It was said that there was an attempt to deliver my package but I know this is false because there was no slip on the door and despite sitting near the door waiting to receive my package I never even heard a knock. My suspicion that no attempt to deliver was confirmed by security cameras. I believe the reason for this is because I live in an apartment complex that requires you to walk up steps in order to make the delivery.

On August 13th in Gilroy, CA a Fed Ex driver (driving a MNX Logistics Ford Van) was seen racing a red truck (over 70 in a 40MPH zone - going west on Leavesley Ave. from the outlets (where he cut off several cars and almost causing an accident) to racing a red truck towards interstate 101 freeway where he then slammed on his brakes and almost caused another accident and subsequently started yelling obscenities at the other driver, gestures of the worst kind and then turning onto 101 going south. This happened at roughly 4PM and I followed him onto the freeway (I just happened to be going the same way) and the driver accelerated to over 80 and cut off several more drivers almost causing a chain reaction accident during heavy commute times. I could not get the license plate, but did see the driver wearing a Fed Ex uniform (purple with normal lettering) but the truck was not Fed Ex - perhaps a temporary leased vehicle? This driver is a menace and needs to be fined, suspended, or let go! This is not the type of driver a company the size of Fed Ex need or wants representing their brand. I have supplied a picture of him hiding his face, but I'm sure you can track him by the date and van number!

On 7/29/21 I was supposed to receive a package that was enroute from the Williston, VT facility, but it didn't come. Finally, on 7/30/21 it arrived badly damaged and opened. The FedEx driver told my husband as he was handed it to him, "It got crushed by other packages on top of it."

Upon inspection, none of the items I ordered were missing, but this isn't the first time we've had problems with Fedex.

My initial delivery date was scheduled for August 5. My desk did not come. I received a notification that it would be delivered the next day August 6. I received a notification that a delivery attempt was made and a reattempt will happen on the next business day. I received another notification via email that it will be delivered on August 9. I then called to speak with a representative who said the driver never attempted to deliver the package. He stated the driver said he/she was not able to deliver due to overwhelming of packages to deliver in a short span of time.
The morning of Saturday August 7th the mirror vanity desk was delivered but when I opened the package I noticed the mirror vanity desk is damaged.

this is the last time I am making this request due to damage incurred to our driveway in January 15 2921 I request no fed ex truck enter said driveway to please use a hand truck and or carry a package to back deck. this is in writing on my account with fedex. but low and behold this is the ninth time your drivers leave the deliveries on the front of the house abutting the road for any porch pirate to take it almost occurred yesterday but we interrupted that car ready to snatch the carton when we drove into our driveway. there was a large carton sitting there and an unknown driver several inches in front of it

No matter how many time I call the local office I am getting brain dead representatives that just donot get what I am asking. If they did this would not be a regular occurrence.

The side of my home faces the street. My carport entrance is closer to the street with a circular driveway that is s part of the carport entrance. The front door is farther away and has no walking entrance. I have asked drivers to leave my packages in the carport; they said they were told to only go to the front door. Common sense and observation should be noted in some instances. I keep complaining, but no change.

I am a 64 year old man and was riding my bike on Jefferson in Grosse Pointe Park MI when the driver of a FedEx truck coming toward me made a left hand turn and I had to hit the brakes to avoid being hit. As he passed me he yelled out his open passenger side to "ride on the sidewalk". He was a younger male, Caucasian, with a mid length dark beard. Here is the sign right by where this happened as attached. I have ridden my bike 4800 miles so far this year and follow traffic rules just as if driving a car. I was close to the curb going around 22mph at the time. If a driver cannot accept there are other vehicles on the road he should be fired before he kills someone. This is the worst experience I have had with a commercial driver.

I tired several times to get to talk with a person to verify the deliver to address for my package.

Here is an excerpt from an e-mail that I received today:

We would like to inform you that the shipping courier is unable to
deliver your package.

Your tracking number: Your tracking number is [protected].

Why is this an issue? Fed Ex delivered something else today.

I tried several times to get to talk with a person but the phone system cut me off.

On 7/31/21 I received a delivery from Fedex.
The package contained two one-gallon cans of paint.
The paint had leaked onto my driveway. This is where the driver dropped it off instead of bringing to front door.
The box was wet and upside down. When I opened the box, I saw that paint had leaked all over the box.
I am not happy.

Last December we were notified that a $120 piece of meat from Omaha Steaks was delivered. It never made it to us. We contacted Fedex regarding this. Ever since then we have not received good delivery service.

Items took over a week to be delivered. First it was Friday, then Saturday now Tuesday. Never use Fed Ex always use UPS as they are more reliable.

