Fedex Ground Pick Up
I'm doing warehousing. I bought the labels in Fedex, but Fedex refuses to provide pickup service. I've given feedback to their local manager many times, but the problem has not been resolved. In fact, no driver will pick up the packages at all, even though I submit a pickup request every day.
I spoke with the courier's boss. His attitude was so arrogant, and he told me directly and clearly that he would not provide us with any service even though I bought the label from Fedex. I don't think they sincerely want to cooperate it.
Even if you make any complaints with them, they will not deal with it. This is my personal experience.
Arrogant employees and arrogant companies. What they do is perfunctory and unwilling to solve any problems This is all I have said about Fedex.
Ground shipment
Regarding tracking number [protected] was suppose to be delivered Thursday May 6, 2021. Shipped from Louisiana to Tennessee on Tuesday May 4, 2021. It has yet to be delivered on Monday May 10, 2021. Tracking now says pending. Why in the world is this delivery service so sorry? I ordered a item from California to Tennessee shipped USPS, it only took 3 days. This is extremely bad when USPS out performs FedEx.
Desired outcome: Delivered at least Tuesday May 11, 2021
FedEx Ground - City of Industry CA
Verizon sent a package to me from Ft Worth Texas. It arrive in City of Industry at 200 Old Ranch rd., City of Industry California on the 5th of May. The tracking showed to deliver end of business on the 6th of May 2021. It is now the 7th and still no package. I have called several times and all I get it we are sorry and tell me exactly what the the tracking report tells me as I am looking I am speaking to them.
I went down to the FedEx Ground facility at 200 Old Ranch road in City of Industry California, 30 minutes from my house. The were no help and told me to call the number posted that on a big banner outside by the customer pick tents. The number is disconnected. I went to the website of this same facility and called the number that it too was disconnected. You call that a business. All FedEx has done is offer apologies and not solutions and it is very obvious they have no intention of offering any help as both numbers for this facility, FedEx Ground 200 Old Ranch Rd. In City of Industry California are disconnected even though their employees are telling you to call those numbers.
This is criminal in how they won't release the package to the rightful owner when they have it in their possession. They were all ready paid for a service they have not provided. I have never such a poorly run company that just doesn't give a damn about the customers they are serving.
I wouldn't be surprised if they even knew where the package was or better yet quickly excepted they payment for shipping and then took possession of the package with no intention of even delivering it to the owner and keeping it for them themselves. The CEO should be embarrassed at the horrible business tactics that the executives are condoning here.
I will never ship FedEx again. Give me my damn package it is mine not yours to keep.

Drivers in neighborhoods in LA CA
I have a video from my front porch of a speeding FedX delivery truck In LA CA (Gardena) on a 13 house long block with cross streets at both ends. I have signaled some of your drivers to stop looking down at the phone while driving and looking for addresses. Literally holding phone in hand high enough in air for me to see. Why? Packages delivery
On 03/09/21 I received a stationary bike. The unassembled bike was delivered by FedEx. The package was dropped by the delivery person on the concrete and it was damaged. It took me a month to get the parts from the manufacturer to repair the bike.
On 05/02/21 a package was delivered by FedEx. The delivery person threw the package onto the front steps from a distance of about 10-15 feet. The package contained drinking glasses and one broke.
This past week the FedEx delivery individual (seem to be the same one all the time) threw another package, just like a frisbee, across the front yard onto the concrete steps. fortunately, the package did not contain anything breakable.
I have videos of these deliveries from my doorbell camera.

Was never a fan of USPS, but now after seeing FedEx performance I think I will use them.
Ground delivery from Hunker PA distribution center
Received a small box package today May 5th 2021 from (truck #[protected]) via Vitacost containing human supplements.
Weather conditions were about 57 degrees, cloudy with no rain. I have a RING doorbell with audio/video that captured the delivery. The deliverer was talking to someone on electronics communication device during time of delivery. The person should've used the sidewalk instead of walking through the grass to the front door. That's what sidewalks are for.
Delivery person should NOT have thrown the package from his waist high and 5 foot away hitting the storm door and the package continued to roll into the wet shrubbery on the left side of the door making the package wet from pervious rain.
I know FED EX ground is under contract with personal businesses. FEDEX should have better standards.
I hope this issue can be resolved and will NOT continue. With regret

Early AM delivery
Your delivery driver failed to make an effort to deliver a very critical package, which we paid lots of money to have delivered for early AM the next morning.
We are losing time and money for the lack of concern by the delivery driver to deliver this critical delivery!
- He failed to go to the delivery zone around the rear of a restaurant where all deliveries are made. There were people there waiting for him and he left without even checking!
- He failed to call the phone number on the delivery manifest to notified the person who was expecting the delivery which this could have solved the delivery immediately!
FedEx must train their delivery people to take overnight packages seriously and not toss them out for next day redelivery attempts!
This is so upsetting that FEDEX can't get this simple procedure correct!
I'm so upset right now at the incompetence of well paid delivery drivers!

