FedEx FedEx Express

Re Tracking # [protected] ... was supposed to be delivered 07/02/2022 by 1:30pm. At 1:29pm I rec'd an email stating the delivery would not be made until the next business day (07/05/22) because "Customer not available or business closed � Access is controlled by customer." I was here, at my condo waiting all day, phone in hand and tracking online the movement of my tv from Best Buy to be delivered via FedEx Express... and did NOT receive a call from the guard house call box, front door call box, nor to my cell number provided to Fed Ex that access was needed. Many deliveries are made to my community, building, and myself without issue and this is either the driver lying or a FedEx policy to lie to customers. I'm home sick and my current TV died so obviously wanted it replaced asap to help pass the time. Otherwise I would have picked it up myself. Shame, shame, shame on you FedEX. I could have ordered the same tv from Amazon and confident they would not have screwed up the delivery.

FedEx Failed delivery two days in a row

The fedex delivery driver has failed to make it to the correct address two days in a row with my couch delivery. I spent all day yesterday and no one came to my door. I received a text that it was a failed delivery due to no one being home- I called customer support and told them that no one came to my house and he said he would give them instructions to leave at front door and contact me if they had any trouble ... the SAME thing happened today but I was at the end of my driveway when they said the delivery failed attempt due to no one being home and saw no truck. I'm furious because there should be no reason why this happened a second time in a row and now I will not get my couch delivered until after the 4th of July. I've contacted customer support immediately after I got the text of failed delivery and I'm pretty sure they read a script because he told me the exact same thing the other guy did yesterday which obviously is not helpful. I live out in the country and my neighbors driveway is parallel with mine - they have a gate I do not- there should be no reason why they could not come down my driveway to delivery my couch. I am 35 weeks pregnant and picking it up at location is not an option.

The customer support said there was nothing he could do to get me in contact with The driver or local office and just kept repeating the same thing the other guy did the day before. It's extremely frustrating.

I even downloaded the app and put in delivery instructions manually and that did not help.

I am extremely upset and would like someone to contact me ASAP about my package so that I can make sure they get to my address because apparently they cannot read the correct numbers on mailbox.

FedEx Your delivery service in general, from the online tracking to the behind the scenes and the transit system....

Prior to early 2020 I've never had a problem with your delivery. Now its the worst. My package is sitting for 6 days at the phoenix facility. If its on the move - its NOT showing up in the tracker. It should take 3 days tops to get it to me-UNACCEPTABLE! I am contacting the company I order from to implore them to switch to ups. GET IT TOGETHER.

Desired outcome: PLEASE get it together. Your employees don't care about their jobs & aren't doing their best b/c management & higher ups care about their bottom line over the client & the people the packages go to. become reliable again

FedEx package delivery

Received door tag for missed delivery on a Saturday, 6/25/2022. I signed the door tag and placed it on the door to leave package when second delivery attempt was made, 6/26/2022. I remained by the door all day waiting for delivery on the 26th. Get notice in the evening of delivery exception saying that I wasn't home. This is a lie. There was no attempt made and no door tag left. This seems to be common practice with FedEx.

Desired outcome: I want my package or just hold my item at a fedex hub for me to pickup.

FedEx Fedex Delivery Service

Fedex delivery driver was suppose to delivery my goods at 0842 via text message alert but instead at 0843 the text message alert read, Delay Customer not available or business closed!

I stay in an apartment complex that I see Fedex trucks come and go, I was in my apartment waiting for the package to get here, but instead got this message saying what I posted. Funny thing is my doorbell wasn't rang nor was there a knock on my door. Also, my package didn't need a signature so they could've scanned it and left it at my door step, where later I would receive an alert text saying package delivered!

I called Fedex several times today to complain because this has happened to me twice by Fedex. Fedex customer service agents apologized like they are suppose to do but didn't have any other solution but that I would now have to pick it up at the Fedex in Walgreens or wait until Monday! They also said they will try and get ahold of the delivery driver, saying that they will contact them and I should get it by 1630 (4:30 p.m.). Well, that didn't happen so I called them again, and again they told me the same thing. It's Friday June 24, 2022 at 7:56 p.m. and still no package.

