Fashion Nova Clothes

I had ordered some clothing from fashion nova on January 31,2023. I received the items on feb 12 2923, on February 13 I had requested to return 4 of the items which were pants. I contacted customer service person through the email on February 13 with proof of the items that needed to be returned. I had gotten a reply from the customer service representative on February 15 asking to send more pictures , I sent them the same day and about two days later I was told because they were on sale there no retiring the items. I had explained my reasoning for wanting to returning the items t, the items were the wrong size and one of the pants the zipper were broke . I never heard from a customer service person after February 16 on this matter. I had paid for my items through zip here the order number [protected].

Desired outcome: I would like to return the pants to get the correct items.

Fashion Nova Sent a mislabeled item. They won’t correct it.

I ordered a size small blue teddy along with a few other items for a trip coming up. Upon receiving the items I immediately noticed that the teddy was the wrong size. It is clearly an XL if not larger, but it has a size small tag on it. I reached out to fashion nova via email letting them know what happened and even included a photo with the teddy they sent me compared to an actual small for size reference. Expecting it to be corrected as it is very clearly not the right size regardless of the tag, I was surprised when I was told no multiple times after including numerous photos. They told me I could repurchase, but they were not going to send me the corrected item.

The blue teddy is the one they sent me. The black is an actual small.

Desired outcome: I want the item I ordered in the correct size or a refund.

Fashion Nova Never recieved my order

Hello, my package said it was delivered on the 10th of February but never received it. I do have cameras and a ring and I have checked them and no delivery was made that day. My order #[protected]. I received an email that the carrier provided but the picture that was provided was not my home address or door. I'm not sure whose door it is. I also checked with my neighbors and no luck. Could this situation be handled not sure what exactly needs to be done.

Fashion Nova Non delivery of goods ordered - no refund

Hello,

I placed my order on 2/18 and it was suppose to arrive 2/28 however it arrived earlier on 2/24. The delivery driver for Laser Shipping, the company Fashionnova hired to deliver my goods stole this package and was seen walking back to their vehicle with it after taking a picture of it at my door and reporting that it was delivered.

Now, they won't give me a refund claiming the picture taken by the delivery driver is proof that it was delivered. I did not receive it so NO, it was not delivered.

I paid you for my items and you used an unscrupulous company for delivery then you tell me you are not responsible. Why are you still using this company as I researched this shipping company and they have thousands of complaints for non delivery and stolen packages. The seller is responsible for using a reputable company to deliver their goods to their customer. This is simply unaccceptable for them to say they have no responsiblity in this matter.

Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund.

Fashion Nova Receiving the wrong item and cannot get label to return item

Order # [protected]. You sent me $20.99 do this ripped bleached skinny flared jeans medium wash. I ordered $38.52 do this ripped bleached skinny flared jeans _ vintage blue wash. I have been sending emails with pictures for days and keep getting reply that pictures not clear. I need label to return. This is very bad business and why would I trust and want to ever trust ordering from you again. My granddaughter trusted your company and this is what you show her. Your error but you want us to pay for returns and only get store credit. I think i'm going to report your company to bbb.

Fashion Nova Fitness training

December 14th I signed up for the fitness plan offered through Nova Fitness Modeling. I was offered to have a trainer to come physically to my home for two weeks. I paid a total of $5980. The trainer was never sent. I asked for a refund and received no response. I contact Richard Sengstock through WhatsApp and he agreed to refund me. I have yet to receive a refund. I will be next contacting the news and bbb.org for assistance with this matter as well.

Desired outcome: Refund me $$5980 sent for trainer that was never done by company. Mr.Nova stated the trainer resigned as well.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova/Lasership Shipping

An order was placed with Fashion Nova on January 24, 2023, it arrived on Thursday January 25, 2023 to a Lasership hub in Peabody Darst Webb MO. The package was scheduled to arrive at Lasership hub in East Hartford, CT on January 28, 2023. As of today's date, package has not been delivered. It was last scan on January 28th in Dayton, NJ Lasership hub. I was informed by Lasership that package is lost/ misplaced. Because of Fashion Nova/Lasership neglect, I'm requesting for a full and speedy refund. I have also placed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. If no response next move will be with The Law Office of Menken Simpson and Rozger LLP for they currently have existing cases pending. I'm hopefully that this issue can be resolved without further actions.

Fashion Nova Shipping/ receiving packages

The carrier they use Lasership... frequently lies and steals your packages and signs your signature... I filed a complaint with fashion Nova clearly that is not my signature because I was at work! Anyone can write your last name and the package is gone! Fashion nova customer service told me that was verified and they can't help me! $100 gone! I will never shop with them again. LaserShip steals customers packages and fashion nova is still doing buisness with them!

Desired outcome: Refund my money! I don't want store credit! Fashion nova is no longer credible as far as I'm concerned

Fashion Nova Why is my order canceled?

i placed an order from fashion nova on the 24th of january, 2023 only for me to receive and email which says my order was cancelled because the billing information does not align with the financial institution. i’ve asked for a simple explanation and how it can be resolved. i used a friend’s card who is in the united states because I’m in nigeria and our bank cards have spending limit which will not enable me purchase the amount of items i want to.

Fashion Nova 3 pair of boots purchased.

When i ordered the shoes it was not a final "as is". I purchased 3 pair of boots however i'm only able to return 1 pair. I just wanted to exchange for a larger size but it will not allow bc now on the site the items are final sale. There policy was not clear and getting an actual person on the phone is not an option. Also, when i ordered several pieces it was listed as free expedited shipping which is was not true. Ordered on 1/11/23 and i received my pkg on 1/20/23. False advertisement. Love the clothes but if i had of known it would be a hassle to return items i would have not ordered anything at all.

