Delivery to wrong address
Received text notification that my package was delivered at 2:31 PM and left on front porch. The only problem was they left it at 1890 37th street NOT 1920 37th street. I had to walk up and down the street checking every neighbors porches for my package. This is not acceptable and the delivery driver needs to be cautioned to pay attention to addresses.

Desired outcome: Just a reminder to drivers to pay attention to were they are delivering packages. As a senior citizen I shouldn’t have to be walking my neighbor looking for my package.

Ebay purchase of vintage radio. Cost $110. Send via FedEx but without signature required. Delivery claimed but not made. Always on high-resolution security camera shows our driveway and porch. Review of video shows no FedEx truck nor driver ever came to our house the entire day on Feb 24, 2021. I can supply the date-time stamped video (about 1GB) if requested.
Called FedEx 800-463-3339 customer support on Feb 25, 2021 and given case number and promise that a trace would be made and we would be called within 24 hours. No call was received (phone shows all incoming calls) so called back on Feb 26, 2021. New "representative" in Guatamala had a don't care attitude. He said no trace had been done, they tried to call me (another lie) so case was closed. No suggestions about next step. Would not let me speak to a supervisor.
Contacted Ebay shipper, who is off the hook because FedEx tracking says that the package was delivered. Says that he can't file a claim until March 1 and it will be difficult to get any refund since package shows being delivered.
Desired outcome: Find and deliver the package or provide refund of $110.
Receipt of package
I had to get a new piece of equipment to complete my job, as I currently work from home. The item was ordered on 2/18/2021, picked up by FedEx and is now on the tarmac in California since 2/19/2021. I am currently being advised that the package will stay in California until Memphis, TN says they can accept it, THEN, after arriving in Tennessee, it will then be shipped to Texas. I do not understand that logic. This is the first time I have gotten such bad service from FedEX and it is at the expense of my job. Who ever is over shipping, needs to do a quick evaluation of how bad things are right now and create a resolution.

Home delivery
Ordered from Walmart. Package shipped 2/16/2020, arrived at local depot 2/18. Tracking shows out for delivery every day until today 2/25.
Today package was left in a snowbank 100 yards from our house. Not exactly home delivery 🙂
I have instructed other shippers to NEVER use FedEx Home Delivery. I'm afraid I can't tell Walmart what to do. I wish I could.
Shipping times
Case in point: [protected] This was to be a overnight shipment. FedEx picked up the package on the afternoon of Monday, Feb 22. Here it is Thursday, Feb 25 and no delivery status is available. I called an talked to an agent and she was not able to give me anything more than I could see on the web site. The item was shipped from Utah, weather was cold but no ice or snow. Moved to Memphis where the weather was mild and no ice or snow. She promised updated text messages, I received none. Now the package appears to be in San Antonio but still no delivery estimate. Even USPS isn't this bad. Of course they have all used the covid excuse. Then don't charge for overnight if you can't deliver overnight, whatever your excuse.

FedEx driver (truck #426177) ignored "No Vehicles" and "Beware of Dog" signs and drove right up to garage around the side of the house which is in the dog's domain and is a longer walk to the front door. House alarm and cameras alerted my wife and I and we ended up chasing dog around the still moving truck. Driver was extremely rude, said he's not worried about dogs, he's not going to walk from the road and he doesn't want to get stuck. (We get that but we don't want the dog to get run over!) Driver made it clear he doesn't care about signs and said the alternative is just leave the package at the road (with an implied "screw you"). Driver offered to let one of us try to drive his big truck if we thought we were better. Refused to give his name and turned his dash cam around as if that's a substitute for a name. As he turned the truck around in the small garage area, his "F--- this" was was very clear out of the open driver's side window. (Note: There's a large turn-around area adjacent to the front walk.)
FedEx doesn't need a this driver with an attitude. Suggest they help him find a more suitable line of work, preferably one that doesn't involve contact with customers.
Desired outcome: Don't need this driver here again. Will deselect FedEx delivery wherever possible.
They are thieves and liars
FED EX is a horrible unreliable company! I had shipped a bunch of packages in 2020. I have no idea how they are still in business. Wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before shipping my items. You can call, write, email etc until you are blue in the face and you won't hear anything but excuses. Now with BS of the saying no money back guarantee because of the virus is [censored]! Sorry but my packages can't get the virus. Hate to break it to you. They have cheated, lied and steal! They are corrupt! Here is an example, you send a t shirt it is weighed in the package and dimension or no dimensions are voluntary. They say well the t- shirt can be reassessed and they make it look like you magically sent a sofa. They do this so they can make triple the amount on you. They have also lost boxes and then want to charge me it! WTF? Especially after you clearly state another address to send it to they don't document it because they don't care! They send it back to the original address, that you clearly tell them not to send it to. What if a total stranger was now at that location? They would have handed it off to anyone. They should call this company FRAUDULENT EXPRESS! My last example is a company I work for was supposed to send a kit to me on FEB. 19. I was scheduled to work on Feb 20.On Feb 18 when I was checking my portal on FED EX to look up other tracking numbers, I noticed that this companies information was on my portal. You ask yourself, well what does this have to do with anything? I asked myself the same question. An outside company, that has nothing to do with my items that were shipped/supposed to be shipped why are they showing up on my account? It's like going to shop at store a being charged at store B. On the 20th when the package still did not arrive the original message stating that it will arrive on the 19th was gone. HMMMM? How did that happen? Magically disappeared. I told my company that the kit never arrived. It still hasn't arrived and is probably lying next to my other shipments that I will never see again! I used two other shipping companies during this time and had 0 issues. One of the companies, I shipped a TV which was packed me and came in one piece. It only cost me $33.75 for a medium sized TV. When I went over to FED EX store directly to see how much it would cost, they wanted to charge me $120 for the box and another $120.00 to ship the box. Then they would probably charge me more on top of that. Talk about robbery! If you want to stay sane, not totally be stressed out, have anxiety, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! I have keep documentation, tracking, deductions, receipts. Etc. I have contacted several times, several different departments. They over charged me $886.98 and lost/broke/damaged boxes.