Drivers don't know how to read house numbers and other drivers are to lazy to drive out of their way to deliver.
Just about everytime I have had stuff shipped Fedex it is either delivered to the wrong address or the driver refuses to drive to my house saying "Invalid Address" even though they have been here before and UPS delivers twice a week to me.
Delivery
I specified to Fedex via their website that deliveries be made to my front door. Fedex has consistently ignored this request. Here are samples of tracking numbers there Fedex has failed to deliver to the specified location: [protected]; [protected]; [protected]. The people answering phones in their customer service center do not resolve the problem. There are no other numbers to call.

I ordered a part from AUTO ZONE, trakcing #[protected] with next day delivery on the part on a Thursday. The plane for FedEx breaks down so the part does not arrive until Saturday. FedEx won't deliver the part Saturday as the shipper did not pay extra for FedEx to deliver on Saturday even though it was the FAULT of FedEx to deliver the package Friday. On Saturday FedEx customer service tells me that my option for Sunday is for them to drop it at a local Dollar General. When I don't get a notification Sunday, I call and am told it was scheduled to drop on Monday and that I was LIED to on Saturday and that he will change delivery to my home Monday. So today I am told it is waiting at Dollar General and they have NO INFORMATION about my call on Sunday and the request to have it delivered to my home. I understand mistakes, but I do not accept LIES and an unwillingness by a company to take responsibility!
Desired outcome: They need to refund Auto Zone all shipping, and a letter of acknowledgement of their lies by customer service.
Your delivery personnel can NOT seem to find MY home!!
Because they use Google Maps, or at least that is what some of your delivery personnel have told me, they end up going to the wrong home! I have begged and pleaded with Google Maps to correct their map for the last 5 years and it still isn't fixed, so I have over and over recommended that ALL your delivery personnel be told that they MUST GO BY THE NUMBERS ON THE HOUSES OR ON THE MAILBOXES! I realize my home is way off of the road, 1/4 mile, but my mailbox does have our number large enough for all to be able to see it! So now once again, a gift that has been sent to me and was supposedly left on my front porch, is NOT there! I have looked in each of my out buildings, stables, etc. and there is no package, so now I have to call and let my daughter, who was sending me a Mother's Day gift, and tell her that now she has to call the seller and try to find out what happened to my present that I might never get to see! THANKS FEDEX!

Delivery of packages
I am getting very frustrated as our FedEx delivery driver keeps parking in our driveway to deliver packages. We love in an area where this is not necessary. Most of our packages aren't that heavy either. The trucks are making divots in our driveway and just today they almost sideswiped our new car with a package as they were exiting their truck. Please teach your employees not to do this. Unless they want to pay for a new driveway repair or to fix up a car.

The Fedex driver for my area leaves packages in the rain.
on 04/28/21, I had two packages left in the rain - again! There are three different places he/she could have left them where they would have been safe, one of them just a few feet away from where they were left.
04/29/21, I tried calling Fedex. They do NOT offer an email address on their website. The phone is not accessible from my area! Seriously? So I can't contact them in any way?
I won't be using Fedex again, or any merchant who does use them.
This is BS.
Desired outcome: Besides having a word with your driver(s)? How about some accessibility? I do have other options for delivery that do offer accessibility. I think I'll use them going forward.
Did not come to my door
FedEx driver delivered package next door to me, failed to deliver my package (as seen on street camera video). Three hours later a delivery exception was listed on the tracking website. This is a continuing issue with fedex, causing me to request shippers to use other services. They routinely fail to deliver packages, then cover for their malfeasance by declaring that I am not at home to receive packages. A pox on this company!

Deliveries from fedex not captured on my ring.
Just had a delivery from Fed Ex on my front stairs. When I viewed my history could not find. I could see my brother, neighbor and postman come to the front door.
Issue is that Fed Ex delivered this past Monday April 26 a package that was 41/2 foot long and again nothing on Ring. Issue is that again everything else was captured.
What is going on with FedEx? Are you guys jamming my ring?

Fedex drivers steal my packages
My order for the MacBook Pro M1 I bought from the B&H Photo Video Store has not reached me.
The FedEx Driver did not deliver my order. The driver "delivered" in front of his delivery address, but did not deliver the order.
He received the package himself with a forged signature as a signature.
The name of the recipient writes the names of people I do not know. It uses the name "DIMITRI". I do not know such a person.
FedEx drivers do not deliver expensive packages.
FexEx and B&H still do not refund my money, although I have reported this over and over.

