FedEx Deliveries to my home


I’ve been doing business with FedX for many many many years and I will now part ways, discontinue use, cease shopping at companies that use them, due to the incompetence and laziness of a driver or drivers on my route. It is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. They leave my packages everywhere and anywhere resulting in broken items, smashed or soaked boxes or never received items, boxes thrown into bushes damaging not only the box & contents but killing the bush they’re thrown into, if they ever get to me at all! The unfortunate persons who end up with my boxes at their door have thrust upon them the sudden job of dragging my sometimes heavy, awkward shaped boxes to my home in all sorts of weather without the benefit of being paid for their services. It is embarrassing to me (I am handicapped) and unfair to them. UPS and USPS have no problems or trouble finding my home. And there is GPS. I’ve spent precious phone time and this has attributed to undo stress with no results. I refuse to have FedX causing my neighbors further inconveniences and stress with x results. FedEx Lost packages

My products were supposedly delivered on December 30th, they evidently were delivered to the wrong home, because I do not have them. Chewy did an investigation, and could not find my packages, and I have been unsuccessful in getting any help whatsoever from FedEx. I need my packages, I have filed a formal complaint against FedEx in the past. I am disabled, I need my packages delivered to my house. Just cannot understand how stuff gets dropped off at the wrong house. It's unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I want the driver to figure out where he brought my packages? It should not be that hard.

FedEx Fedex loses valuable art!

We purchased art at an art auction in November and was looking forward to having it delivered today (January 8, 2023). We received an email stating it was delivered this morning at 9:29AM. It was not at the front door as the email stated. Further, a photo showing "proof" was attached. The photo was blurry and showed concrete with a small object on the corner...not sure what it was, but not our package. The driver clearly was lazy. I immediately contacted Fedex to get them to message the driver, but they refused...saying they're not allowed to contract the driver. I completed the report and will contact the Art Dealer Monday. We live in Land O' Lakes, Florida. Fedex clearly does not care. They used to be a really great company, but no more! I have attached a photo "proof".

Desired outcome: Find the art, or pay out a lot of money!

FedEx Delivery

According to FedEx tracking, my order [protected] was scheduled for delivery on Friday 12/30.

I took that day off so I could be there to receive the package — it is no longer safe to leave packages unattended in any neighborhood.

My order went on a truck for delivery on Friday 12/30 early in the morning — I waited all day and no delivery attempt was made.

I started calling and complaining on Saturday and continued to call throughout the next week.

At first I was told that an attempt was made on Friday that was unsuccessful — this was not true, I was there all day.

Then the story shifted — the package was simply delayed and sitting back at the hub. This was a lie to get me off the phone, tracking still showed that it had never been scanned off the truck. This lie was repeated throughout the next two or three customer service calls.

Around this time, I was told that a case was being opened and that I would be contacted that afternoon by a case handler that would assist in finding my package — I never got a call back. I got an two emails two days later saying my case had been opened and closed. No one contacted me and I still had no idea what the outcome was with my package.

On 1/5/23, I finally reached a customer service rep that admitted the package was lost — she apologized for all the confusion and promised that a supervisor would be looking into the chain of bad customer service and would be contacting me to resolve the issue and show that those who had been responsible were being held accountable. It is 1/7/23 and I have yet to hear back. It seems it was another strategy to get an unhappy customer off the phone.

Now, Adidas is making me wait until Tuesday the 10th to initiate any refund from FedEx, because FedEx tracking still shows the product on a truck instead of stating that it is lost.

Both FedEx and Adidas refused to contact each other to clear up the issue and expedite the refund — they have both decided that this is my job to make all the phone calls and that my time does not matter to them

Is there any body at either of these businesses with the power and know how to break out of this cycle of terrible customer service. I just want my time and money back. I didn't pay 250 dollars for two pairs of shoes so that I could lose thousands of dollars worth of my work time waiting for deliveries and making complaint phone calls.

