Scheduling Deliveries
My package is late again. Now estimated to deliver two days after initial scheduled delivery date. In these days of advanced technology, why is Fedex so far behind everyone else? I work in logistics and if we don't make our promised delivery date we are fined and charged. Going forward, I will always check the shipping company and look for another item if it is shipped by Fedex. This is unacceptable.

I have been having trouble with FedEx deliveries for the past 5-6 months!
First they were dropping boxes in front of my garage, which I cannot see from inside my house so packages had been left out over night because I did not know they were there.
I cannot believe the drivers are that lazy that the cannot walk up the ramp and put them on the front porch, where they should be placed!
After I filed a phone complaint with FedEx, I put delivery instructions with my orders. Then the driver would place the packages in front of the door so the door could not be opened without moving the packages. So... I redefined the delivery instructions to say to place packages on my porch 'beside the door'. Shouldn't that be common sense?
Yesterday 9/1/2021) I caught the driver standing in my flower bed tossing the boxes over rail onto the porch! He got an ear full! One box of medical supplies was damaged in doing so.
I have never had an issue with any other delivery service - UPS, USSP or Amazon - placing boxes anywhere other then on the front porch next to the door. Yet, FedEx, even with instructions, cannot get it right!
Desired outcome: Better delivery training for their drivers!
Late package delivery with no helpful response
I have been awaiting a package that has been sitting at the Perrysburg facility since August 19th and was originally supposed to be delivered by August 23rd, then was stated to be delayed and to be delivered by the 28th.
I have now called the facility 4 times. The first 3 times I was told the package would be pulled and delivered the following day. The 4th time I called I was basically hung up on.

Desired outcome: To be told if my package will be delivered or has been damaged / lost so I can contact the seller to figure out the next step.

Do not use FEDEX . They are horrible. They have lost 2 packages in the last 3 weeks the were delivered to the wrong address. One of my packages was a 300.00 Gazebo. Their customer service stinks. They have no clue what happened and all they can say is contact your shipper for replacement. Funny UPS can get my packages to me same as Prime. But good old Fedex drivers do not know how to use a GPS. lol. Stay away from this shipper and save yourself the headaches.
Desired outcome: Was none. Had to reorder and I had it delivered to a drop off site. The only was to ensure I would get my packages.
Won't deliver my item, won't admit that they've probably lost it.
Every day for FIVE DAYS FedEx has said that my package is "out for delivery" and then claimed that it was returned to the warehouse because a delivery was not possible. This makes no sense since I've had many packages delivered to this address in the past. There is no reason why they can't deliver it. I have tried everything to get ahold of a real person and get help. This item cost more than $200 and I have absolutely no faith that I will ever see it at this point. Now I really just want a human being to explain to me what the hell is going on. I'd be willing to drive out to the warehouse, I'd be willing to pick it up at a FedEx store, I'd be willing to take a refund and get the item returned, I just really want this nightmare to be over.
Desired outcome: I want my item / I want it returned, whichever is possible at this point.
Delivery 'Service'
This is an ongoing problem. Fedex lies constantly. Their entire system is based upon lies and I am worse than sick of it. It is seriously affecting my life and health.
I have no transportation so it is necessary that I use online shopping and the only 3 carriers in existence in the USA - ? And why on earth is THAT?
Fedex and UPS both lie. I spend whole days waiting at this address, with the gate to the property open, because they say my packages are on the truck, coming that day, out for delivery. Then this lie goes on and on. The next day, the day after that, etc. I am stuck for days at a time here on the property in a vain attempt to collect what I purchased. Life is too short for this kind of treatment from anyone! My life literally revolves around the whims of FEDEX. Worse than absurd!
I am now in day 4 of the same lie. Saturday, on truck, out for delivery. Sunday, same. Monday, same. Tuesday, same. Yes, I have called multiple times. I have written. No one 'gets back to me'. The employees are simply hired to lie and take the rage from the public while the corporation makes money by screwing the public.
They literally could Not care less.
And if I hear one of these 'representatives' try to use the excuse of a hurricane one more time I am going to lose it. All Lies! Just garbage. I know when and where such weather threats are! They just USE any excuse they can, as all liars do.
I hate to say it, but this is Exactly the crap which we all expect from corporate America! You don't have to lie, people! Just have the courage and compassion to be less self-serving and more honest.
This is not too much to ask of anyone.
Desired outcome: CHANGE FEDEX'S SYSTEM OF LIES OR FINE THE HELL OUT OF THEM FOR STEALING DAYS/WEEKS OUT OF OUR LIVES!