FedEx Shipment [protected]-Scheduled for delivery today 07-29-2021. Having missed a different delivery on [protected], I waited all day at the door. No delivery attempt was ever made.
Instead, I received a text notification of a delivery exception...while standing at the door! No truck/or person was ever on my block, let alone my door. No missed delivery sticker was left, since one can't be left when an attempt was not made. This is ridiculous.
For what it's worth I did contact the sender and ask them to please consider changing shipping companies going forward, as this makes both the sender and the shipper look bad.

An order of electrical equipment shipped to me never arrived.
Fedex emailed me a delivered notice as i was sitting at the computer reading my mail.
Fedex email reads, Your package has been delivered and signed for. About 3:30 p.m. local time.
No ring or knock at the door. Sitting not 12 ft. from the front door myself
at that very time!
My copy of the PROOF of DELIVERY has no delivery address or name, ( mine ) or the driver and is signed by someone name of " C. Chang. "
" NO C. CHANG HERE"
The name on the packages are Hilliard Moore with home address.

How does one miss-deliver or lose 4 packages weighing
over 30 lbs. each? Storage batteries. Value about $900.00 .
1. Wrong address?
2. Wrong name?
3. Wrong recipient?
4. Wrong signature?

5. Wrong-ly mistaken about a crime of felony proportions?

Have had several packages that were shipped to me on FedEx and they never arrived when they are supposed to! They get to FedEx location in Austell, Georgia and then it is hit or miss if you get your package! I had a package that was shown to be on the FedEx delivery truck on July 17th and wasn't delivered until 6 days later on July 23rd! It wasn't that urgent but still can't believe it rode around on there delivery truck for 6 days!
Well I have a food delivery that was supposed to be delivered on July 25th and for the third day in a row it says that is on the truck for delivery and it still hasn't been delivered and it is the July 27th! The food will be ruined before it gets here and tha just socks! FedEx is the worst delivery service I have seen and don't know how they stay in business!

Please tell drivers to stop throwing our packages over the locked gate out in the open sun & rain (like today). Packages can be left, as usps and ups do, on the left side of garage door on the ground. Also please use use the ring doorbell so we know a delivery has arrived.

A Fed Ex truck parks in a way that blocks the exit view leaving a property on NE Juanita Way. It is completely blocking the view to the west of the residents that live at 9123 NE Juanita Way in Kirkland, WA.

It is a very dangerous situation in which an accident could easily happen. Over the weekend a car was almost struck.

We have been loyal customers of Fedex for many years, we are constant senders and never complain about the fees.
The past month at least, we are so disappointed with every shipment almost. nothing arrives on time.
Next week i am giving DHL a chance, even cheaper but the reason is service and time management; ill know better next week.
We have been also receiving international packages from Fedex this past month or two, I changes the service to fedex thinking it will be my best delivery option; i was wrong! it harmed us instead of making anything better. i had two whole days i had to pay employees for hours not worked because of fedex delays. not fair!
we have a shipment going next week already with DHL because fedex cant get it to me in a timely manner.
very disappointing.

For the last three deliveries coming via fedex they state a delivery day and then post an exception that I am not home or the business is closed. But I am always home. I work at home. I count on deliveries because I am not as mobile as I once was. ( And none of my deliveries require that I am home anyway - just drop offs.) Then the delivery comes the next day or the day after that. Why lie? If you can't make the delivery until the next day, say so. If this happens only once or so, I could understand, but IT IS POLICY for them to say one thing, lie about it, and do another. How does this company stay in business?

Package was scheduled for deliver on Friday 7/23 that required signature. I was at home to receive the package but got an email that they were not able to deliver because customer was not at home... no one rang the door bell, no door tag, no truck around etc. I called customer service they said they'll try to see if they can get it delivered later in the day or on Saturday. At the end of the day, I called customer service again and they said they'll try to deliver on Sat. I woke up early on Sat to ensure I'm around to receive the package, but noticed they changed the deliver to Monday 7/26. Called customer service again, got a boilerplate response -- sorry can't do anything, can't contact the station etc.. It is by far the worst experience a company can provide to its customers. At least with this episode it is extremely clear which provider to not choose when shipping packages. Their drivers are unprofessional and lie, their station managers are clueless and their leadership is least concerned about customer service.

I want my packages left in front of the front door. That is what is in my delivery instructions says. Packages have been left on the ground, in the flower bed, on my car and on the door steps. I have had dogs to eat my 100.00 a bag cat food and rain ruin very expensive merchandise and have never filed a claim. The last driver said he couldn't come through my gate. [protected]) [protected]

I had a package delivered to my address 2908 was addressed to 2902. I called Customer Service because this package could of had a millio dollars inside and not delivered to the right address. Talked to 2 different agents because I thought the company would want to know who their employee was that could not read. Got nothing from either agent they kept talking about the tracking number and there were a lot of numbers on package but none indicated that it was a tracking number. So I ask to talk to a manager, first agent I ask for her name which she did not give me and hung up, the 2nd agent also ask for a tracking number, here again there was no number listed as a tracking number so I as to talk to a manager he also did not comply with my request.
