable boxes. Got one and he said I don't know where it is. Said if I find it I'll bring it tomorrow. Hey [censored] its perishable!

He called the Lexington, KY office and his boss could care less also.

The driver drove truck #919263.

This is an on going shipment and I hope we can get USP for the future deliveries. Not these idiots!

I truly hope this pandemic puts these fools out of business.

Desired outcome: For this useless company to fold under pressure!!

I ordered two Generation 5 Ipad's via Groupon. The tracking number for my item was #782718530647. FedEx sent me a message saying my items were delivered. I went outside, and they were not there. I waited and waited, and no FedEx truck or driver came on my street that day. So the next day, I sent a message to FedEx informing them that my package was not delivered. They said they were going to locate it. First, the package was claimed lost. Then it was claimed that it was delivered. The driver lied about delivering my items. I contacted Groupon, and they said they could not do anything because FedEx said they delivered it. I contacted my bank and explained the issue. They cannot issue a reverse payment because FedEx said it was delivered. I contacted Paypal and put a claim in through them, and they all said the same thing. It is sad because they believe the driver over the person that actually purchased the items. I would love a refund or the items replaced, but I haven't been able to get any of that independently. I tried everything.

FedEx sent me the letters below to try to confirm it was delivered. The papers have different weights on them. Two Ipads weigh more than .12 and 0.1 pounds.

FedEx employees are liars! NO ONE DELIVERED MY IPADS, AND NOW I LOST $625.00. I am, furious and my children are distraught. They need to be held accountable for their actions! They cannot be allowed to get away with stealing people's stuff. I work hard for my money, and I wanted to award my children with newer pads because they did so well with the school during the pandemic thus far! What a way to show them they did great in school, to have their Ipads stolen from them! What a slap in the face!

I just had a similar situation. and I have to point out that Fedex never said they lost my package. They open the case and then say they can't find the package. Then they tell you to contact the sender to file a claim. They will not emails or mail a copy of the case results so the eBay seller and eBay both open a claim . They will not rake down the "delivered" associated with the package. thus when eBay and the shipper open cases they both come up with FedEx said it was delivered case close. It seems that the two eBay department can not and will not speak with each other or put anything in writing. The reason they will not pull down the delivered notation is it will effect people bonuses and promotion.

Amazon dropped using FedEx for a good reason. quality and customer care is not longer part of there organization strategy.

FedEx sent me the confirmation that it was delivered. The papers said the weight of the box was .12 how do two Ipads weigh .12 It doesn't! Then another paper says that it weighed .01 pounds. I am so confused. Two Ipads definitely weigh more than .12 or 0.1 pounds.

FedEx Packages delivered to wrong address

I have had several packages the last month are so. The driver always leave my packages in the neighborhood. Everywhere but my address. get a tex my package was delivered. I call try to explain that I was home no one left anything at my door. They always give me the run around when I call. The last one said it was delivered. I still have not gotton it. So when I get a message my package was delivered I know I have to try an find it. I need to know what ealse I can do because FEDEX don, t seem to care.

FedEx FedEx Ground Shipping

I shipped a small package via FedEx Ground on 2/24/2021. TN [protected]
The package was schedule for pickup at the local Express box that evening and delivery next day since it was a city less than 4 hour away - Roanoke VA to Arlington VA.
FedEx didn't even pick the package up from the drop box until Friday 2/26/2021, 2 DAYS after I dropped it in the Express box.
It wasn't delivered until March 3, nearly a week later and my client couldn't use the materials I had shipped at that point
To make matters worse, they decided that they hadn't charged me enough (based on no info to support the price increase) and charged my VISA another $17.00. No refunds forthcoming due to COVID restriction / guarantees no longer honored. I'll post this everywhere I can find until I get some satisfaction.