Fedex Customer Support-Claims
Concerning Case #0719615051, Tracking no: 280630536338; ship/Received Date: 07/19/2021, I am resubmitting photographs of seven documents and a close up photo of the contested pendant. To re-cap the incident, in June I ordered the attached pendant from Legasy Saint Jewelry (LSJ) through a company called Etsy. As you may see in the attached documentation, the purchase date was June 13, 2021 and the return date was June 17, 2021. I was unhappy with the product. Etsy informed me to contact the vendor (LSJ) to get instructions on returning this pendant. I sent it back to LSJ via FedEx Tracking No. 280630536338. I insured the item for $700 and asked for a signed return receipt. I don't know what happened after that but LSJ has not contacted me despite phone calls and emails. The actual cost of the pendant totaled $635.99 plus $19.52 shipping cost.
All receipts and photos of receipts and documents are openable by clicking on the attached PDF scan 0004.pdf and by looking at the second photo: topazpendant..jpg. The total amount owed to me is $655.51. Fedex claims it doesn't know what happened to the box but I certainly have proof that they charged me, sent it, and it was insured with a requirement for a signature from LSJ. If this item cannot be found, then I am claiming a loss from FedEx.

International Priority 2 day shipping - significant delivery delay

On Monday, June 14, 2021 I paid to get this package delivered internationally to the country of St. Kitts and Nevis. Due to the urgency, I paid for priority 2 day delivery. As of June 17th 2021, the package was still in a holding facility in the state of TN(still in the US). After several attempts to contact fedex regarding the delay, I was told there were some backlogs that fedex had to clear in order to ship my package out of the country. Following days... June 18th, 19th yielded no specific explanation on their tracking website as to the current location of the package(it was still showing TN). Customer service kept providing conflicting information depending on who I got to speak to. As of June 19th, I started requesting for a refund since the express service I paid for had not been met on time. Again depending on who I spoke to, I either got the reassurance that fedex will reimburse for the delay. The package eventually arrived after one week(instead of 2 days)!. After several failed attempts to get a credit or reimbursement, I decided to report this to my bank. That claim was denied because fedex had stated that the delivery delay was caused by the pandemic lockdown in St. Kitts. That was a falsified information, because as of June 14th and 15th, the country had not yet initiated the 48 hour curfew, and the package was still in TN at that time(way past the 2 day delivery I paid for). Now every attempt to reach a fedex supervisor/manager has proven futile as the customer reps have been very rude for the most part and unwilling to transfer my call to speak with a supervisor. That is after they would have placed me on several minutes hold only to return with "I am sorry but you cannot speak with a supervisor as we are unable to honor your request"
I need a compensation for the failure, deceit and lack of timely service delivery. I need a refund> I paid for express service which ended up being a regular delivery. Fedex should be held responsible for this.
Driver Not obeying the law !
I was visiting a business today [protected] ) in Long Beach, Washington. When I arrived at the address ( 111 Bolstad Ave E, ) at 1:57 p.m., I noticed there was almost no place to park, and the pictured Fedex wagon was parked across 3 parking spaces, one of them being a handicapped parking space. I am handicapped but was unable to use the space, due to the selfishness of the driver. The driver was actually in the business that I visited, but did not seem to be doing Fedex business. I should have called the local police, since the driver was inside for a period of time. This kind of selfishness needs to be dealt with ! All identifying numbers are in the photo.

I received a package from you yesterday delivered by FedEx. I have had four complaints with that company. They left my order from you, over a 100 yards from my house on a mail road leaning against our mailbox. It was in the afternoon and could have sat there until Monday. There are two AirB&Bs on either side of us with strangers there all the time. This company has done this over and over. They are lazy as can be and this NEVER happens with UPS or the USPS. You guys are the absolute WORST delivery service I have EVER used! For the past 5 packages you haven't failed to not deliver it on time. It's really fun to see that a package is going to get delivered on a day then halfway through the day to just go nope not coming today. One of my packages arrived in Utah on Thursday and all day yesterday you did absolutely nothing with it. It was just sitting in the warehouse for a whole day doing nothing then today you go, oh we need to get this out, good thing our customers don't expect speedy and efficient deliveries. There is a reason you hide your customer service number and make it so hard to contact you. It's cause you know how much you suck and if you had a number it would be ringing nonstop.