A real resolution would be great

Desired outcome: I need Fedex to refund the vendor so I can get my money back and I need the driver and dishonest reps held accountable. I also need this to happen in a timely matter. Fedex has stolen way too much of my time.

FedEx Charge Duty Handling Fee Unilaterally

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am disappointed with custom duty handling charge by FedEx unilateral decision.

Note; I refuse to accept the item until the matter resolved.

If tax incurred, FedEx should advise me to own handle custom clearance and collect at custom or FedEx does on behalf as usual.

Note; I have paid for delivery, and will pay the tax only if incurred.

FedEx Delivery [protected]

I received a text message on my phone yesterday that I would receive this Fed Ex envelope by noon today from Canada. This envelope contained a new Canadian passport so it was an important delivery for me. This delivery was going to be happening at my home address in Miami...Unfortunately, I was in central florida (3 hours away) on a job and no one was going to be home to receive this package when the delivery took place. So, I called Fed Ex to investigate into the options I had available to resolve this issue. First, let me start by saying that getting a live agent on the phone took me 5 attempts. Each time, the automated computer system kept telling me, regardless of what option I chose, that NO CHANGES were possible where this delivery was concerned and that no live agents were going to be able to assist me. I had to trick the automated answering system into getting me a live agent. When I finally reached an agent, I was told that: 1) no change of address was allowed in this shipment, I was also not allowed to request to pick up my envelope at a Federal Express location, nor was I even allowed to request a delivery on a different day or time. I ended up driving 3 hours to try and be there for the delivery only to then receive a text message that the delivery would now be taking place in the afternoon of that same day. Then, hours later, after several more phone calls were made in an attempt to to speak to a live agent and get more information, I was told that the tracking information on their website is very generic/incomplete and, in fact, the shipment would not be delivered that day due to a flight delay of some sort. Here we are at the end of the day, and I still have no package...nor do I know if it will be delivered tomorrow...Mind you I drove 3 hours to make it on time to receive this envelope. (tracking#: [protected]). No one seems to care in this company.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to pick up this envelope at a Fed Ex location with my identification in hand. That way, i don't have to sit at home as a prisoner waiting indefinitely for a package that has no specific delivery date as of today.

FedEx Return label from Cleveland Clinic

I now have to go to Cleveland Clinic once a year. Last May Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland OH, gave me a box with a return label so I could send them a stool sample. I went to my local Fed-Ex, Wellington Oh, that is in the Dollar Store to return my sample. They told me they could not accept the return label Cleveland Clinic had given me.

I'm getting ready for my trip this spring and this morning I phoned Fed-Ex customer service to ask for a location close to me that would accept the return label. Well, let me tell you! That was the worst experience I've had in a very long time!

I was unable to be connected to a 'person' and was ask each time why I was calling. I tried and tried and then Fed-Ex ended my call!

I had booked one packet through Global India and in turn the packet was sent to FedEx on 08.12.0222 and since then it is lying with "FedEx New Delhi, DL, India at local FedEx facility" I am writing repeated mails, but no satisfactory reply received from Fedex nor Global India.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to get it ship to US OR arrange to send it back to sender please.

FedEx FedEx Office

I Faxed some very important pages from this facility on 1/4/23. I called the recipient to make sure they received the documents since they were very important. They informed me that the pages only had partial information and many points of high importance were not scanned. I then called the FEDEX Office 4525 S. Florida Ave Suite 2-5, Lakeland, Fl. 33813.

I spoke to Eric the manager as I was told. He thought it was good enough to refund just a part of the cost. I am NOT satisfied that the total amount was not refunded. I checked and to this point even the partial refund was never entered into my account. Not only did I waste my time with inferior equipment, but I then had to find another location to send my important fax.

FedEx The driver opened me up for a likely identity theft.

The drivers consistently deliver my packages to the wrong address. I have talked with them, filed a formal complaint and to no avail. The receivers swear they did not receive my packages, so they keep them. I need this RESOLVED! By the grace of God today I was off work and able to run around the corner to request my package and she had no choice. Next time I will file with the local police department and FedEX. The papers today are critical and contained my SS number! I've grown weary of this problem!

