Late Delivery
I can't understand why Fedex can't deliver a simple envelope on time. This was supposed to arrive today, but is sitting in Texas and now Fedex says they can't figure out how to get it here for another three days.
I just want Fedex to do what they're supposed to do for once. This is all too common with them and as such, they are my last choice as a shipper.

Mattress delivery
FedEx gave Saturday, August 21st as our day of delivery for our mattress so we removed our mattress and put together our new size platform bed. We stayed home all day so we could be ready to open the downstairs door as soon as they called. We did get a call but when my husband went to the door, no one was there. We were then emailed our mattress would not be delivered until the 24th. It said there was an attempt to deliver the mattress but it was a failure. My husband called fedex and they said it was scheduled for the 24th all along. What?! We are without a bed and we have to wait for three days. I am sick. We will not order anything that fedex delivers again.
Lies/poor handling of shipments
Fed Ex driver was to drop off overnighted phone on 8/19, I was home and waiting, while downstairs she pasted noted that she missed me will try again. I called Fed Ex and explained she was told to return to address & deliver, she failed to follow through. 8/20- (I work at nt) I'm in LR with door open again waiting for her, I stay in Living room waiting and watching. At 12:56 I receive text that shipment was dropped. Call Fed Ex again and explain not true, I have cameras as well. I see Fed EX go by at 2:53pm. At 4:10 my husband comes home and finds the box under my gate to the property. Fed Ex stated there was a signature of C Charlie looked at it can't see a C or Charlie, lies. I can no longer trust this driver to deliver anything. DT106150645618 Charlene Oberly [protected]@comcast.net. Earlier delivery in wk she piled up 3 boxes in front of my door unable to get out, fire hazard. Sometime leaving boxes on sidewalk if she sees my dogs outside but inside 6ft fence, she is scared of dogs.
Desired outcome: Disciplinary action for lying and delivering boxes so cannot exit house, removed from my route cannot trust her anymore with deliveries after this incident
Driver
Fed Ex driver passed me in a construction zone posted No Passing and 25 mph speed limit. Road was being chipped sealed and loose gravel spread across the road. That is why the no passing and 25 mph speed to keep the rocks from breaking windshield. The driver pass myself and another car in this construction zone at approximately 40-45 mph peppering my vehicle with rock. At a point I caught up with him when the road crew stopped all traffic in our direction. I got out and spoke with him about his illegal activity and breaking My windshield.
I've already filled a complain but when "John" contacted me the call back number is "protected" with an numerical code...

Delivery driver very rude
08/20/21 at 10:39 am number on the truck #304667. Driver was very rude. Brought in an extremely large package and asked me where I wanted it, I wanted to make sure it was being delivered to the correct address so I bent down to look at the packing slip and as was doing so he asked my name and ran out the door leaving the package in the Lobby of the clinic. The package was too large for me to move by myself.
Tried calling the 800 number, a foreigner answers which i cannot understand. I had to search and search for how to submit a complaint on line.
The company make is very easy for these drivers to do what ever the heck they want with no repercussions- because you cannot get in touch with anyone at FedEx at a local level and most all representatives at the 800 no. are foreigners that are very difficult to understand.
It is as if FedEx wants it to be difficult to make a complaint.
Desired outcome: FedEx needs to DO BETTER!!!!!!
Unethical behaviour
We received a package yesterday, tracking no. [protected], and upon leaving, the driver drove through a landscaped section of our yard causing deep ruts, tree branches and mud throughout. It is my guess that the truck was stuck in this area and had to be towed out based on other tracks in the yard. Unfortunately, we were not at home at the time. We receive a weekly FedEx delivery every Wednesday and this was the only vehicle at our home. Please see the photos attached of the damages. I appreciate any feedback. Delivery man spit on Your American Flag!
FedEx Delivery Man spit on Our American Flag! My Granddaughter and I witnessed. I was too afraid to yell at him with her there.
I called Walmart who I ordered from, Called and wrote FedEx.
The man was never fired or at least given another route.
What still bothers me besides always having to see him! We deliver often, family of 5, during Pandemic. Now Half of the boxes are damaged, kicked, dropped or fluid dripping out from abuse.
Please can someone give me advise?
Desired outcome: He needs to be Transferred, Fired or an Apology sent to me!