Fashion Nova Orders not Received

Order #105523624placed in December and #[protected] placed in September were never received. I paid upfront for both and now my accounts are being charged back because Fashion Nova claims I received these packages. When they ship items through LSO Trucking Company I never receive my items. I had a similar incident with this trucking company with another company and later found out the Police Department had confiscated the packages. I am going to contact Consumer Protection because I don't have money to give away.

Desired outcome: I would greatly appreciated a refund or the orders without additional charges incurred. I definitely would recommend not using that trucking company.

Fashion Nova My non delivered items

Hi

I am STILL awaiting my situation to be resolved.
My Fashion Nova parcel which cost £143 was left outside my back gate by the Evri delivery driver in NOVEMBER!
Once home from work my parcel was not there, since then I have been going back and fourth with both Fashion Nova and Evri.

Evri informed me in the contract they have with Fashion Nova that they must be the ones to inform Evri my parcel is missing. Yet Fashion Nova have just basically kept telling me they are not responsible.
Evri have insurance that will cover my missing items, yet Fashion Nova are refusing to even speak with them about this! Why? As a customer I have no items yet you guys have my money.
Everytime I email Fashion Nova all they say is they can't help me. So who is responsible for my missing items

Fashion Nova Store credit scam

fashion nova is a SCAM! I have almost 7 gift cards on my account that I never received an email store credit for all my returns. How is it ok to want to scam people off their store credit? It makes no sense at all. I've sent countless emails with the same response that my gift card has been sent to my email which is a big lie. They haven’t sent me any store credit via email. I will definitely not give up till I get my money back .

We really all need to get together on a united front and pursue a class action. They won't respond to me either! When they did, they actually told me the carrier company GLS, delivered it correctly! I even showed FN the picture where it was delivered and then took a picture of my door (which has a camera mounted on the wall. FN still wanted to say there was no mistake! This has to be illegal. It is happening too much and they are taking our money!

Fashion Nova should be shut down. Lets talk. I'll give you my number. Enough is enough!

Fashion Nova Not getting the items ive order due to negligence on delivery.

I placed an order w Fashion Nova, paying it threw zip. They used laser ship as their carrier to deliver my package. Last stop on the GPS was Secaucus, NJ. the tracking said delivered and that I signed off on it. The name of the signature is incorrect and I've never received the package. Mind you, I live in Manhattan, NY. I've never had an issue w them and this is my first time. They're giving me the run around on giving me a store credit or refunding me. My order#[protected]

Fashion Nova Order #[protected] & delivery company (gls shipping) delivered to wrong address

IM OUTRAGED!

I have cameras at my door. Received email package was delivered. Company provided me a photo of delivery. I told them 12/5 it was the wrong door. Fashion Nova and GLS, do. not effectively communicate and Fashion Nova refuses to refund me or redeliver to proper address. GLS confirmed mistake via email. Fashion Nova won't acknowledge.

Fashion Nova Orders not delivered

Fashion Nova Customer Care Rep,

I am so disappointed that this is the only method that your company will reach out to your customers. I ordered several items and just so happened that two orders were supposedly delivered on the same day. Well, I did receive Order #[protected] at 6:40 pm on December 22, 2022. But I am missing my other order, Order #[protected]. Delivered according to the tracking information two different times to your site at 12:29 pm December 22, 2022, and according to Lasership, the package was delivered at 11:29 am at my front door. I was sitting in my living room on December 22, 2022, all morning Sick with FLU, and an upper respiratory infection, and nothing was delivered to my house until 6:40 pm was order# [protected]. I have since placed other orders and I hope to receive my items ordered. I do not have neighbors who steal or anyone who may have taken the items other than the delivery person at Lasership. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $94.35 for the items that I have never seen or I will seek legal action. Not only has this ruined my family's Christmas holiday but has not been a pleasant shopping experience with YOUR company.

I look forward to hearing from someone with your company via phone very soon.

Fashion Nova Never receiving my refund

I've made 3 orders with Fashion Nova and haven't received my refund for those items they keep send the same respond every time I contact them, see the respond below. Order #[protected], [protected], [protected].

I was my shipping for Order # [protected] and [protected] to refunded only with my refund to go back to the form of payment

Fashion Nova Package not received and company won't refund me

I made a purchase and my package was supposed to be delivered on the December 21st. I didn't receive it and when I asked for information on their Help Center they told me the delivery wasn't complete because of an error in my address. I checked and my address was right on their website but wrong in the carrier site. So the company made a mistake. Even with that mistake, I was told that I couldn't have the package resent or have the refund on my credit card, the only option is a gift card. However, I'm moving to another country and won't be able to make another purchase and even if I was, they were the one who made mistakes and I'm being harmed 2 times for this situation. I won't have the dress I bought for a special occasion and am stuck with almost 300 dollars of store credit in a store that is not easy to order from my new country and that made mistakes and I don't wish to buy again with.

Also, all the answers I got by email and their help center were automatic, so even with all the emails I didn't have any answer or solution to my problem.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive a refund in my card or receive the package in the near future

Fashion Nova Package not received

I ordered clothing from Fashion nova on November 25th to have for my vacation to the Bahamas. I received notification that the package had arrived but the package never came. I reached out to Fashionnova and they basically said they could not help. After tracking the package on the shipping company's website (A new company that I have never ever had my packages shipped through) I discovered that the packages were delivered to the wrong place, as the picture they took was not anywhere in my building. I also reached out to the company on numberous occasions and they still said the issue was resolved. However, I have yet to receive my package. My vacation has been absolutley ruined.

Desired outcome: I would like to either be refunded or my package reshipped/ found.