I even state clearly under delivery instructions: Deliver to street and not place! This is insane!

Desired outcome: A resolution: An apology and guarantee this will never happen again.

FedEx Delivery

Was supposed to receive a package that required signature by January 04, 2022.

December 30, 2022

Received a message that the package would be delivered today. We stayed home to sign for the package. The package never arrived. Received a message that the delivery was attempted but failed due to no one home.

Here is the exact message.

"Customer not available or Business Closed. Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day."

Another attempt would be made the next day, 12/31.

They also noted that a door tag wasn't left at the residence, which we knew already, and they would make note of this and look into it.

This time the representative explained that the package had arrived earlier than expected, however a delivery had not been attempted yet due to the excessive holiday volume.

I would like to know, if the delivery had not been attempted, why we are receiving messages that it will be attempted and why we also receive messages that that it Was attempted but we were not available.

This is extremely frustrating for obvious reasons.

There is obviously something wrong with the automated messaging system and FedEx.

Desired outcome: FedEx needs to fix their automated delivery messaging system. Or scrap it altogether.

FedEx Shipment #[protected] taking 2 weeks instead of 2 days!

Shipment #[protected]

1) Picked up at origin in the U.S. 12/20/2022

2) Arrived in Cologne, Germany 12/22/2022 within 36hrs

3) Stayed in Cologne station until 12/27 with nothing happening whatsoever

4) 12/28: customs delay. Fedex forgot to put this item on the customs list (wtf?!)

5) 12/29: customs clearance finished. Good job.

6) 12/30: local fedex truck out for delivery.

Driver claims to have tried delivery with nobody here - which is a lie.

4 Persons were here all day and we have cameras on our premises and can prove no Fedex delivery took place

7) Shipment now postponed til after New Year, more than 2 weeks after it was picked up.

-> instead of 2day internal service, we get something like 2weeks service from Fedex.

Service not helpful, only chatbots and an unmotivated "Mehdi".

Horrible experience.

Will most certainly never use this service again.

Desired outcome: Deliver this package asap to its destination.We ordered shipment via Fedex since we need these parts urgently!

FedEx Employee that is trying to scam me

My name is April Rogers and I have been receiving calls from a FedEx Employee who claims to be holding a package from a lotto winner from Facebook and keep calling me from a 916 number stating that if I pay him the money he'll release my packages even went as far as sending me a picture of himself along with pictures of where I live and I'm reporting this incident to your office and also crime stopper and the police because this is very scary that this person knows where I reside and continuously calls me and send text messages. I have no idea who this person is but it needs to stop he claims his name is David Jones he also states that the only way I can get this package is to pay him.

FedEx Piss-poor lazy delivery

A surprise gift, from a friend, was delivered on Tuesday December 27, at 3:16pm. The driver was too lazy to bring it up to my front door and ring the door bell...because he was too lazy to walk up my long driveway.

I didn't see the package until 2 days later (!) when I went out to run an errand which was at 3:15pm on Thursday. The perishable box sat at the end of my driveway for 2 days!

This is the second time in a month that I got a piss-poor lazy delivery from I'm guessing the same driver. A few weeks ago s/he left an expensive book by my mailbox. I didn't see it until the next day and anyone driving up/down my street could have stolen it. (All USPS and UPS drivers put my packages at either the front door or by my garage doors.)

FedEx Football bladders being shipped from China. Tracking number [protected].

I was notified that the shipment was held up in customs. They notified me that there was a clearance delay. They never told me what I needed to do to clear it. When I finally figured it out, they said it was too late and the shipment was being sent back. Both the shipper and I reached out to Fed Ex not to ship it back, to no avail. I am SO disappointed in Fed Ex. Really poor communication on what I needed to do to get the shipment cleared. Now I am out of over $2000 worth of goods, not to mention the business lost by not having the goods. I am hesitant to use Fed Ex ever again.

