So, I tried to order from Divinity Clergy twice and both times they took my order, but then days later I got an email saying they were refunding me. I had to call them both times to check on my order because it kept saying "awaiting fulfillment." I'm not going to try to support this company again! It's really frustrating when you think you're going to get something and then it doesn't happen. I don't know what's going on with them, but it seems like they need to get their act together. I hope they can figure out what's going on and fix it because I'm sure there are other people out there who have had the same problem. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to getting my order, but now I'm just disappointed.

I was really looking forward to wearing this jacket for a special occasion coming up (Founder's Day, if you must know), but now it looks like that's not gonna happen. And honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from Divinity Clergy again in the future. This kind of service is just not acceptable.

This time, a gentleman answered and informed me that my order would be sent out on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 and that I could expect to receive it on Friday, May 20, 2022. I was relieved to finally have some information, but unfortunately, my experience didn't improve from there.

To my surprise, I was told that I needed to pay an additional fee before my order could be shipped. This was frustrating and confusing, as I had already paid for my items and wasn't aware of any additional fees.

I placed an order for a robe with next day delivery, and while the phone transaction went smoothly, the item that arrived at my doorstep was not what I had ordered. I had specifically requested a Ladies Large, but what I received was a Men's Large. The size difference was obvious, and unfortunately, I was unable to use the robe.

I immediately contacted the company to explain the issue, and what followed was a frustrating back-and-forth of emails and phone calls. Despite providing evidence in the form of a picture of the tags with the SKU number, I was told that the robe I had received was the correct one. At this point, the company stopped responding to my messages altogether.

I must say, I had a terrible experience with Divinity Clergy. I was really excited to order a 3xl robe from them, as I am a large man and I needed a robe that would fit me well. However, when the robe finally arrived, it was way too small. I couldn't even close it properly, and I was afraid that the shoulder seam would rip if I tried to move my hands in front of me.

I called their customer service, and they suggested that I order the next biggest size. So, I went ahead and ordered a 5xl robe, which cost me an additional $22.66. I was really hoping that this one would fit me well, but unfortunately, it was too small as well. I couldn't believe it! I was so disappointed.

I called their customer service again, and they said that they would speak to their manager and get back to me. But, I never heard back from them. So, I decided to send the robe back and ask for a refund. However, when I checked my account, I saw that I was only refunded $22.66. The remaining balance of the robe was not credited to my account.

When I called their customer service again, they told me that they do not issue credit refunds, only store credit. I was really frustrated at this point. I didn't want a store credit, I wanted a refund. I mean, they don't offer clothing that is true to size and that fits me. What am I supposed to do with a store credit?

I have filed a complaint with BBB, and I am planning to use all social media sites to share my experience with others. I really hope that they will take this seriously and improve their customer service and product quality.

I ordered vestments for my installation out of town on June 30th, with my installation scheduled for July 25th. As the convocation drew nearer, I still had not received my order. Despite calling and emailing each week, I received no response. It was now past the time I had ordered my vestments, and I was left with no choice but to attend the convocation without them.

Finally, on Tuesday of that week, I was able to get someone on the phone. They assured me that my vestments would be mailed to my hotel. However, they did not arrive until the middle of my installation, and when I opened the box, I found that the vestments were incorrect.

Upon returning home, I called Divinity Clergy to let them know that they had sent the wrong size in some articles and some incorrect articles altogether. They sent me a return address slip, and I sent the wrong items back in early August. However, it is now December 31st, and I have yet to receive my correct items. Despite speaking with them almost once a week and receiving multiple excuses, I have not been able to get my order.

The last time I spoke with them on November 30th, I clearly explained that they should ship my order to my home address, and they even repeated back my address to me. However, when I called today to inquire about my order, I found out that they had shipped it to the city where the convocation was held. They now want me to call FedEx to fix the issue, but I refuse to do so. I have asked for my money back, but they are doing everything in their power to avoid giving it to me.

Overall, I find Divinity Clergy's business practices to be shameful. They have left me without the vestments I needed for my installation and have been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I recently purchased the Ladies Class A Vestment from Divinity Clergy and I must say, I am quite unhappy, disappointed, and displeased with my experience. I traveled all the way on Friday July 30, 2021 to take my measurement, as I had called previously to say my preference is to be measured and have a robe made to fit. However, no one told me on the phone that this was unnecessary, rather what was hammered is that I would need to pay cash.

On getting there, I went again and again to the door with no one there. It turned out to be a warehouse. Eventually, a man who identified himself as Jonathan stepped down from a vehicle to open the door and attended to me. He promptly dispensed with the idea of measurement and said they are already made to size.

I told Mr. Jonathan I wanted an Anglican Cassock. He brought out one and convinced me it is what females wear. I asked if it was the Anglican one and each time he would evade the question. I tried it on and it fitted perfectly. It was medium.

I asked to check my email just to be sure I am getting the one specified by the ordination pastor... It turned out to be the Anglican One, specifically Double Breasted. I found out after the fact that the one he presented as the Anglican one is actually the Catholic one. It was at this time he went to get me the right one - Anglican double breasted.

Tried as I did to try it on, he insisted the sizing is same! That since the one I wore (Catholic Cassock) fitted me well, the one he gave would. He only let me try on the cincture belt which fitted. Thereafter he played nice by helping me carry the garment to the vehicle.

Well, I got home and whatever he gave me is OVERSIZED! The robe goes all the way to my ankle and the cuff to my knuckle. I was quite upset because I already got pastors and ministers to pray on the robe for me.

I sent an email but got no response. I called severally to no avail. Eventually today I got a gentleman on the line. He refused to tell me his name. Eventually he got Mr. Jonathan on the line and all pleas to have him send a pre-paid pack for me to return it so another can be sent to me proved abortive as he insisted the policy is that I bring it back.

I drove about 4 hours round trip to be measured so one exactly my size would be made and sent to me. Despite driving down, I got no special discount and still went home with something far from it. I should not have trusted him since he initially tried to compel me to take the Roman Catholic one!

A fair resolution would be either a full refund or a prepaid pack to enable me to send it back with Divinity Clergy bearing the full cost of shipping both ways.

This company needs to do better, and better still have a Christlike standard. Business is about trust, and it is quite time-wasting if trust is discounted.
