Truck drivers
Around midnight 09/17, another car was hit by a FedEx truck and spun into my lane causing me to hit their car. The FedEx truck stopped since I hit the other car into their lane, but when I came to a stop and got out, the FedEx truck had sped away. I called customer service and was informed that I'd need to wait until Monday to speak with someone about tracking the truck down, since I didn't get any numbers off of it, just visuals and when and where it happened. I will be calling back but I would love to speak with someone as I now have a totaled car and am stuck finding transportation. Before even being hit I was riding near the FedEx truck and he almost ran someone else off the road before the accident even happened. I am hurt and furious that a driver with FedEx would cause such turmoil and then run away from crashed vehicles. My car is totaled pretty much from the axle and suspension and the other car was completely totaled having spun into the barrier before I even touched him.

After being fired he was allowed to come back with a new route owner. He was allowed to work with another route . The lady at the residence has been taking chemotherapy and her medicine was in one of those boxes . He has numerous things he has done on routes. Kicking dogs and the lady came out and he stocked up his middle finger at her . Putting packages in the yard and dogs tore it up . Throwing packages on porch and breaking things . Hugging women at a att store and she reports him and said she was uncomfortable.

FedEx driver was fired from work. Owner sold the routes and they have brought back two drivers that were caught on camera throwing boxes and running mailboxes over and trash cans . They have bee reported as being a safety issue. They are running trucks with no cameras and no insurance . Also no workers Compensation. The terminal manager is very close to the new owner that took over routes . He's running the routes his self. He tells the drivers what to do . It was a accident the other day and the new owner didn't have insurance. The driver got a ticket and was hurt . He still hasn't issued workers comp . The trucks are not suppose to leave the terminal if they don't have insurance and Camera amongst other things that they may not have .

Hi, I had a fedex driver almost hit my car at 8181 Fannin st. I had parked at the mail
Location we have to pick up mail. He came with in 1 inch of hitting my car on purpose.
He got out of his truck and came around on the passenger side door, and I said to him
He almost hit my car! He said angered voice
I don't give a [censored]! Then he tried to open the passenger side door of my car thank God it was locked! This man not only almost hit my car but then tried to assault me🚨

FedEx fails to deliver.
My complaint: FedEx, the deliver company, does not deliver.
Specifics in my case are as follows. FedEx said my package would arrive at my home in Portland, OR on Thursday, 9/9/2021: "Initially expected: Thursday, 9/9/2021." It did arrive in Portland until 9/11, but FedEx has not delivered. Today, Tuesday the 14th, it still has not been delivered. The worst thing is that FedEx cannot even predict when it MIGHT be delivered. "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." The FedEx tracking number is [protected].
Desired outcome: 1) Deliver my package. 2) Go bankrupt and close down.
2 day priority shipping
purchased textbook from "Priority Textbook" with 2 day priority shipping via FedEx. Shipped the 9th of Sept. Not arriving until 16th. [protected] is fedex tracking number. no help or assistance from fedex.
Order # from sender is 237676. Shipper sent email to confirm it was shipped on the 9th.
Spent over 2 hours on the phone with FedEx to no avail.
Seller number is a constant busy signal.

Dangerous Driver
Tuesday September 14 noon
Driver came barreling onto Rainbird (main artery) from Mesa Estates rd (side str) without checking for traffic (me), forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident with the FedEx truck. Totally unsafe.
Apparently this complaint is too short, even tho the facts are represented. Let me add some characters so someone will take action...

Delivery
Multiple issues on severs occasions over the past two years. Started by leaving packages in the middle of the driveway, then leaving at the street by the mailbox not viewable from the house, now marking undeliverable (customer not available for signature) when they never attempted delivery at all. Attempts at contacting and resolving with customer service not successful at all. Thought maybe they were concerned about our dog but we do not have a fence and dog is always inside or on a leash and I noted that on our fedex delivery manager. We had zero problems for several years then suddenly they refuse to go down the driveway. One delivery person said that they aren't supposed to walk but so many feet from their trucks. We have a circle drive. Considering a parcel box but I have little faith that they would even use it at this point. It's insanely frustrating! If it rains, undeliverable, if the carrier doesn't feel like it, undeliverable. If I knew of any other reasonable explanation as to why they refuse to do their job and put the package on our porch, away from pirates, weather, and moving vehicles, I would gladly make accommodations to make their job easier.
Desired outcome: DELIVER TO OUR PORCH, AS SCHEDULED!
UPDATE: After a few complaints via phone calls to the customer service number, FINALLY a rep forwarded the complaint to the “station”. I received a call from the contractor that has has taken over our route and the issue seems to have been resolved! ASK FOR THE INFORMATION TO BE SENT TO THE STATION. Apparently that isn’t procedure until you’re about to scream your bloody head off. Kudos to the contractor on our route for handling it personally and ensuring the issue has been resolved.
Ignoring request to leave at door, packages are being left at mailbox beside a main highway. Also about 1/4 mile from house. High possibility of being stolen or weather damaged!