FedEx Delayed Delivery

My package was shipped out of Syracuse on Wednesday 12/28/2022. FedEx gave me a delivery date of 12/30 (today). They even said on their tracking page that "shipment arriving early". Then my package actually sits in Syracuse for a full day and doesn't even move! No weather events at all!

I will be contacting the company I purchase my auto parts from and ask them to switch to UPS, when they promise a delivery date, IT'S THERE ON THE DAY THEY SAID IT WOULD BE!

Now, here is the kicker. I received a text this morning 12/30/2022 from FedEx stating my delivery will be tomorrow 12/30/2022. Today is 12/30!

This is not my first bad experience with FedEx. They are very prone to putting a delivery on the wrong truck and causing me to wait an additional day.

Attached is the tracking history.

Desired outcome: Get my package here on time When it's supposed to be here!

FedEx Not receiving package

I ordered a new phone from Xfinity on Friday, December 23rd. It was shipped on the 24th. To this day, December, 30th, I stlll have not received. I get notifications each day and on Tuesday it said would be delivered bewtween 9am and 1PM. NOTHING! It is now saying pending. What is going on! I am without a phone. It was shipped from Texas and has been stuck I Memphis, TN. I have called and no one can give me an explanation.


Desired outcome: Some sort of explanation why this is happening. Want my phone, now!!!!!

FedEx ARC Insurance

I will try not to be lengthy. FedEx driver broke my gate. My neighbor saw him go up the stairs and he was pulling on something. I came home 15 minutes later and the wood was on the ground, the post was loose due to his pulling and right inside my gate was a package delivered by FedEx. I filed a claim with the ARC. Linda is a horrible employee who cant remember what was done last. I had to pay to have my gate replaced as it would not close and I am disabled. My claim # is [protected]. I have pictures and a receipt for the replacement. ARC is a joke. Last time, when a driver hit my balcony my HOA had to pay for it. When I reported the gate in September 2022, I asked about the other. Of course, it was my fault. I received payment a year and a half after. When I purchase items on line, I ask them who their carrier is because of this. Recently, I caught a FedEx driver leaving a very heavy package in front of my gate. I couldnt open the gate because it was blocked. I caught him and asked him to carry it to the door. He acted like I was bothering him. I am signed up with FedEx with specific directions that no one reads. My next step will be an attorney. My gate cost is $1,760.00. Is there anyone that knows customer service and its meaning? FedEx Overnight early morning delivery

On 12/06/2022 I sent a package for an overnight early morning delivery, tracking number [protected], however, it was not delivered on morning of 12/07/2022 as scheduled. I have been checking the tracking number and all I am showing is it is in transit, held in Mount Vernon, NY. It was already 12/10/2022 and the status of my package ha not changed so I called Customer Service and requested that they return my package as soon as possible as I have already missed my deadline. The Customer Service agent gave me a reference/ticket number, C91824161. 12/10/2022 was a Saturday and I know nothing happens on a Sunday so I waited until Wednesday, 12/14/2022, but still did not receive my package back. I called Customer Service but no one can tell me where and what happened to my package; I was told I need to talk to a case manager but my call cannot be transferred because they do not do that, the case manager will call me but that week passed and no call from a case manager. I called again on 12/15th, 12/16th, 12/17th but all I got was a run around from all the agents I talked to. I sent an email for FedEx cargo claims but instead of telling me where and what happened to my package I am told today, 12/28/2022, to request for a refund of the $101.73 I paid. I responded to that email that I want my package back. Obviously as some people have complained, nobody cares about their customers and their service. You can talk to a live person and no one even reaches out to you about the issue.

FedEx Phone service

I had to call Fed-Ex 5 times yesterday to try and get someone on the phone. The automated refused to transfer my call, the reason for my call was that i had two delivery dates given to me the first was Dec 23,2022, December 27th, 2022, now no date of delivery. When i finally got through the rep was unable to tell me where my package was? I feel like they don't care what happens to your packages, that you just have to kind of deal with it. I will never use Fed-ex on my deliveries for sure. UPS all the way!

Desired outcome: They need to update the phone center to connect to rep when requested.
