FedEx Fedex drivers steal my packages

My order for the MacBook Pro M1 I bought from the B&H Photo Video Store has not reached me.
The FedEx Driver did not deliver my order. The driver "delivered" in front of his delivery address, but did not deliver the order.
He received the package himself with a forged signature as a signature.
The name of the recipient writes the names of people I do not know. It uses the name "DIMITRI". I do not know such a person.
FedEx drivers do not deliver expensive packages.
FexEx and B&H still do not refund my money, although I have reported this over and over.

FedEx Customer service, package delivery

My elderly parents from Quebec, Canada are stuck here in the United States because of Covid. They are 83 and 90. They both are Diabetics and have hypertension, atrial fibrillation and CAD. They were running out of their medication, so we had their physician/ pharmacy refill their medications.
My sister went to the pharmacy and picked up their medication with all the scripts that included trade/ generic names, name of physician, name of patient, the cost of the medication along with passport copy of my parents information with the copy of the Canadian Health Care card.

All this information was taken to the St. Hubert Quebec Fed EX office and they told her to put the information in the parcel with the medications for delivery. She paid 150$ Canadian to get this for second day delivery which was on the 20th or latest.

All necessary information that Fed EX required to verify the medications were placed in the parcel.

Tracking number 305276769561# was issued. It left Canada on the 19th of April and went to Indianapolis on April 20th and was supposed to be delivered on the 20th (next day delivery). It is now the 26th of April.

My sister from Quebec and myself from Wisconsin (where the final destination of the parcel is to be delivered) have been calling the customer service twice a day every day. The representative who was responsible for our case was Amy Wiggins Employee number 945687# at 1800 463 3339.

She called my sister in Quebec and asked her to email all the documents that were originally sent with the parcel (passport information, scripts, trade name and generic name and cost of medications to a Email.) Mind you all this information was sent with the original package from Canada by Fed EX.

My sister followed up with her on Thursday 22nd because she never acknowledged receipt of any of this information. Shockingly, she never even opened up any of the documents and stated that she required the name of the manufacturer of all these medications and their address.

This is shocking to say the least. My sister actually spend the entire morning on Friday for hours looking up names of the manufacturer of the medications and their address. She then send a total of 16 documents to her on Friday the 23rd and called her back to acknowledge receipt. She received them. Saturday the 24th and Sunday the 25th we called back to speak to her and find out the status of the package, we were not able to speak to her but spoke to numerous other representatives from customer service who told us to resend the documents. We resend the 16 documents by Email again on Saturday the 24th April.

Mind you this is the 3rd time we have send all these documents.

Monday the 26th we called to speak to Amy Wiggins and she refused to speak to us, messages were left by other representatives, so we were told.

We requested to speak to the manager, they stated there was none. So here we are. No follow through by Fed EX, Customer Support is dodging their duties and an elderly couple are left with no life saving medications.

Fed EX is a a dismal service run by a bunch of hacks and sub par employees who have no knowledge and are disinterested and lazy in their duties. I am not confident my parents will get their medication and their is no one who will help us.
The corporate FED ex office and their employees have relegated and abandoned their duties to their customers.
Thus, this will ultimately lie in the hands of the law should anything happen to my parents health.

Desired outcome: We want our medications as fast as possible.

FedEx Non delivery and false claims

An antique toy Steam engine was purchased from A Salinas California Good Will store for a total of $108. xx.
FedEx delivery was claimed to be on the 11th of April 2021 and that the next attempt would be on the 12th of April.
They claimed no one was home or business closed? This is a residence, no signature was required.
We were here!
We went to The local FedEx store where the assistant told me to call from my cell phone to avoid the phone dance from their
Phone directory, I did call him and ask for help which after the phone dance led me to a live person.
She was great, after we got through the language barrier she would open an investigation into it and contact through e-mail
or text would take place.
About 4days later I once again entered the tracking number and was sent again to an automated respond or and discovered that
the package could be sent and held at a local Walgreens, I selected the store and waited for the notification, Zippo!
I attempted to contact FedEx again and received a final noticed (Package Delivered on April 11-2021)
Now I'm out of the money, the collectors item and so done with FEDUP, please, if anything can be done I would be in your debt.

FedEx Lying about a delivery

A large box, containing an original watercolor painting, SUPPOSEDLY (according to FedEx) was delivered to the FRONT DOOR, of my home, at 30 Fairway Rd., South Yarmouth, MA on March 11th. It NEVER was delivered to that address, but was delivered to the end of the driveway of a home at 2 Snug Harbor Rd., South Yarmouth. Your driver LIED about the delivery, and FedEx would NOT follow through with my complaint! FORTUNATELY for me, the person whose driveway it was delivered to, brought the painting to me this morning! I want you to follow up on this driver, PLEASE! The tracking # of the box was #[protected].

I have been an account member of FedEx for close to 30 years - and can't tell you how very upset this episode has made me - VERY VERY disappointed in how FedEx handled my problem!