Desired outcome: Refund shipping charges

FedEx Ground delivery

Some of my friends and I are thinking about filing a class action suit. We have cameras in our complex, that shows everyone arriving and leaving the complex.
We went through the cameras. I had two very large oversized boxes sent ground and a poster box sent from Las Vegas to Macon, Georgia. The arrival for Thursday Feb 11, and Feb 12 for the second. I put my home address for sender and receiver. Now let me remind you these were very large box. I waited all day, and a neighbor brought my poster box, 20 by 40 box to me because she found it in the yard in the rain. The second box I received the second day in front of the wrong apartment, I am glad it was empty. I never received the third box. It was very important for me to receive it because it full of robotics equipment. I was told it would be sent from 1035 Frank Amerson, Parkway in Macon, Georgia to a Dollar General, because people were not allow in the Frank Amerson Fedex Storage Center. and would arrive Feb 12. I was told not to go to the store until it arrived. It never arrived. The customer service representative was very rude when I called about it. He told me file a claim. I filed a claim for $5200. Then I received a letter that said the item was delivered, yet it shows not delivered online and we went through all the camera footage and no delivery. The next day I received a check for $246. and told me the package was damaged. I spent that much on postage.
TRACKING NUMBER [protected] and when I do call about it, they keep telling me it was destroyed. YET SOME PEOPLE SAID it was taken by an employee from the Frank Amerson Parkway and put in their private vehicle. I CONTACTED A LAWYER AND MADE a police report. If my package is not received there will be a very very large class action suit. This is causing distress for my six robotics teams.

FedEx delivery made on paper / but not received , I believe it was never sent

I bought something online after I had a bad feeling about it I checked with pay pal I was told it had been sent by FedEx so I checked they didn't have it but it was too soon so I waited, never got anything figured I got ripped off. BUT checking pal I saw the FedEx # and went to check it out it said it was delivered and sighed for...the thing is I live in a small place and FedEx, ups and the mail is delivered daily because we really have no stores so I know nothing was brought here. what I want to know how fake shipping info is getting on FedEx sight. so when I look it up it's there it has the whole trip. But it never happened.

Desired outcome: proof of shipment . That they really had that shipment

FedEx Lost package

I have two packages that were not delivered. The online tracking information does not match reality, i.e., what happened. I have talked with at least seven customer people and have not received help. On the online tracking record it says that they were delivered to Memphis, Tn and two people signed for them. Why were they not delivered to the correct address? It seems like they were stolen. On one at Fed Ex has helped me locate the packages and they have no interest in looking at what went wrong. I have spent hours on this!

Desired outcome: I want my packages. I would like acknowledgment of what happened. Also, I need to send back a package to the sender and I cannot trust Fed Ex to deliver. What can they do to insure safety of this package?

FedEx Ambiguous Tracking Information

On Mar 2 2021, the shipper sent my package by FEDEX to my Georgia location, noting 2nd day air delivery. Tracking information indicated delivery by 8 PM on Mar. 4, 2021. Delivery hasn't occurred. Talked with customer service and the excuses began..."due to weather, transferred to ground, no further information". Delivery is critical to me. Tracking number784275926802 has been sitting in California since the day the shipper sent it. In talking with FEDEX representatives, NONE of them had an superior, manager, or higher position to assist. California to Georgia 2nd day air gets stuck in California because of weather? NO snow in California and none in Georgia. FEDEX, strike 1, 2, 3.

Desired outcome: Same day service to my location with Saturday Delivery

FedEx Deliver

This is an ongoing problem with Fedex in Tracy, CA. When you track your order it says it was received by Fedex at this facility and is out for delivery. A week later it is still out for delivery. The company that you ordered the product from ends up re shipping or refunding. Why a company would use Fedex is beyond me.

FedEx Driver complaint

I was driving East of 404 in denton, Md/Bridgeville, De, area approx 9:10 am and 9:20 am. One lane going east and opposite lane going west. A fedex box truck driver was coming at us going west in the eastbound lane! Just getting closer and closer...the only driver in front of me was an ATT utility van/truck...it got way too close and he pulled into emergency lane and I did also to avoid one of your trucks. Finally, the bumper to bumper traffic on westbound, brakes until there was enough space for fedex truck to fit back into traffic. It was frightening...why did he do that and why didnt he pull off the road?

Desired outcome: Discipline driver...too dangerous to do such an act!

FedEx Lack of Customer Service Respect

On February 27, Saturday, I paid $139.96 for an overnight service from Arizona to California. It was extremely important that the recipient received the parcel no later than Tuesday as he was travelling abroad at 6:00 am of the following day.

When I started checking if the parcel had been delivered, I noticed that it was still in Phoenix. I immediately started following up with Customer Services. They told me that someone will be calling with back with an update, no one does, and you have to keep calling them. On my second call I asked for an update, they are not allowed to call the distribution center to find out what is happening. On my forth call, I requested to speak with someone who could resolve the situation but they are not allowed to transfer the call to anyone who can resolve anything. At the end I had to request for the parcel to be sent back as there wouldn't be anyone there to receive it, as after 3 days no one could provide me with an answer. Lastly, I was informed that I am responsible for getting my money back, they cannot initiate a refund.