We are in Boerne Tx, this happened a few minutes ago . About 2:15 not exact. This driver tailgated me in a30mph zone, then passed me, with 2 yellow lines and a no passing zone . School buses run in this area and also residents of River Mountain Ranch. It would be real bad for fedex if he kills someone, or several! These pics have been submitted to people in authority and now we give you the opportunity to fix this issue and resolve it quick. He's still up here delivering! School buses are going to be running!
Order
Fedex is the ABSOLUTE WORST shipper in the business. They have lied to me three days in a row about delivering a package, and it may now be RUINED. A $2000 acoustic guitar that is heat and humidity sensitive has been thrown around in the back of their truck for three days in 110F heat and 80% humidity. probably some POS rental truck that they use. These people should be put out of business.

We have packages that remain at FedEx Mesquite, TX for over a week. The packages need to be delivered to Ann Snoke 2010 Norman Court, Lucas TX 75002. We are in the new development and we've FedEx delivery to our address couple times a month.
We've received the notifications "Out for delivery" every day since 08/12/21 but never received. We've called to follow up more than 7 times. No-one were able to provide the answer. We called FedEx Mesquite and we were able to confirm with one of the staffs that they have our packages. He told us that we can come pick them up the next day. So, then we drove 45mins to the location we where have been told. 5 mins before we get there we called again. The lady checked and said that our packages were not available to be picked up since they are in the delivery trucks. Until now 08/19 we still don't know when we will receive our packages. Those packages are over $1, 600.
Desired outcome: Haven't got any response back from anyone from FedEx yet.

fed ex in Phoenix is the lowest you can encounter. their job is to delay as many packages as they can using BS excuses. last year it was china virus . this year is they are understaffed. all my packages have been sitting from to two to three days in Phoenix area. between Goodyear, Phoenix and Glendale.calling customer service is worse than wasting your personal time. they have their sweet excuse for everything. they are the worse from the best out of UPS USPS and FEDEX. last place and its getting worse. my overnight package with meds took a trip around the contry for 2weeks. just got it today. tracing#[protected] it took two weeks to get insuline and product was cooked. on top of everything I was told it was groung delivery. funny instate delivery but package goes to TX KS IL NM AZto wher it was shipped and next to me. 200 mile distant but probably went through 2000 miles. next package [protected] was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. than it was sitting in Phoenix again and noone knows about where it is it was shipped in the morning normal time 4:23AM but id didn't get to the final destination. again. Noone knows where it is. funny I pay for the shipping maybe inddirectly but there is no free shipping. ant that happens almost every time I get a package. I can be reached by email thank you bart

