Drivers walking on my wall
Fedex drivers walk on my wall when delivering packages leaving muddy shoe prints on the limestone wall that was recently installed. Please provide simple instructions not to walk on my limestone wall. Proper delivery process should be to walk up the driveway and place package in the appropriate spot

FedEx refuses to deliver boxes at my home. I am disabled and they leave heavy boxes at the bottom of my steep, long hill. Box in picture weighs at least 15 pounds. Being disabled, I cannot carry them up the hill and live alone. They have even left boxes like this in the rain. There is produce inside this company's boxes. This time it sat there all night because I did not know it was there, spoiling the contents. I have complained at least 5 times over the past year. For awhile it got better, but now we are back to that again. I have asked around and no one else in my development is experiencing this. It is pure discrimination.
Desired outcome: Bring boxes up to home near front door AS I AM PAYING FOR! (Photo does not accurately give feel for steepness of driveway or length. Box appears very small from top of driveway.)
Our driver does the same thing. Lazy sacks of [censored], mine, and apparently yours, cannot ambulate an extra 55 feet to place the unit where the risk of disappearance is mitigated. Hark, but offer the schmuck a bronie from your kitchen and he'd high tail his corpulent posterior faster than a cheetah chashing a rabbit. It's hard to imagine one company locating, and then hiring, so many inadequate, unmotivated, union mentality type slugs but somehow FedEx has done so.
Dangerous FedEx Driver
In Galt, CA. today [protected]), at approx 5 PM a FedEx driver in box van ran A Street & Emerald Oak stop sign almost hitting a pedestrian in a marked crosswalk. He then ran 2 more stop signs, turned around and yelled at pedestrian he had almost hit: " [censored] YOU, mind your own business" and then sped off running yet another stop sign.
This driver WILL eventually get in an accident, I hope he does not kill anyone, but you have now been warned and this message can certainly be used in the lawsuit you most certainly will have if you keep this driver on the road.
Since this happened so fast & driver was not slowing down or stopping I did not get truck number, but YOU now have the date, time and location of where this took place.
Desired outcome: Terminate the employment of this driver before he kills someone!!
non delivery, then bogus investigation, claim refusal
I had a valuable package that was supposed to be delivered on March 11, 2021. I was home all day and never saw a delivery van in my driveway on my cameras. It was not delivered. I filed a verbal complaint the next day on their 800 number. A week later no response. So I filed a second claim online and 2 days later they said it was rejected because they investigated it and my packaged was delivered. It had a name unknown and unauthorized by me. How can they deliver a package to someone other then the addressee? On march 30 a blue minivan pulled into my driveway and a young man in a FedEx uniform got out. He gave me a package. I asked if I needed to sign for it and he said no. I took it inside and discovered it was the package from March 11 that was supposedly delivered then. I took it to the local office and complained to the supervisor about this problem. He said he would look into it. There is a website called Nextdorr.com and i posted all of this online. I got about 15 other people who had similar problems with FedEx. POOR Service and signature verification.
Desired outcome: FedEx needs to improve their delivery and signature verification. I finally received my package 19 days later after FedEx claimed they did an investigation and found no problem. BS

I Am Furious Because I Waited All Day Home Just To Get A Text Stating That They Attempted To Deliver My Package Which Was A Bold Face Lie Because I've Been Watching The Street And No Fedex Truck Ever Pulled In And No Note Or Anything Was Left At My Door . So If You Attempted I Would Have Gotten A Note . I Paid 45 Dollars Just For Express Shipping And Still Didn't Get It In Time ! There Has To Be Consequences For These Drivers Who Lie . You Get Paid To Do Your Job So Please Do Your Job . Stop Wasting Our Time & Money .

Sweetwater delivery driver today (3.28.21) Navarre, FL
Good Evening:
My husband ordered something from Sweetwater and it was delivered today (3.28.21) at approximately 12:28 pm to Tortuga St in Navarre, FL. The women who was driving the truck stopped in front of the house and threw the package over the fence. The incident was caught on my security camera. She signed it as being received by "C. Bill". Did not stop and get a physical signature from my husband.
Any additional Fedex deliveries were always placed on the side porch. This incident was extremely disappointing.
Desired outcome: reprimand (written up) of the driver of this vehicle.

Nearly $700.00 iphone was delivered WITHOUT SIGNATURE as required, and as stated by the delivery driver ! He/she lied. No one was at home to sign ! Every text message I received stated clearly that someone needed to be home to provide the signature, for all the obvious reasons. Item was left in plain sight, clearly visible from the street and city sidewalk 15' away. Security cameras clearly show the delivery person. Terrible service. I sincerely hope the responsible individual is disciplined accordingly. There are millions of honest people out of work who would love the opportunity to work for FedEx.
FedEx Overnight Priority
Worst shipping company ever - they sold me priority overnight shipping knowing full well they don't guarantee shipments and haven't for a year! I had no idea FedEx did not guarantee shipments. I did not know they didn't guarantee overnight priority as I am not a frequent shipper. Now I know but they don't give refunds. So it's too late late for me and their customer service is beyond rude. They should not be allowed to sell what they can't deliver. They knew my package would not get there in time and advised me and took my money anyway.