I want to know from Fedex how does this happen? The apartment complex opens up at 7 a.m. so the business was open. Yes we have a gate, but like I said before I've seen the Fedex truck park on the side go into the office and the office lets them in the gait. Lastly, how do we even know they even made an attempt? The scanner I'm assuming has the option to post (Delay Customer not available or business closed), if they are lazy and don't want to complete their job. There was no notice at my door saying sorry we missed you, with delivery options, and again I didn't sign up for my package needing a signature so why didn't they scan it and leave it at my door? The fact that this is the second time this has happen is terrible and policies doesn't seem like they are being followed, let alone the Fedex agents going the extra mile to get some type of solution instead of what I received. Below I have attached the alerts I got from Fedex, the whole point in signing up for alerts is to be not only aware but availabe to receive your package otherwise what's the point! I want answers from their corporate office as to why delivery drivers do this. Also, why was this delivery driver not able to re-deliver my package, with all the time that was alloted.

Desired outcome: I want my package delivered today or tomorrow not on Monday!

FedEx Reckless FedEx Ground Tractor Trailer Driver

June 18th, 9:30 AM, I-84 East just past Matamoras, PA on the Port Jervis, NY side of the border, a FedEx Ground tractor trailer intentionally tried to run my family out of the passing lane and off of the road on the steep uphill grade in that section of the interstate.

ID# on the truck was FEDZ562052.

Desired outcome: Get this person off the road.

FedEx Ground and express

After 7 years I am speechless at how degraded the service from FedEx has become. I run small business. I can handle late packages, transit delays, but lying and false attestations are another matter entirely. I have literally stood there - and my customers also, as the screen pops up "attempted delivery failed", with the truck driver not even present and probably in a parking lot somewhere marking packages as "I tried". I have had packages that have been signed as "delivered" with no signature required - while my customers have stood there. I have then shipped out replacement goods with signature required and had the customer literally stand there as a POD comes through, signed by the driver and they are no where to be found. The same product "lost" twice, which really translates to "stolen by driver". I have had packages in Philadelphia and Los Angeles and West Virginia all suffer the same fate. I've even had packages where signature required was left at the wrong house - it wasn't even an occupied house! Shipping with FedEx has become a nightmare with them standing by their policy of only paying out $1000 on vintage items even when the driver has stolen the goods. FedEx used to actually be a premium service and now it is a company that hires cons. And arguing with them or talking to FedEx does absolutely no good, they hire the same drivers, take no enforcement action and literally cover them for theft and signing for packages themselves. It is atrocious. after 7 years we are closing our account, my hard earned discounts gone, but what am I supposed to do? Stay with a company that is literally lying to us and letting drivers steal packages? I'm so angry.

Desired outcome: For Fedex to correct their drivers and stop treating their customers as liars.

FedEx fedex delivery

on june 16th while waiting on my package to be delivered the fedex driver pulled up sat in my driveway for about five minutes and did not deliver my packages but was fixing and getting everyone elses packages to be delivered to them and then when i am trying to track my package to see where its at said theres been a delay on getting it to me and i am unable to track it however it is supposed to be delivered to me today

FedEx LIAR about attempted delivery

June 13, 2022

My new company’s equipment is supposed to arrive today. I am literally sitting at home whole day to wait for the package. Rec’d an email around 4:40 pm that there was “DELAY” at 4:26 pm because “Customer was not available or business closed”. Absolutely lie. I have ring doorbell and security system. Checked my ring app. No one showed up between 3 and 4:40 pm.

Now, I have to wait for another day.

Desired outcome: Deliver my package as promised by 8 pm today!