I feel that Fedex neither value nor respect its customer. It was very disappointing to hear Customer Service say that they are sorry for the inconvenience. Having this parcel delivered on time was more than an inconvenience to me, it was something important that needed to be delivered and Fedex failed from start to finish.

Desired outcome: Fedex change its policy to at least notify customer that important packages won't make deadlines. Take some responsibility.

FedEx Driver claimed to attempt delivery but delivery never happened

Delivery driver claimed to deliver my package with tracking Id [protected] at 2:46pm on 03/02/21, but that was a lie because I've been home looking out my window all day waiting and the driver never showed up. No tag was left, nothing. Called customer service and all they could do was report the driver. I'm super upset because now I have to wait a whole business day to receive my package but what if the driver decides to skip my house again and claim no one was home. I want my package today! It was supposed to come yesterday and never showed or given any updates, get updates today that it will be delivered only to have driver skip my delivery totally and claim I wasn't home, but there was no delivery attempt tag left so obviously he/she lied!

Desired outcome: Package delivered today.

FedEx Overnight standard shipping

Fedex is continuing to be the absolute worst shipping company because the weather stopped packages for days now my package is sitting in a crate near the runway while new packages get sent out before mine. They don't care about how they always screw people over. I wish you could choose not to ship with them when you buy online. I've dealt with all the shipping companies and Fedex is the worst by far.

Desired outcome: 7 days package is out in the cold not moving

FedEx Crushed box/driver doesn’t follow delivery instructions

Driver left box in driveway not on deck! Box was mangled and taped everywhere trying to fix it I suppose but the bag of cat food was ripped and all over the box the can cat food is all dented! I have this service for a reason so I expect my orders to be packed rt and left where the instructions say to leave them. I spend quit a bit i'm very upset and I am not satisfied with this delivery service

FedEx Delivery to wrong address

Received text notification that my package was delivered at 2:31 PM and left on front porch. The only problem was they left it at 1890 37th street NOT 1920 37th street. I had to walk up and down the street checking every neighbors porches for my package. This is not acceptable and the delivery driver needs to be cautioned to pay attention to addresses.

FedEx False delivery claim

Address: 100 Palm View Lane, Watsonville, CA 95076

Ebay purchase of vintage radio. Cost $110. Send via FedEx but without signature required. Delivery claimed but not made. Always on high-resolution security camera shows our driveway and porch. Review of video shows no FedEx truck nor driver ever came to our house the entire day on Feb 24, 2021. I can supply the date-time stamped video (about 1GB) if requested.

Called FedEx 800-463-3339 customer support on Feb 25, 2021 and given case number and promise that a trace would be made and we would be called within 24 hours. No call was received (phone shows all incoming calls) so called back on Feb 26, 2021. New "representative" in Guatamala had a don't care attitude. He said no trace had been done, they tried to call me (another lie) so case was closed. No suggestions about next step. Would not let me speak to a supervisor.

Contacted Ebay shipper, who is off the hook because FedEx tracking says that the package was delivered. Says that he can't file a claim until March 1 and it will be difficult to get any refund since package shows being delivered.

Desired outcome: Find and deliver the package or provide refund of $110.

FedEx Receipt of package

I had to get a new piece of equipment to complete my job, as I currently work from home. The item was ordered on 2/18/2021, picked up by FedEx and is now on the tarmac in California since 2/19/2021. I am currently being advised that the package will stay in California until Memphis, TN says they can accept it, THEN, after arriving in Tennessee, it will then be shipped to Texas. I do not understand that logic. This is the first time I have gotten such bad service from FedEX and it is at the expense of my job. Who ever is over shipping, needs to do a quick evaluation of how bad things are right now and create a resolution.

FedEx Home delivery

Ordered from Walmart. Package shipped 2/16/2020, arrived at local depot 2/18. Tracking shows out for delivery every day until today 2/25.
Today package was left in a snowbank 100 yards from our house. Not exactly home delivery 🙂
I have instructed other shippers to NEVER use FedEx Home Delivery. I'm afraid I can't tell Walmart what to do. I wish I could.