I have never been lied to as much as I have been by FedEx employees in my life and they are very rude to I I order something and they say they they use FedEx I want buy it from them I'll by it elsewhere I won't buy anything from RockAuto anymore because you guys ship for them you guys cost me a lot of money cuz you guys screwed up and didn't deliver packages on time you let them sit in your Warehouse too long I know you guys lied about it that's all you guys know how to do is lie lie lie very very poor company or business

Fed EX delivery stepping on flowers and throwing package.
FED EX delivery has a history of throwing our packages on the porch and stepping on our flower garden instead of walking onto the porch. We have requested for delivery drivers to no do this in the past. We have recieved equipment/devices damaged in the past from packages tossed onto the porch or landing in the flower garden. This happened recently with FedEx Shipment [protected] - 8/27/21
Desired outcome: Delivery drivers to properly come on porch and place delivery down and not step on flower garden.
Delivery Issue
It took Fedex 1 day to transport my package from Missouri-> Kansas->Chicago, IL. Now it bounces around for 4 days in Chicago, IL and still cannot get a commitment on a date of delivery and is literally in the same city. This is not the first time I have encountered this and seems to be an ongoing issue with Fedex

By complaining, FraudEx punishes the complainant by holding back the scheduled days of redelivery.

The drivers of FedEx trucks
What is the official FedEx policy regarding FedEx trucks using peoples personal driveways to turn around in? Just happened at my residence again today. One of their trucks made a delivery across the street and once the delivery driver was done he got back into his truck and pulled into my driveway to turn around instead of driving 100 yards to the end of the street and using the street turn around. I don't like it and would like it to stop. I tried to call FedEx customer service department but was on hold for 20 minutes so thought of this as an alternate to ask.
Desired outcome: Drivers will turn around in the turn around in the street.

We have a drive thru driveway with a BIG sign that says PRIVATE Driveway, no Trespassing. The driver continues to ignore this because he's to lazy to go around the block. He's been warning by me before and by my husband today. He lies! He's been told we have little kids, dog and other animals. If this happens again I will block the road and call the police next time. If he should injury anyone or anything in my yard you will be dealing with the consequence and l want a response back to this complaint and you can tell me what you intend to do with the driver who doesn't seem to listen! 8/26/2021
Leaving packages in driveway
At least one of our local (Zipcode 27703) delivery drivers has over the last few months started leaving packages in front of the garage door instead of on the front porch. Not only is this an open invitation to thieves, but it has a very real potential of someone backing a car out of their garage and running over an unseen package.
Desired outcome: Resume leaving packages at front door, preferably behind any available obstruction.

Tracking number ([protected]) states package was left "at front door" on 08/21/21 but package was NOT delivered to my residence. Fedex phone numbers are all automated and just keep telling me my package was delivered. It was obviously left at the wrong address and the shipper has stated they have been told it was delivered so they will do nothing. This package was a set of sheets from Sheex and cost over $120.00 plus tax plus $7.99 shipping.

You are 100% correct. I've come to feel that reading is not required for employment. I also feel that complaining to them results in some type of "punishment" they levy against you. For example, I received notification that a package would be delivered on Sunday, August 22, 2021. The driver didn't even attempt delivery, but left a door tag at some other address. He/she noted that "customer was not available". So it was taken back to the office. I complained that in fact I was home all day Sunday. I next requested that I would pick the package up at a local drop off point. It was next scheduled for Tuesday, August 24. Did not happen. Next was Wednesday, Now today Thursday. No show. The last text I received is that delivery is scheduled for Friday, August 27. Doubt it. Calling the complaint number means nothing. They promise that someone will call (3 times) but no one has reached out. My package cost me $189.00.
3rd shipping container damaged by fedex!!!
For the third time within four weeks, I have received a package delivered to me through the fedex facility in williston, vermont, that has been damaged. This time, it looks like the packaging tape was partially stripped off, one side of the box crushed and slit open all the way around the corner - see photos.
I contacted fedex to file a second complaint (my first complaint was for two separate deliveries on 7/30 an 8/17 that had been damaged).
I told them that since this has happened three times now, that I feel they were deliberately vandalized at the williston facility. They said they "took this seriously" and "someone would contact me."
So far, no contact from fedex.
Since this has happened three times, I will also being filing complaints with the better business bureau. If it keeps happening, I will pursue legal action.
Desired outcome: Investigation and report to me.
Looks like a PC that I had shipped from Burlington to OH. One corner of the box was squished when I received it... Not a good sign. When I opened it, the computer was smashed. I'm talking a steel cased tower. The motherboard inside was actually broken. Like seriously, how does a shipping company do that much damage to a parcel without throwing it on purpose?
I know what you mean! I've seen some YouTube videos of them throwing the packages onto people's porches!