FedEx Delivery

This is all about delivery issues with FedEx. I live in an apartment building with no onsite management and no security buzzer. I'm dependent upon being able to select Manage Delivery in the FedEx app and have my packages held at a Walgreens FedEx drop off nearby. Not all merchants/shippers send packages with the option to Manage Delivery, in which case I was told by FedEx that I need to contact the merchant directly to have them redirect the package to the FedEx drop off. When I tried this today, I was told by the merchant that it would cost me $18 as an address change! (I've done this w/other merchants and there's been no fee.) I argued them out of it and they waived the fee. I then called FedEx to question them about this, and they confirmed that yes, depending upon the contract they have w/the shipper, costs might be involved. So let's be clear that these costs are to drop off packages at a FedEx retail location, instead of the original address. And that this service (Manage Delivery) when it's available in the FedEx app, is free. As the consumer, I have now have no control over how to get my package without paying extra to get it. This is insane. The FedEx delivery drivers, btw, sometimes will call w/the delivery, which makes everything work out much easier; though I understand they're not obliged to call. I also can't pick up packages at the FedEx main location itself, as it's a logistics facility out in the suburbs, and not a retail location. So people in situations like mine are stuck. You can't get your package, unless you pay extra to get it. That's nuts. You've already purchased the merchandise. Now it's like it's being held hostage by FedEx. This is just insanely not right for the consumer.

Desired outcome: Consumer should be able to redirect ANY FedEx delivery to a FedEx drop off location for no extra fee, w/o going through the merchant.

FedEx Driver Crashed into my gate

The Fed Ex driver ran into my fence and ripped off the gate on 03/07/2021. I know it was Fed Ex as the last delivery we received that day was delivered by Fed Ex. Attached are pictures of my Drive Way area showing that there is plenty of room to turn around without doing any damage. We have been getting deliveries for as long as I have lived here, 12 years, without any other damage done.

FedEx Priority service International

Tracking # 393682942047 shipped priority on 6-9-2920 snd was supposed to be delivered by 6-12-2020. It was held in customs for a long time, then excuse was couldn't locate shipment. Then finally I said send it back to me. Then the tracking # for return was 813493672201 then when it reached Mt. Olive branch it was changed to a much smaller brown box, poorly taped snd the IPhone 11 Pro Max and case were stolen and the wrapping put in return box. I received it by ground and eventually I was given a refund for the stolen merchandise from FedEx. Filed a claim #C-640377 and was given a check for 1298.95, price of stolen merchandise. I was told by claims to contact billing and they will return my 349.00. Mow they say it's too old. I want my 349.00 returned as promised. My name is Ronald MacLellan. My C address is 109 Eventide Ave Lake Placid Florida 34852. Please help me with this as FedEx is giving me the run around. FedEx Late delivery

I ordered Insulin, which is refrigerated, for my Mom's dog from Chewy. It shipped on 4/15/21 and arrived in Atlanta on 4/16/21 @ 10:07am. Tracking #[protected]. The final destination is approx. 30 miles South of Atlanta. Instead of delivering it the same day or even the next day since it is a time sensitive item, it was delivered on 4/19/21, at which time it was not good anymore.

In the mean time, the Dog fell into crisis and was hospitalized. Currently she has spent over $2000 and Chewy has had to send out a new order to replace the Insulin that was rendered useless due to Fed Ex's incompetence. I have sent them an email but have received no response and do not have time to spend 30 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone. I believe that since it was their mistake, my Mother, who lives on SS should be compensated.

FedEx Locating a package

April 9th 2021 I sent a package through Fedex location at The Storage By The Sea 3410 Cypress Mill Rd. Brunswick, Ga. 31520.
Package was sent to JaRod Lewis 3710 Falcon Crest Dr. Apt#100 Louisville, Ky 40219. Package was suppose to be next day delivery around $49. Package wasn't delivered . Lost the paperwork(receipt) with tracking information, tried to see if they could locate package without it claimed they couldn't and for me to get in touch with the main office who told me to check with the place where the package was sent. They both have given me the run around knowing they have to have a record of their deliveries. It was a small package about a 6"x6". containing a watch and bracelet for my son. Have sent several packages through postal office never had a problem that wasn't solved.

Tired of our regular guy just droping my packages I guess he got the message not to leave in the Driveway as wer're 61 hubby just had spinal surgery so like an real dick he just leaves them for us to pick up off the sidewalk and our porch crushing open a box or two and I took picturesa box I heard it as he jut let it go down loud. wont allow me to download picture SMH

FedEx Drivers going to fast through neighborhood and blowing through stop signs. Drivers going waaaaay to fast on our residential road

Daily issue that drivers drive waaay too fast on our residential neighborhood roads (Alpine View Drive, Mt Vernon, WA), and blow through the stop signs. Crazy dangerous and someone is likely to get hurt. I walked in front of truck at the stop sign to make him stop. Asked to please slow down and was dismissed me with a gesture.