Semi operating on Prohibited Street
Hello,
I'm sending this as a friendly reminder of noticing your semi tractor-trailer operating moments ago at 10:26 am today's date on a prohibited road. He was headed Southbound on South Madison Street Waupun WI. South Madison Street was removed for truck traffic two years ago. The trucks are routed by two signs to go one block east via Industrial Drive or Libby Street, both intersect with South Madison St. The trucks would then operate on Hwy 26 (South Watertown Street). On South Madison Street while entering the city there is a large (36" diamond) sign stating "Trucks Prohibited" at Industrial Drive for Northbound traffic. For Southbound traffic the same type of sign is posted on South Madison Street at Main Street. Obviously, if he was doing any deliveries on this street or intersecting street that is permitted. I did not observe that being done. Thanks for your time on this matter..

Horrible
On top of waiting weeks for 2 other packages, I was happy when another package was 10 minutes away from my home yesterday ready for delivery. Now its hours away out for delivery in a different city. I can't get ahold of a person with customer service, can't find any contact to talk to someone. Whats worse is I work at FedEx, this makes me embarrassed to be part of this company.

A driver who was very unprofessional
I was driving into my parking lot and the fedex driver was driving reckless and I was trying to park my car in my spot he was blocking the spots and refused to move and starting cursing and using profanity to my husband and myself. I said I had his license plate and will report him he threatened us and said go right ahead no one will do anything and laughed while he continued cursing the license plate number was 96551mj New York plates it was February 23 2021 at 614 pm in the back parking lot of 545 535 and 525 Neptune Avenue . I also tried calling to make a complaint about this and no one would follow up with this saying they could not connect me to a supervisor. Again I would like to get this rectified and to make sure he doesn't harass others we are an elderly couple . He was very unprofessional they way he drove they way he cursed and the way he stated no one will do anything and that he continue this behavior and is allowed to act this way . Again please I would like for someone to respond to me regarding this and follow up .my number is [protected] I have other numbers that were on the truck as well .

On 2/23/2021 the person I have bought a parcel from provided me with a awb and the corresponding fedex tracking number that fedex received on the 13/feb/2021 14:42:09 now fedex does not have it? Now I have to type at least 350 characters to get a response from fedex! That is just [censored]ty, can't get a hold of them on the phone, messenger, or internet, god trump should have won office, he knows business and how to get things running!

Inappropriate FedEx delivery
On 2/23/21 I received a package from FedEx. Usually packages are placed on our porch but this time it was placed on the driveway right in front of our garage door, so I might have run over the package with the car if I hadn't walked out to the driveway and seen it first.

shipping speeds
I had a guaranteed delivery of Friday 2/19/21 and still do not have my package. The tracking information has not been updated for 5 days and the package is now 4 days late. Apparently it is sitting in Chicago. I went to their website and it complains of weather, covid, high volumes, and even a more strict border security?
This is completely unacceptable.

Packages are repeatedly delivered to 14 Maple Lane. Our address is next door. It is 14B Maple Lane. For moe that 7 years, the packages we need correctly came to us. Now the don't and sometimes the people in the home next door are away for a week or more. The packages are correctly addressed and from multiple suppliers. The driver is not reading the address correctly. There are 3 multi-bedroom homes in a row. They are 12, 14B and14 Maple Lane. The recent driver is not reading the address correctly. 14 and 14B are separate residences. They have been for over 50 years.
Desired outcome: Driver instructed to deliver packages to address on package.