Resolve address delivery complaint
TR #493385 given on 3/3/21. Packages consistently delivered to my old address, even though current address is on box. I cannot get a code to get into their delivery manager. complaint has been "escalated to Sr. Support multiple times. I called on 3/5, 3/15, and 3/19. On 3/19 my call was put on permanent"hold" until I hung up. No resolution. I've asked to talk with supervisor or Sr. support, but never allowed. Need to be able to trust FedEX to get packages to my new address, and I've been here over a year without that occurring! Please help.

FedEx is the worst residential delivery service ever. I have called 4 times, put in the delivery service app, and talked to the drivers about delivering to my front door. Instead, they deliver to my garage door every time. They leave packages in rain against my garage door. I have run over numerous packages when backing out. They have run over my sprinkler system causing me to pay for repair. I have photos of damage but too large to upload. Calls to customer service do nothing. I am not ordering from any more companies that have fedex as the only option for shipment.
Desired outcome: Deliver to my front door like all other delivery drivers do.

This FedEx truck ran me off the road. The driver was driving recklessly and speeding. They need to know what their drivers are doing. See attached picture. The incident happened in Houston, TX, 3/12/2021, on a highway access road.

I truly hate to see the FEDEX truck arrive.
Never have I had a driver so rude and could care less as the NIMROD we have supposedly serving us. This is his second delivery and I just wanted to drop kick him.
To day we were suppose to receive two perishable boxes. Got one and he said I don't know where it is. Said if I find it I'll bring it tomorrow. Hey [censored] its perishable!
He called the Lexington, KY office and his boss could care less also.

This is an on going shipment and I hope we can get USP for the future deliveries. Not these idiots!

I waited and waited, and no FedEx truck or driver came on my street that day. So the next day, I sent a message to FedEx informing them that my package was not delivered. They said they were going to locate it. First, the package was claimed lost. Then it was claimed that it was delivered. The driver lied about delivering my items. I contacted Groupon, and they said they could not do anything because FedEx said they delivered it. I contacted my bank and explained the issue. They cannot issue a reverse payment because FedEx said it was delivered. I contacted Paypal and put a claim in through them, and they all said the same thing. It is sad because they believe the driver over the person that actually purchased the items. I would love a refund or the items replaced, but I haven't been able to get any of that independently. I tried everything.
FedEx sent me the letters below to try to confirm it was delivered. The papers have different weights on them. Two Ipads weigh more than .12 and 0.1 pounds.
FedEx employees are liars! NO ONE DELIVERED MY IPADS, AND NOW I LOST $625.00. I am, furious and my children are distraught. They need to be held accountable for their actions! They cannot be allowed to get away with stealing people's stuff. I work hard for my money, and I wanted to award my children with newer pads because they did so well with the school during the pandemic thus far! What a way to show them they did great in school, to have their Ipads stolen from them! What a slap in the face!

I just had a similar situation. and I have to point out that Fedex never said they lost my package. They open the case and then say they can't find the package. Then they tell you to contact the sender to file a claim. They will not emails or mail a copy of the case results so the eBay seller and eBay both open a claim . They will not rake down the "delivered" associated with the package. thus when eBay and the shipper open cases they both come up with FedEx said it was delivered case close. It seems that the two eBay department can not and will not speak with each other or put anything in writing. The reason they will not pull down the delivered notation is it will effect people bonuses and promotion.
Amazon dropped using FedEx for a good reason. quality and customer care is not longer part of there organization strategy.

FedEx sent me the confirmation that it was delivered. The papers said the weight of the box was .12 how do two Ipads weigh .12 It doesn't! Then another paper says that it weighed .01 pounds. I am so confused. Two Ipads definitely weigh more than .12 or 0.1 pounds.

I have had several packages the last month are so. The driver always leave my packages in the neighborhood. Everywhere but my address. get a tex my package was delivered. I call try to explain that I was home no one left anything at my door. They always give me the run around when I call. The last one said it was delivered. I still have not gotton it. So when I get a message my package was delivered I know I have to try an find it. I need to know what ealse I can do because FEDEX don, t seem to care.

I shipped a small package via FedEx Ground on 2/24/2021. TN [protected]
The package was schedule for pickup at the local Express box that evening and delivery next day since it was a city less than 4 hour away - Roanoke VA to Arlington VA.
FedEx didn't even pick the package up from the drop box until Friday 2/26/2021, 2 DAYS after I dropped it in the Express box.
It wasn't delivered until March 3, nearly a week later and my client couldn't use the materials I had shipped at that point
To make matters worse, they decided that they hadn't charged me enough (based on no info to support the price increase) and charged my VISA another $17.00. No refunds forthcoming due to COVID restriction / guarantees no longer honored. I'll post this everywhere I can find until I get some satisfaction.