Customer service, package delivery
My elderly parents from Quebec, Canada are stuck here in the United States because of Covid. They are 83 and 90. They both are Diabetics and have hypertension, atrial fibrillation and CAD. They were running out of their medication, so we had their physician/ pharmacy refill their medications.
My sister went to the pharmacy and picked up their medication with all the scripts that included trade/ generic names, name of physician, name of patient, the cost of the medication along with passport copy of my parents information with the copy of the Canadian Health Care card.
All this information was taken to the St. Hubert Quebec Fed EX office and they told her to put the information in the parcel with the medications for delivery. She paid 150$ Canadian to get this for second day delivery which was on the 20th or latest.
All necessary information that Fed EX required to verify the medications were placed in the parcel.
Tracking number 305276769561# was issued. It left Canada on the 19th of April and went to Indianapolis on April 20th and was supposed to be delivered on the 20th (next day delivery). It is now the 26th of April.
My sister from Quebec and myself from Wisconsin (where the final destination of the parcel is to be delivered) have been calling the customer service twice a day every day. The representative who was responsible for our case was Amy Wiggins Employee number 945687# at 1800 463 3339.
She called my sister in Quebec and asked her to email all the documents that were originally sent with the parcel (passport information, scripts, trade name and generic name and cost of medications to a Email.) Mind you all this information was sent with the original package from Canada by Fed EX.
My sister followed up with her on Thursday 22nd because she never acknowledged receipt of any of this information. Shockingly, she never even opened up any of the documents and stated that she required the name of the manufacturer of all these medications and their address.
This is shocking to say the least. My sister actually spend the entire morning on Friday for hours looking up names of the manufacturer of the medications and their address. She then send a total of 16 documents to her on Friday the 23rd and called her back to acknowledge receipt. She received them. Saturday the 24th and Sunday the 25th we called back to speak to her and find out the status of the package, we were not able to speak to her but spoke to numerous other representatives from customer service who told us to resend the documents. We resend the 16 documents by Email again on Saturday the 24th April.
Mind you this is the 3rd time we have send all these documents.
Monday the 26th we called to speak to Amy Wiggins and she refused to speak to us, messages were left by other representatives, so we were told.
We requested to speak to the manager, they stated there was none. So here we are. No follow through by Fed EX, Customer Support is dodging their duties and an elderly couple are left with no life saving medications.
Fed EX is a a dismal service run by a bunch of hacks and sub par employees who have no knowledge and are disinterested and lazy in their duties. I am not confident my parents will get their medication and their is no one who will help us.
The corporate FED ex office and their employees have relegated and abandoned their duties to their customers.
Thus, this will ultimately lie in the hands of the law should anything happen to my parents health.
Desired outcome: We want our medications as fast as possible.
Non delivery and false claims
An antique toy Steam engine was purchased from A Salinas California Good Will store for a total of $108. xx.
FedEx delivery was claimed to be on the 11th of April 2021 and that the next attempt would be on the 12th of April.
They claimed no one was home or business closed? This is a residence, no signature was required.
We were here!
We went to The local FedEx store where the assistant told me to call from my cell phone to avoid the phone dance from their
Phone directory, I did call him and ask for help which after the phone dance led me to a live person.
She was great, after we got through the language barrier she would open an investigation into it and contact through e-mail
or text would take place.
About 4days later I once again entered the tracking number and was sent again to an automated respond or and discovered that
the package could be sent and held at a local Walgreens, I selected the store and waited for the notification, Zippo!
I attempted to contact FedEx again and received a final noticed (Package Delivered on April 11-2021)
Now I'm out of the money, the collectors item and so done with FEDUP, please, if anything can be done I would be in your debt.

Lying about a delivery
A large box, containing an original watercolor painting, SUPPOSEDLY (according to FedEx) was delivered to the FRONT DOOR, of my home, at 30 Fairway Rd., South Yarmouth, MA on March 11th. It NEVER was delivered to that address, but was delivered to the end of the driveway of a home at 2 Snug Harbor Rd., South Yarmouth. Your driver LIED about the delivery, and FedEx would NOT follow through with my complaint! FORTUNATELY for me, the person whose driveway it was delivered to, brought the painting to me this morning! I want you to follow up on this driver, PLEASE! The tracking # of the box was #[protected].
I have been an account member of FedEx for close to 30 years - and can't tell you how very upset this episode has made me - VERY VERY disappointed in how FedEx handled my problem!