I was driving home today 9/10/21. I was getting on I-20 from 35W, and traffic was backed up so I stayed in the exit lane for campus drive. The driver of the truck in the picture used the shoulder to get further up in line and force his way into the lane I was in. I took the picture just before exiting on campus drive because I saw he had forced his way into the lane that did not exit. Driving like that was the full cause of the traffic jam. By the time I made it around to Anglin Ave and crossed the bridge over I20 the flow had started moving with no emergency vehicles or construction in site.
Express home delivery
Paid $249 for next day delivery from Laguna to Bonsall, CA, still haven't received the item and customer support marks your file as you complained so they are now holding my item hostage.
Called customer service multiple times with no resolution. Asked to be transferred to a manager or supervisor; every customer service agent flat out refused the request.
Worst customer service and experience. The last time Fed-Ex so called came to my home the delivery driver lied about making an attempt to deliver.
Horrible experience and I will be sure to take my business elsewhere and will not buy from sellers who use Fed-Ex.

Delivery service
I have spent 2 days at home, missing 2 days of work waiting for a package because I have to sign for it. The first day the driver marked that he attempted to deliver my package at 526p but the package was undeliverable because noone was home, I was home all day waiting and watching but noone ever came to my house with a delivery and I have security camera footage to prove this. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day by 430p and at 1257p I got a new update that it would be delivered by 8p. I filed a complaint ([protected]) on the driver for flat out lying about attempting a delivery the first day, but that fell on deaf ears because I have yet to receive a call from the complaint department. I have called FedEx to get some kind of assistance and assurance but they just repeat the same info I get from my updates. FedEx is absolutely ridiculous and I would've never chosen them to deliver my package but I didn't make that choice. Horrible service and I cannot speak to all of the drivers but the one who was/is supposed to deliver my package is the worst. Photo attached is for the time the driver said he attempted delivery.

They did the same thing to me and now I'm dealing with it again. I don't even know how they are able to get away with stealing from people.
Poor/Lazy delivery
A box a big box but not that heavy because I had to carry it the rest of the way to my door 2 floors. this seems to be an ongoing problem with your drivers being to lazy to do there job correctly. And its just not large boxes its small boxes as well. my door is not hard to find it has a number right on the front of it so why are boxes being left where ever?
Desired outcome: None because your people will do nothing about it as always. Good day
Bad Driver
At 2:40 PM today I was driving north on Highway 109 in Sumner County from Gallatin, TN. A FedEx delivery truck came up from behind at a high rate of speed. He ran right up on a vehicle in the right lane and then swerved to the left lane in front of me. I could see he was using his cellphone as he passed. As a retired law enforcement I can say he was doing at least 80 in a 55 and using a cellphone is a violation of state law and 49CFR. He was later stopped at traffic light, still on his cell phone, so I was able to get the vehicle information. Truck 410806 Tag 45768H1 TN.
Desired outcome: Driver needs to find a new job before he hurts someone!
Package is sitting at their Ellenwood Georgia facility for 8 days

My package has been in Ellenwood Georgia since 08/29/21 with a delivery date of 08/30/21. I have called everyday since then and am told it is leaving that day and will be delivered to Panama City Florida that day.
Today even though the online shipping information says it is on the truck and will be delivered today - I was told by a supervisor that it is STILL in Ellenwood Georgia and they are closed until Tuesday!
I have yet to receive a follow up call from any of my calls as promised and they are daily updating their online tracking status with FALSE INFORMATION.
I simply want them to do their job and deliver my package.

Unethical behavior
September 3rd, 2021 11:08am CST in Cameron, MO
Going west on BB/E Evergreen St a FedEx truck pulled out of Cameron Medical Center in front of us and threw a Monster Energy Drink can out the right side. We followed closer to get the truck info and it didn't have a plate but it had a truck number 405101. The truck turned into the Dollar General Store on 401 E Evergreen and I yelled out the passenger window "PICK UP YOUR TRASH, DUDE" and he looked out the driver's side and laughed and flipped me off.
My city is not your trashcan.
Desired outcome: FedEx should force the driver to retrieve his can from the side of the road.
Scheduling Deliveries
My package is late again. Now estimated to deliver two days after initial scheduled delivery date. In these days of advanced technology, why is Fedex so far behind everyone else? I work in logistics and if we don't make our promised delivery date we are fined and charged. Going forward, I will always check the shipping company and look for another item if it is shipped by Fedex. This is unacceptable.

I have been having trouble with FedEx deliveries for the past 5-6 months!
First they were dropping boxes in front of my garage, which I cannot see from inside my house so packages had been left out over night because I did not know they were there.
I cannot believe the drivers are that lazy that the cannot walk up the ramp and put them on the front porch, where they should be placed!
After I filed a phone complaint with FedEx, I put delivery instructions with my orders. Then the driver would place the packages in front of the door so the door could not be opened without moving the packages. So... I redefined the delivery instructions to say to place packages on my porch 'beside the door'. Shouldn't that be common sense?
Yesterday 9/1/2021) I caught the driver standing in my flower bed tossing the boxes over rail onto the porch! He got an ear full! One box of medical supplies was damaged in doing so.
I have never had an issue with any other delivery service - UPS, USSP or Amazon - placing boxes anywhere other then on the front porch next to the door. Yet, FedEx, even with instructions, cannot get it right!
Desired outcome: Better delivery training for their drivers!