Desired outcome: Drivers need to follow speed limits, not go through stop signs even though they are on a schedule. See complaint above. next time I'll walk in front at stop sign, make them stop and snap a photo.

FedEx Speeding within our neighborhood.

I have stopped the Fedex ground driver four times and asked him to slow down within our neighborhood (Whitehurst Subdivision) off Clemson Rd. I tried to stop him and Today he would not even stop to talk to me. The police have placed a speed reading sign within our area and the speed limit is 20 MPH. That sign picked up your driver doing 45 MPR in a 20 MPA zone. We are sick and tired of your drivers speeding through our area and they don't care...… We have kids out on the streets playing. If you don't fix this issue then we will be contacting the Richland County police to deal with your drivers.
Because of the speeding and don't care attitudes of your drivers we may be going to a gated housing area and we will not be giving the gate codes to "any fedex drivers"

FedEx Delivery

My complaint has to do with the Fedex's Brooklyn Hub that makes deliveries in Manhattan proper, New York. The drivers from this hub will sometimes decide to not make my delivery and arbitrarily update the delivery to the next day with any justifiable reason. And there have been times when the driver has left the package at wrong location although my correct name and address is on the shipping label. I never have any delivery issues with the "Yonkers" or "Queens" New York hubs and I am only writing this because of my latest delivery issue that occurred on April 12, 2021.

Desired outcome: That drivers complete their deliveries up to the 8 PM deadline and not return packages to the Fedex Hub to be delivered on another day.

FedEx Delivery on time

Fedex sucks! For expecting your package to be delivered when you pay for it to be delivered. 9 times out of 10 it is never delivered on time. I do not understand why anybody uses fedex. I am tired of paying for service that does not deliver. I will tell every retailer that I order from if they use fedex, they will lose my business! This is getting ridiculous and they need to either care about cs or file bankruptcy! Period!

FedEx Waiting on a delivery for 9 days from the state of Washington

The package was shipped on April 6th and the next day I changed the delivery to a fedex location, Walgreens. I live in Salem, MA. Today, April 14th, I was looking into the delivery and was told, later, that I, at that point, requested the change to the fedex, Walgreens location. Initially, the package was supposed to arrive on the 13th. Now I am told the delivery won't arrive until tomorrow, the 15th. Also, a little while ago a fedex agent said the package was already at the Walgreens location. I asked him repeatedly if that was in fact the case. He said yes it was. I called the Walgreens and was told that it had not arrived. I won't tell you how many, conflicting, emails and texts I have received regarding this delivery. I receive multiple packages from UPS every week. Never a problem. I have received about 4 deliveries, in recent memory, from fedex. Always a problem.

FedEx FEDEX driver hit my dog with his truck

FEDEX driver came speeding down my lane. He pulled into the driveway to turn around, all fast, and hit my dog with the front end of his truck. Then he sped up to where I was waiting for him. When I confronted him about hitting my dog, he screamed at me: "How would I know if I hit him"? I walked away and di not say anything else. I was too concerned about my dog getting back up. I went out when I heard my dogs barking to make sure this sort of thing would not happen, but he was driving very fast down the lane.

FedEx Delivery being rescheduled

With in the last 3 deliveries from fedex, all 3 have been rescheduled a number of times for reasons that dont make any sense. From Spending several days at a fedex hub to bogus updates on the fedex website.the items get to the fedex facility in plenty of time to be loaded on trucks but that doesn't happen. There getting worse then the USPS on getting things delivered.

FedEx FedEx Semi Driver

I was driving out of Lubbock Texas around 3 PM when I intended to merge onto the road leaving Lubbock and a Semi FedEx driver ran me and the driver behind me off the road when he failed to give me access to merge. He was speeding and failed to move lanes to allow cars to merge onto the road. The driver could have clearly moved lanes as the left was free to allow others to merge onto the road but instead, he sped up and ran two cars off the road. Very irresponsible when driving a company vehicle.

FedEx Driver habitually leaves packages at wrong addresses, HORRENDOUS customer service

Over a long period of time, Fed-Ex frequently but not always would leave my packages at other residences. The neighbors are good where I live so they'd wind up getting to me regardless. This wasn't too bad when it was merely hit and miss.

There was no good reason for this as the units are extremely clearly marked. How can you confuse say Unit #6 for Unit #29 when those numbers are painted in 2 foot tall bright letters in front of each unit?

The current driver however has gotten to three deliveries in a row to wrong addresses.

Fed-Ex has zero customer service to deal with this. None. I did speak with a nice lady today who had me spend 59 minutes on the phone before I realized there was no hope and ended the call, who was trying to get me the local phone number of who would be in charge but finally told me she was not permitted to give it to me.

Now if you live outside the United States, Fed-Ex has plenty of customer service.

But inside the United States, it is absolute customer no-service.

Horrible company.

Desired outcome: They should speak with their driver and require him to drop packages at the address on the label