Date of incident? Every delivery in the past 3mos. The same thing has happened to me over and over and over again. It is an absolutely disorganized company that either isn't training their staff properly, has staff that don't care about what they are doing or how they are affecting the people who are receiving packages. All last year (2020) they would deliver packages and NOT pay any attention to the "Handle With Care" or "This Side Up, Fragile" and since we order a lot of food online we would get busted jars, boxes busted open, smashed pies w/ juice running out turning the crust into mush! And now this year they don't deliver to the door! Out in the driveway or mailbox! 200+ ft. away or over in front of my neighbors Garage?! What?! They don't deliver to your porch?! What kind of rag-tag Co. are they? I've tried to call customer service complaint division and they make empty promises of calling back and never do They are an absolute joke!
Desired outcome: Just do their job! Do what they're paid to do!
Fedex Home Delivery Driver Lied about attempted delivery.
Second time have experienced this. Driver scans my packages as delivery attempt made and customer not available or business closed. A flat out lie. JOPLIN, MO Fedex facility. My two very expensive packages that have been waiting for since AUG 2020 that have survived and made it thru all the covid precautions in two countries, worse yet the state of California, makes it thru 2 back to back record breaking winter storms here in the midwest US, to end up in the back of a truck that the driver puts his personal comfort ahead of their actual job, very frustrating and down right disgusting! My packages have been "on truck for delivery..." since Saturday 2/20/21. NO attempt made Saturday 2/20/21, no other updates to tracking for that day. Sunday 2/21/21 package scanned as "arrived at fedex facility Joplin, Mo...". Scanned again as "out for delivery..." Monday 2/22/21. At 7:41pm scanned again as attempted delivery but "customer not available or business closed". LIE! Not only at that time was I outside on my porch waiting for this driver to deliver my goods, but I was on the phone with Fedex at that moment! Also have a home security system with a camera pointing right down the yard, driveway, and road so have video evidence this driver lied about attempting delivery as not only was this driver NEVER on my property when they stated they were, but wasn't even on the road and my camera sees my entire 60yd long driveway and the entire 1/4 mile road! NO FEDEX TRUCK EVER PRESENT and checked footage for the entire day, a UPS truck went down the road, NO FEDEX! No doubt in my mind the driver filled out a fraudulent door tag as well. I am disabled. I am home 24/7. I rely on Fedex, UPS, USPS for quite a lot and when they fail to do their jobs, blatantly by even going so low as to LIE, it is way more than frustrating! Video evidence available upon request.

Package picked up in Chino, California on 2/15/2015. Paid next day service before 8:00AM. Fedex Tracing on Tuesday AM indicated that the package was on time at 8:00 Am at 8:02AM that it will arrive by 9:30AM, at 12:01 PM that it will be delivered before the day was over. Have called multiple times for updates with no real answer. That they will get back with me in two to three hours, never happened. We need the package, it has a part that is required to close a clinic. We could have asked to manufacture a new part, but it is costly and time consuming. We need answers.
Desired outcome: Need the package or the truth
Doubtful you will get real answers. The Fedex CS number and the quality of agents has degraded horribly. No fault of the outsourced CS agents as they have less than limited ability to affect any change short of a phone call. Kinda funny that Fedex just called me a few days ago inquiring why I'm not using them so much anymore so that tells me they're hurting for biz. Currently am waiting for 2 large, expensive, electronics packages that the driver flat out lied about attempting to deliver as was 20min. till 8 and time to go home. Knock on wood UPS has done their jobs and hasn't used the nowadays common covid crutch as an excuse not to do their jobs efficiently or even accurately. UPS can do it, DHL too. Apparently not Fedex though. UPS more expensive but you'll get your packages at least, extra cost of UPS worth it when they'll actually do their jobs.
International shipping from US to Canada
My company every so often often ships to one of our machine manufacturers in Canada. A few time now, thy have held very time sensitive packages in customs saying Power Of Attorney form was needed. First and foremost it is very difficult finding out who to contact to clear this up. Second, everytime we ship we select "Create Agency Agreement (Power of Attorney) for Non-Residents (English)" in the shipping options, which apparently does nothing. This last time we shipped, the same thing happened, only this time we were told we need a Business Number registered with the CRA. Wow! Why not provide all this info when shipping a package interenationally, and have options available when shipping? Now are time sensitive package remains held in customs while we wait for this business number to be applied for. The rep I am dealing with took an extra day to apply for it because she stated she received it late in the day (1:17pm CST). Unreal. Its like Fed Ex enjoys having terrible customer service.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for Priority shipping charges, due to lack of info and terrible customer service.

I have had 2 separate packages that needed to be sent to me priority; the first was a replacement phone that took 16 days to arrive. Consulting with a representative from FedEx the "excuse" they provided to me was "inclement weather". Oh my, I looked at the weather from the point of origin to destination, sunny... I guess sun is bad for them. Second package is a medical device and has been sitting in Tennessee for 9 days straight. What's the excuse they gave me "inclement weather"! I don't care anymore, if I don't get it in 2 days the device will be useless to me. I spoke to 2 reps who were as cold as a fish. I don't care anymore, I will most likely end up in ICU because of not having the device. I put the guilt on fedex and the reps I spoke to if something happens to me I give up. If you read this, take heed and use other delivery companies especially those who really care for the people they are servicing. I hold you liable for what may happen to me!

Delivery service
I sent an priority overnight paper that was due today to avoid penalties. it was to go from California (West coast) to Vancouver Washington (also West coast). Instead fedex routed it to the east coast and then it got stuck in the storm delays. Why would they route items (especially ones marked priority overnight) this way? It cost me $60 instead of $20 and will not also cost me late penalties upon arrival (whenever it finally arrives).
Desired outcome: refund my $60 , due to their stupidity.