FedEx - lying about attempted delivery
It was said that there was an attempt to deliver my package but I know this is false because there was no slip on the door and despite sitting near the door waiting to receive my package I never even heard a knock. My suspicion that no attempt to deliver was confirmed by security cameras. I believe the reason for this is because I live in an apartment complex that requires you to walk up steps in order to make the delivery.
Desired outcome: For the lazy employee who didn't make an attempt to deliver my package to be terminated.
Dangerous and reckless driver - racing and cutting off others
On August 13th in Gilroy, CA a Fed Ex driver (driving a MNX Logistics Ford Van) was seen racing a red truck (over 70 in a 40MPH zone - going west on Leavesley Ave. from the outlets (where he cut off several cars and almost causing an accident) to racing a red truck towards interstate 101 freeway where he then slammed on his brakes and almost caused another accident and subsequently started yelling obscenities at the other driver, gestures of the worst kind and then turning onto 101 going south. This happened at roughly 4PM and I followed him onto the freeway (I just happened to be going the same way) and the driver accelerated to over 80 and cut off several more drivers almost causing a chain reaction accident during heavy commute times. I could not get the license plate, but did see the driver wearing a Fed Ex uniform (purple with normal lettering) but the truck was not Fed Ex - perhaps a temporary leased vehicle? This driver is a menace and needs to be fined, suspended, or let go! This is not the type of driver a company the size of Fed Ex need or wants representing their brand. I have supplied a picture of him hiding his face, but I'm sure you can track him by the date and van number!
Desired outcome: Fire that driver!
Damaged, opened box
On 7/29/21 I was supposed to receive a package that was enroute from the Williston, VT facility, but it didn't come. Finally, on 7/30/21 it arrived badly damaged and opened. The FedEx driver told my husband as he was handed it to him, "It got crushed by other packages on top of it."
Upon inspection, none of the items I ordered were missing, but this isn't the first time we've had problems with Fedex.
Desired outcome: To be reported to the Fedex facility in Williston, VT and an apology from them
Damaged mirror vanity desk
My initial delivery date was scheduled for August 5. My desk did not come. I received a notification that it would be delivered the next day August 6. I received a notification that a delivery attempt was made and a reattempt will happen on the next business day. I received another notification via email that it will be delivered on August 9. I then called to speak with a representative who said the driver never attempted to deliver the package. He stated the driver said he/she was not able to deliver due to overwhelming of packages to deliver in a short span of time.
The morning of Saturday August 7th the mirror vanity desk was delivered but when I opened the package I noticed the mirror vanity desk is damaged.
Desired outcome: Reimbursed for the cost of damaged mirror desk.
Delivery
this is the last time I am making this request due to damage incurred to our driveway in January 15 2921 I request no fed ex truck enter said driveway to please use a hand truck and or carry a package to back deck. this is in writing on my account with fedex. but low and behold this is the ninth time your drivers leave the deliveries on the front of the house abutting the road for any porch pirate to take it almost occurred yesterday but we interrupted that car ready to snatch the carton when we drove into our driveway. there was a large carton sitting there and an unknown driver several inches in front of it
No matter how many time I call the local office I am getting brain dead representatives that just donot get what I am asking. If they did this would not be a regular occurrence.
Desired outcome: listen and heed our request it so very simple to oblige
Delivery
The side of my home faces the street. My carport entrance is closer to the street with a circular driveway that is s part of the carport entrance. The front door is farther away and has no walking entrance. I have asked drivers to leave my packages in the carport; they said they were told to only go to the front door. Common sense and observation should be noted in some instances. I keep complaining, but no change.
Desired outcome: Leave package at the obvious entrance --the carport.
Grosse Pointe Park FedEx driver safety incident
I am a 64 year old man and was riding my bike on Jefferson in Grosse Pointe Park MI when the driver of a FedEx truck coming toward me made a left hand turn and I had to hit the brakes to avoid being hit. As he passed me he yelled out his open passenger side to "ride on the sidewalk". He was a younger male, Caucasian, with a mid length dark beard. Here is the sign right by where this happened as attached. I have ridden my bike 4800 miles so far this year and follow traffic rules just as if driving a car. I was close to the curb going around 22mph at the time. If a driver cannot accept there are other vehicles on the road he should be fired before he kills someone. This is the worst experience I have had with a commercial driver.
Desired outcome: An apology and use this as a safety share with the drivers.
Delivery options
I tired several times to get to talk with a person to verify the deliver to address for my package.
Here is an excerpt from an e-mail that I received today:
We would like to inform you that the shipping courier is unable to
deliver your package.
Your tracking number: Your tracking number is [protected].
Why is this an issue? Fed Ex delivered something else today.
I tried several times to get to talk with a person but the phone system cut me off.

Damaged delivery
On 7/31/21 I received a delivery from Fedex.
The package contained two one-gallon cans of paint.
The paint had leaked onto my driveway. This is where the driver dropped it off instead of bringing to front door.
The box was wet and upside down. When I opened the box, I saw that paint had leaked all over the box.
I am not happy.

Last December we were notified that a $120 piece of meat from Omaha Steaks was delivered. It never made it to us. We contacted Fedex regarding this. Ever since then we have not received good delivery service.
Desired outcome: Replace product. Do not allow this driver to deliver to me again.