FedEx Delivery attempt liars

I received a text a few minutes ago, claiming that a delivery attempt was made. Liars! I'm literally sitting by an open window, waiting for the car mats that were supposed to be delivered days ago. No one attempted to deliver anything! I call and complain, which gets me nowhere. I have no options but to wait for the next business day, I can't go pick it up, they're not going to actually deliver it today, nothing. Just now I receive another text, stating it is delayed until tomorrow! Worst customer service ever, and I sell online too, going to remove Fedex as a shipping option for my buyers.

FedEx Overnight Delivery with Signature

I have been tracking a package since it left for delivery. Had someone at our door at all times to ensure we could sign for perishable goods. I received a text while in my house at the door that a delivery had been attempted. There is no way the driver even came down our private road without our knowledge. No tag left. I called Customer Service within minutes of the text. Called twice as now I have to wait until 2:30 to ensure it’s back at the shipment center in a different city than the delivery address. I have to be there in person with ID to sign while having to leave my station as a caregiver for a stage 4 cancer patient. This is insane.

Desired outcome: Refund and Apology, Driver should be written up or fired

FedEx Delivery of package

My package was left sitting in a water puddle under my big picture window. I did contact fedex that said theres nothing they can do as they are not resposible for what smartpost delivery does. They also said the driver noted the package was left at the front door. My big picture window is about 20 ft from my front door. With no overhang so everything in the package is soaked

FedEx Reckless driving

I was driving on the BQE today Wednesday June 8th at 5:25 am and the FedEx driver in question attempted to swerve from the center lane to the left lane. When he almost hit myself and another car he swerved into the entry (right lane) to the highway and drive through the entrance lane and into the safety zone forcing his way back into the highway. The driver then proceeded to speed from the Brooklyn bridge past the metropolitan Ave exit of the parkway at speeds that exceeded 70 mph.

FedEx Cannounced accountence

I was told my package from FedEx is waiting at FedEx for delivery because no one was here to sign for it. I had to pay $1.95 in order to have it shipped to me. I called to decline the payment after I saw it was not FedEx and there was no answer with the number that was given, even though it clearly states I was able to do so. I called my card and they told me I had to get in contact with y'all, to not charge anything else to my card. I recalled the number over and over again still no answer. So I decided to look up the phone number and file this complaint. Even though the charge is still pending on my card my customer service said that because of this not being FedEx that they could try another fraudulent charge. I am trying to stop this before it happens.

Desired outcome: Pay my $1.95, back

FedEx Fedex lying about fake delivery attempt

I applied for an visa, and my passport was mailed back to me via FedEx. My flight is tomorrow, and my passport is scheduled to arrive today. I got up at 8am waiting for my phone call/doorbell, nothing. And suddenly FedEx sent me an email saying that they attempted to deliver the package but I am not home. This is simply a lie, a very costly one because now I need to cancel my flight due to this delay. I have had similar experiences with FedEx's lies before, how can they keep getting away with such blatant lies? This is simply illegal.

FedEx Package not delivered

For two days I’m waiting for a package that is on a truck to be delivered, at the same time both days I get a text message saying “Made a delivery attempt: Don’t wait and pick up your package at the FedEx facility.” I was standing in front of my apartment BOTH DAYS talking to the Superintendent and a neighbor. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE! I was standing right in front of my apartment when the text message came through my phone. This company seems to be going downhill, lying to their customers as I see in all the other reviews that they are making attempts to deliver. This is a scam, they never make an attempt and want you the customer. To go pick up your package? Your a delivery service, do your job or go out of business already and stop lying to your customers.

FedEx Speeding driver

We got a new young female driver several weeks ago. She flies up our driveway so fast that if a child or animal got in her way they would get hit. She says she’s scared of our dogs. Ok but speeding has nothing to do with it. She goes so fast my security camera can’t catch her. But I’ve had it! Today 5/29/22 @ 11:00 am CST, FedEx driver sped on a privately owned driveway/county registered lane, again! She has been asked twice to slow down but she continues to ignore my request. We have 2 children, 5 dogs and 4 cats on the property. What do you think is going to happen if she runs over one of them?

Desired outcome: Driver should be changed to a different route or fired if she can’t follow the law.

FedEx Delivery

I recieved a email that my"express overnight delivery" will be delivered today' (5/27/2022"before"12:00 pm", so, since packages get stolen from inside the building,"I went outside, and stood next to the building entrance at"11:25" am, to wait for the delivery that was to be arriving before"12:00 noon. However, nobody showed up, after"12:30"I checked my email"tracking", it said" (*a attempt to deliver was made at "11:42:am", although I was standing there, at the buildings entrance, nobody showed up to attempt to deliver anything. So I called fed-ex customer care* (what a joke)"the rep named luis, told me he put a notice in, saying the deliver is very important, that he will contact the driver and he will deliver again before"1:30"this same day. I was suspecious about what he just told me, because it was"12:45"pm when he told me that, so I asked him again, for clarification on when it was going to be redelivered, because it was only"45"minutes from that moment when he told me, I explained to the rep,"are you sure sir", i'm asking because it's only"45 minutes from now* (1:30)* he assured me, "yes", ok, so I went back downstairs and stood up against the building to wait for the delivery that was now coming before"1:30". I waited again at the entrance, again not anyone showed up again, I called fed-ex again, and I was told by a different rep, that they can't contact driver's, so he looked it up, and repeated the same story that I had just told him, that it says that's, "a delivery was attempted st"11:42", but driver could not get in. Again, I was standing at the entrance waiting, the second rep, told me that the first rep told me wrong information, that he couldn't contact the driver to request he return to deliver. He saïd he was submitting the information to the supervisor, I asked if there was someone I personally could contact to complain, because it's a lie that he /she attempted a delivery, with me standing at the entranceway at the time the driver reported he attempted, but was able to gain assess.. I tried looking online to make a complaint about the lie, and never recieving my very important package, it's why it was sent"* (express overnight delivery)* the rep also stated, they will not attempt to deliver this package again, because the sender put restrictions on the delivery, which means, be was telling me, that I will not have it delivered again, not the same package because of the request made by the sender, they put restrictions on that service. So, o did just that, I contacted the sender, sounded like they were in india, or somewhere with the same strong, heavy accent. The sender was not understanding anything I explained, she told me, that the overnight delivery takes from"3' to"5"days before it arrives. I explained over and over that today it was scheduled for delivery because I recieved the email notification stating it was overnight definitely for today, before"12:00"noon. Which it was never an attempt to deliver made at all. But, this rep from the sender said,", to wait, "3" to"5" days for that overnight rush order to be delivered, so I still had 3 to 2 days more to wait. I explained"3" times to the rep. That it was being delivered on

"today", that today was the delivery date, that's what the rep stated so I gave up trying to get her to understand, I told her, ", ok, i'm going to wait another"3"to"6"days, just to show you what i'm saying.. That's my status now. I still have no delivery, nobody knows anything, nobody knows what's going on, and I have no way to file a complaint against fed-ex, or complain about the driver never attempted to deliver as he repotted. No recourse, at all.. So, still i'm without that important piece of delivery, important enough to be sent via overnight express.. I will make a report here for the next"3"to"5"days. I must say, the way this country has dumbed down, and worst, I have no faith that I will get this package, never, but, i'm going to see what they do, which i'm sure is going to be nothing. And the sender, wow.. This is a indication and measurement of where the country is today. On it's death bed, and the people lack morality, are non-caring, only cares about seif. It's really a huge sign of this"country' s status.. It's truly sad to see.

Desired outcome: That it's delivered today, or tomorrow. But, I Know that's ASKING for The IMPOSSIBLE.

FedEx Reckless driver

Headed to work on Friday May 27, 2022 around 11:05 am on county road CW watertown WI. I was driving at 60mph when a fedex truck came up behind me going over 85mph passed a motorcycle in a double yellow line nearly missed a vehicle going in the opposite direction and passed me on a double yellow line. License plate number was 131 7xxx. Not sure what the last 3 numbers were.
